It was spur of the moment and I got Suzan and I decided to do something fairly plain and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I have very sensitive cuticles and so even the barest brush of the e-file and I'll end up with scabs, which really mar a new set. She was meticulous and careful without me even having to tell her. Appointment was at 1 for 2 pedicures and sns, arrived at 12:35 (yeah, on me for getting there early but I rather be early than late). Lady had told me to give them till 1, which was perfectly fine since I knew I was early. As I'm sitting there, 3 walk ins come and sign in on their little kiosk.. guess what?? They took the 3 walk ins first! So 1 finally rolls around and we get put in chairs where, of course, we have to sit and wait maybe 45 min to get water. I told the lady I didn't want the sns anymore bc I rather not sit in a nail salon all day. Of course the lady gets pissed off bc that's money she just lost, but eh I don't care since I would've lost 2 more hours out of my day to wait on the nail tech Moral of the story, don't come here unless you have 0 plans the whole day:)
