During COVID I started doing my own sns nails, but I had a baby who is now over a year old and doing my own nails is just not feasible as the mother of a toddler. I had not been to trio before but a friend of mine had service is done there so I decided to use my birthday money to go get new claws done. It was spur of the moment and I got Suzan and I decided to do something fairly plain and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I have very sensitive cuticles and so even the barest brush of the e-file and I'll end up with scabs, which really mar a new set. She was meticulous and careful without me even having to tell her. Went a couple of months ago and had an absolutely fabulous experience had a manicure and pedicure and both were perfect. This time, I went yesterday and my nails are already chipping from my manicure and with my pedicure my heels are cracking. Same two techs who are so sweet however the results are completely different than the first time I went, not sure on whether to go back or not. So disappointing. Sometimes, SNS (powder dip) manicures can be thick, heavy, and bulky. Not when Snow does them! They are so thin and delicate looking, but just as strong as any other SNS manicure. The price to get a full set, old ones swapped out, and a manicure to take care of your cuticles, is $65. It takes about an hour and 15 minutes and I get them changed every 3 weeks. Definitely worth it! The salon can be a little hectic so if you're looking for serenity you might want to bring foam earplugs or noise canceling headphones. read more

They do not honor appointments! Made appt for 10:45 for simultaneous mani and pedi. By 11:10 I threatened to leave since I still had not had the pedicure started. The owner, Hannah, gives ultimatums to ensure positive reviews. She originally told me I'd get a discount due to an error on their behalf but then told me that if I post any type of bad review I'll get no discount!! Here's the bad review: I came to Trio Nails on September 11th to get a full set. I got my nails done and they started cracking and lifting by September 20th. I am not rough with my hands at all. I called September 21st and spoke with Benjamin. He stated that I could come in to get them fixed because it had not even been two weeks. Benjamin gave great customer service. I came in to get them fixed and they charged me for the full price of the fill-in. The young lady at the front was very nice and called the owner, Hannah. Hannah stated that they couldn't honor what Benjamin stated because he was wrong. She said "I'll give you a discount of 25% off." I said to her, "Your employee is who told me to come in and that it would be covered. He assured me and told me to come in and mention his name. I could understand not covering the whole thing, but since he stated it and all my nails are lifting within 10 days, at least 50%" She said "We can't do that even though he said it,so it's the regular price." I said "Okay, I just wanted to clarify for my review." She told the nice young lady at the front, "If she leaves us a bad review. She can't get a discount." I was APPALLED at the ultimatum. The young lady clarified with her and she told her "if there's no review, the discount could be 20%." She lowered the amount for the discount. The owner, Hannah, does not have customer service AT ALL. She gives ultimatums to protect their names. I will NOT be back and I do not suggest going here if you would like quality customer service. read more

Called to make the appointment, was quick to get in (no wait at all!) I had Nancy do my nails and Suzan do my toes, both French/Gel +Acrylic. They were friendly and very accommodating, both perfectionists and that is such a NEED when it comes to doing nails! I'm extremely happy with their work, absolutely will be going back and referring friends here! The price was a bit on the higher end, paid a total of $140 for the nails (not including tip), $55 for hands and $83 for feet.but the time and effort that goes into your nails makes it worth it. Wanted to like this place since it's so close to me but I didn't have the best experience. Waxing was fine but it was uncomfortable that the technician kept opening the door when I was in a vulnerable position. The pedicure was great but the incessant up selling got to be tiresome. Things get bad with the manicure. Honestly one of the worst manicures I've had and it's harder to mess up a gel mani (which started coming off hours later). The other technician seemed to do the oil and massage backwards than how it's typically done, after painting my nails which made my hands feel dry and uncomfortable throughout. On top of that, he literally filed into my skin and cut me so I was bleeding. It hurts more and more as time goes by and makes me even more upset. Then the man at the front desk had the nerve to be stingy about a discount (and I still tipped) I asked for that they were advertising so make sure you ask upfront. The nice thing was that they do accept apps for payment like Zelle and Venmo though they prefer cash (?).
