I have seen a number of great techs and have never been disappointed. TVs tend to play music or food channels, which I enjoy. Temperate isn't too hot or cold and they've got a good menu of services. One friend had the nail tech get snippy at her when the first nail was painted and the color was much brighter than she wanted. Still good mani pedi otherwise. Other friends had good service and two techs for each. I still just had the one. She finally started my hands and the first thing she did was take clippers and cut my nails to the fingertips - I was like WHOAH! But too late! All nails on my right hand are stubs! She says "you didn't say". You didn't ask you just chopped! Nails on right hand didn't get cut. And it was downhill from there! May be the worst mani pedi I have had! And expensive too! No apologies nothing! Oh, and I was last one done! She left me there with toilet paper goes and my pants leg rolled up! I had to ask my friend for help! Will not be back!

It's not exactly value of money, and I didn't leave thinking my nails were amazing. In fact I'm very disappointed with the quality. The salon is well designed and welcoming. I was offered a drink while being seated which is always a nice touch. While I prefer to use my pedicure time to respond to emails, catch up on any news I may have missed, etc. I think it's always important for you and your tech to (at minimum) make introductions, with the tech checking in on preferred nail shape, sensitivities, etc...maybe 5 minutes max of "getting acquainted" conversation. The extent of our exchange was which pedicure I wanted and that was pretty much it. Not necessarily a bad thing all the time, but on this occasion it presented more sales/transactional vs. valued customer. I started writing my review mid service, assigning a three star experience at the beginning; however, the young lady at checkout was kind, conversational, and attentive, which encouraged the bump in stars from three to four. Worth checking out if you live in the area.

En Vogue Nails & Day Spa - North Point Mall, Atlanta…read more En Vogue Nails & Day Spa is the newest addition to Amy's series of successful, well-managed nail salons around the Atlanta area. I had the pleasure of bringing my family here on their grand opening day for pedicure and manicure services -- and they truly impressed us. The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. From the bright white interior with marble-style flooring, to the modern chandeliers, recessed lighting, and soft grey walls accented with darker 3D wave panels -- the whole salon feels fresh, modern, and relaxing. The pedicure chairs are top-of-the-line with massage features and all the latest functionality to ensure both comfort and cleanliness, giving it a true spa feel. Service-wise, Amy's years of experience running other locations really shows. Even though this is a new salon, the professionalism, attention to detail, and high standards match the reputation of her sister locations. My family and I were genuinely thrilled with the results and the overall experience. Conveniently located in North Point Mall, with entrances accessible from both inside the mall and the outside parking lot, it's easy to stop in whether you're shopping or just looking for some quality self-care. In conclusion: Congratulations to Amy and her team for another successful expansion. It's exciting to see her continue to bring excellent service and beautiful salons to the Atlanta community. Highly recommended!

Wendy was patient with me while I decided on color, I could see and feel that she truly cared - especially through her unmatched massage skills. The entire staff is so kind and friendly! And I was offered complimentary refreshments several times - to which I graciously accepted! The only other thing I can say is WOW! I can't WAIT to visit again! Also, my nails speak for themselves!
