I came here because I saw so many good reviews but I actually think this place is more expensive and lower quality than any other place. Within a day of getting my my gel manicure, it was chipped on my right ring finger. EDIT: 2 more fingers have chipped and now peeled off. Not even 1 full day after getting nails done here. read more

Great place for a mani pedi. I have gone 3 times now and have been happy each time. They accommodate your needs (file only) and have amazing amounts of colors to choose from including China Glaze which I love. Never smells like a chemical factory. Nice chairs, TVs easy parking and they truly deserve the 5 star for staying late so I could squeeze in a mani pedi last minute. And did it with a nice attitude. I really appreciated it and will keep coming back. read more

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at this salon that I had to write a review. Dawn did an excellent job on my gel manicure, and was so sweet to talk to! Tried this place out because it was close to my house. Small place - nothing fancy so I wasn't expecting much. But the pedicure was pretty decent. Not sure what was wrong with the polish - perhaps diluted. But the polish was messed up very soon after. The biggest problem I had was when I checked out she told me it was $90. I get pedicures all the time and have never paid over $50 excluding tip. She claimed it was for the hot stone massage. I was overcharged and ripped off. I will never be back but just wanted to warn others. read more

Annie did a phenomenal job on my nails today! It was my first time in and I just decided to risk not having an appointment. She helped me immediately and was very knowledgeable about which colors would look best based off of my reference photo of what I was looking for. After looking through the colors she knew which ones to grab and got it almost spot on! I was very impressed. Conversation flowed smoothly and the salon was beautifully decorated. Would be perfect for small group parties, prom or even homecoming! I will definitely be back! read more

Randomly stopped in to get a pedicure and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. The salon was clean and organized. "Too" did a superb job and got my feet back to normal after being at the beach for a week. Highly recommend this place! read more

I come in today requesting some kind of rectification and they said they would cut off my natural nails and put a new gel polish over it since they were cracking due to bad prep. But I lost my natural nail on almost every nail, so to do the same thing over and I have even less natural nails to begin with doesn't make any sense. I asked for any other option and they suggested Gel Builder. Okay cool. I get it's an upcharge but I asked if there would be any discount since I came in within a week and they said no. Okay whatever. During the process I had to keep telling my tech that some nails were longer, shaped differently, and it wasn't the color. She told me the color I chose would be sheer like I asked, it wasn't. I am already here for over an hour and a half so it's whatever at this point I'm ready to go. No apex, it's just so upsetting. $70 a week later, no discount, no accommodation. I didn't cause a scene, I wasn't rude. I just wanted pretty nails and I'm left with a bad experience.

She says "you didn't say". You didn't ask you just chopped! Nails on right hand didn't get cut. And it was downhill from there! May be the worst mani pedi I have had! And expensive too! No apologies nothing! Oh, and I was last one done! She left me there with toilet paper goes and my pants leg rolled up! I had to ask my friend for help! Will not be back!

The extent of our exchange was which pedicure I wanted and that was pretty much it. Not necessarily a bad thing all the time, but on this occasion it presented more sales/transactional vs. valued customer. I started writing my review mid service, assigning a three star experience at the beginning; however, the young lady at checkout was kind, conversational, and attentive, which encouraged the bump in stars from three to four. I came here to get my nails done for a very special event, and they did not disappoint!! At other nail salons, I would ask for a design and they would not pick or mix to get the right colors, and would not listen to my requests. Sweet Nails listened to what I wanted for my nails, mixed colors, AND had the supplies needed (gold foil). The woman who did my nails took her time and made sure everything was just right. The owners and staff are very friendly. The place is plenty big and not overcrowded. It's always super clean. We've been getting our nails done here for over a year. Prior places we tried were too expensive and were always trying to upsize your manicure/pedicure. And when you went to pay it always seemed there were hidden costs. That's not the way Sweet Nails operates. They're nice, honest people. And my nails always look great read more
