After I decided on my pedi the last sat down and started doing her nails and didn't explain who would be coming or when. After about 3-5 mins the tech finished with someone and came. 2. Not as cleanly as I am used to- normally all the tools are coming out of plastic, hers came out of her case (she just finished a pedi I pray they were sanitized) I didn't see her sanitize while she was doing my service 3. So upon arriving I was offered a water and a snack from a basket by check in. Very nice touch except I didn't have a chance to eat my snack or open my water because I was seated immediately into a very nice spa chair and Tina started my pedicure removing polish while the bowl filled and June started my manicure after I started my chair for 30 minutes. They were both done by the time my spa chair stopped but June reset for 20 more minutes so that I could dry bc they don't have traditional dryers for natural nails. Tina used a small fan on my toes. So I sat there for the about 15 minutes before leaving. If you pay with a debit/credit card there is a $2 charge so including tips my total was $60 for the basic pedicure and manicure. Basic includes nails trimmed, cuticles trimmed some pumice stone on my feet and a light coat of lotion. I brought my own Opi polish. My cuticles could've used some oil so I did that when I got home. The place is extremely quiet compared to any other nail salons I've been to. No chatting between technicians or clients. I'd say that Tina might of said 10 words total and June at max 20 words. I go here for gel manicures, SNS manicures and pedicures, and I have been happy with the services every time. The nails last a long time, regardless of the service, which is my primary concern. They do a high quality job. Their work compared to other places has been the best I've had and I've been getting my nails done for well over 15 years. My usual service is SNS nails and a pedicure. It's always a decent price and I'm usually there every 2-3 weeks. I'm a retired nail biter so nails have always been my reason to keep me from biting them but to say that my nails have actually grown to a LONG healthy length because of this salon is big for me!

I had a wedding this weekend (which I told them about), and my toenails look terrible. I got regular polish on my toes and they are uneven, messy, and honestly look worse in person. I also got gel on my fingers, and they look awful as well. There's polish all over my skin. Yes, I know it will eventually come off, but the point is they should have taken the time to clean it up before I left. What really bothered me was the attitude. I politely asked the man doing my manicure to fix my thumb because there was a noticeable line down the side and it wasn't even. He became irritated and told me it was because of how I laid my hand while it was drying. For an $80 service, I expected much better quality and customer service. I've tried this salon four different times and only had one truly good experience. There are plenty of great nail salons in the area, so save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
