The first repair was a nail that CAME OFF. Like my natural nail was unharmed, the gel x on top was missing. That was fine whatever. The next day a nail on the other hand does the same thing. So I'm like "jeez! guess i'll go get this one fixed too! seems like they rushed a bit too much". I go in, and get it handled, and write the above review. This is how the classless owner responds. They "fixed" my nail hurriedly, and i had to ask EIGHT times to have it filed to the correct shape after the reapplied the messed up gel X. EIGHT. I never agreed to come back. I said I would have it handled ELSEWHERE.

They do take walk-ins which is nice when it's a spontaneous decision like I made, but you can also make an appointment ahead of time for a specific time slot and day. The massage chairs are so comfortable, and everything feels very organized and clean. They usually have the TV on with a family friendly show or movie, and offer different service options depending on your needs and price point. I love that you get to choose your scent for the scrub (even with the lowest tiered option for a pedicure), and usually go with lemon or lavender.
