It was my first time in the salon and I was greeted by the owner I believe she had a small box that said Kim. I waited a few minutes and then washed my hands and sat to choose a color while they worked in the few people ahead of me. When I was seated Kim started on my soak (sns) and finished someone else. She came back to me and she was efficient with clipping my nails and getting the process started. Now here is where I appreciated the business even more, I witnessed a switch of personnel between me and a man getting a pedicure. It seems they work to their strengths here and Kim seems to jump in to help the others as needed. Cindy took over my mani and she TOOK HER TIME! I appreciate when the nail tech takes their time to get my nails done right and clean. I understand why they have a high star rating here and on google. I will definitely come back and likely will ask for Cindy. The location has 5 pedi seats and 4 nail seats. Due to social distancing only 3 pedi seats appear to be in use for now. I witnessed sanitizing between customers in the pedicure seats and everyone had on a mask and a note in the door requiring one be worn.

In my original review I spoke of how nice and courtesy the owner is and I stand by that. The pedicure and design is responsibility priced. I enjoy coming to this Nail Salon because the staff are always welcoming and the Salon is very clean. The vibe is enjoyable with R&B music pumping through the speakers. Susan completes my pedicure. I'd definitely recommend both Owners, Kathy or Stephen to complete your designs.
