I don't usually give 5 star reviews on a first time visit because usually there is room for improvement somewhere but for Fortune I had to give the last well deserved star. It was my first time in the salon and I was greeted by the owner I believe she had a small box that said Kim. I waited a few minutes and then washed my hands and sat to choose a color while they worked in the few people ahead of me. When I was seated Kim started on my soak (sns) and finished someone else. She came back to me and she was efficient with clipping my nails and getting the process started. Now here is where I appreciated the business even more, I witnessed a switch of personnel between me and a man getting a pedicure. It seems they work to their strengths here and Kim seems to jump in to help the others as needed. Cindy took over my mani and she TOOK HER TIME! I appreciate when the nail tech takes their time to get my nails done right and clean. I understand why they have a high star rating here and on google. I will definitely come back and likely will ask for Cindy. The location has 5 pedi seats and 4 nail seats. Due to social distancing only 3 pedi seats appear to be in use for now. I witnessed sanitizing between customers in the pedicure seats and everyone had on a mask and a note in the door requiring one be worn. read more

I love this place! Kim is my go to girl. I let her do my nails, and my daughter's nails and I'm pleased with the way that they both turned out. She's very detailed and she listened to all of my requests and I must admit that I am quite picky about my nails. I'll definitely return. There never seems to be a long wait, prices are reasonable as well! It's very important that I don't leave out the other ladies that work here that are also amazing! Tracey gives the best pedicures that one could ever receive! Literally she takes about an hour for my spa pedicure. Her work is impeccable. I've also watched Cindy do an amazing job on nails as well. Excellence is truly the standard here and everyone is so sweet. I feel like they are family! read more

First of all, fast. Not to mention quality service! The vibes were humble and welcoming. Cindy did my pedicure and eyebrows but I didn't get the other woman who did my nails. Both were a joy! Cindy is so funny and nice. She went the extra mile to perfect my eyebrows to her best ability which is something I've struggled with for years. For eyebrows, no chip full set, and no chip French pedicure my total was $95. I definitely will be back. read more

NEVER a disappointment when visiting Kim and her staff. Tried pink and white before but always ended up being disappointed however Kim always exceeds my expectations. I saw one of her other clients photos on their Facebook and showed her the style I wanted. Normally I go with stiletto full set sometimes coffin style however I decided to give my natural nails a try. I have never liked my natural nails however Kim brought it to life! I went to get my eyebrows done and she literally waxed off a quarter of my right eyebrow. One eyebrow is now bigger and longer than the other. Instead of waxing my brows properly, she put the wax on the paper first then applied the paper to my face. Who even does that smh. I was too angry to even saying so I just payed and left. I'm infuriated! I found this place after leaving a dental app. Looked at the work on Instagram And on here and felt comfortable to receive services! Pls. I didn't have high expectations but this is probably the worst start of a pedicure I've ever received in my life! She started off with my tub no worries but no salt was added! During the shaping I had to tell her I wanted square and tell her I didn't want them Cut just shape! She continued to cut them! She cut them Entirely too short and them bumped them Down further down! Then went in and began cutting and creating split nails with the cuticle clipper! She never put any solution on my cuticles! She cut them dry! At this point I was furious and simply wanted out of this appointment I stopped her in the middle bc at this point the disaster was getting worse! And worse! It was freakin awful! I'm only giving 2 stars because the owner offered free painting to my daughter and niece while they waited! The young girl did a phenomenal job but the Spanish lady did terrible stay away from that woman with pedicures! She tried to tell me my nail was short so that's why it came out the way it did! I came in on a Saturday afternoon & there was no one there . Me and my friend came to get our nails and I got a pedicure . The place was small but comfortable small. They did a very nice job of during my nails but they have as much color options. But overall the pricing was alright as well . Tina is the best! She always does a great job with my wax and nails. She is very personable and has a sweet spirit.

For some reason this place came up closest to me. It wasn't too appealing. The lady to who did my feet were okay, but the guy who did my nails didn't do good. They looked pretty when he finished, but less than a week later they began to chip and peel off. Also, the guy seemed to have a cold and kept wiping his nose with the back of his hand, with.
