Ombré Acrylic

I got Ombre Acrylic nails, and wow was it such a good experience! No crooked nails, mistakes, or anything- flawless. I come here a lot just for gel and I have never been disappointed. Super friendly staff!

Gel mani from Kavie

I have been coming here on and off for several years. My visit today was probably the best I've had. Kim usually does my gel manicures and she is great. But today Kavie did mine and I will make appointments with her from now on! My nails were perfectly shaped and the polish looks amazing. She removed the old gel easily too, which is my pet peeve at most places. My pedi was great and I feel the prices are fair, even a few bucks lower than others around the same area.

Just got the most flawless gel manicure I've probably ever had by Kim. She's basically a nail surgeon - every single nail is exactly the same length and perfectly shaped and symmetrical, she was very gentle on my cuticles and only cut what needed to be done (after I got to relax in those little hot hand bags), and she gave a perfect paint job too. I also had a broken nail and she glued that sucker right up, did a layer of SNS, then did the gel over it so it won't break before my next manicure. And it was $25. I'm shook y'all - and I will be back!

Too short nails. Crooked big toe.

I tried to give this place a second chance because they are so close to me. I will never be back again! They have made my big toe bleed twice. They charged me $46 for a pedicure and put minimal effort in. She cut and filed all of my nails too short. A pedicure should not be painful! I've had pedicures for years! Not worth $10.

I love this salon. Julie and Cindy are the best. They really take their time with your nails and listen to what you want. I have never left here unhappy with my nails or service. Everyone is super friendly and their prices are affordable, especially for the great work they do. The shop is very clean and it's taken care of.

nails done in October for homecoming, got a lot of compliments

Very pretty and well done. I've been here before and i liked my nails too. The lady who did them really listened to what I said and actually cares that they look good unlike other places. She was very nice and I will be coming back again!

Great friendly staff. Fast service. Meticulous detail on French pedicure. And open on Sundays!!!

However, I chose to go a different salon, as getting cut while getting my nails professional done is a huge deal-breaker for me.. Cut to years later, a couple of my friends were raving to me about their nail lady Theresa who happened to run this salon.. Yesterday, I could not drive all the way to Buckhead to get my nails done, I decided to give TNails another chance.. The older tech who did my pedi was sweet and courteous. The mani one; a young girl.. I noticed she was applying way too much nail polish on the nails that she cut way short.. globs of polish.. as I moved my hand, one nail touched my other hand while switching hands for her. She gave me this look fit for a 5-year-old who was seriously misbehaving. I said, "sorry".. again, she glares at me, and proceeds to try to fix it without just redoing it.. I asked to redo it. She kept telling me,"you needed it up".. In the midst of this, I notice my pinky had a little nick, which I pointed out. She FLIPPED! I asked her not to do my nails and to just stop. She kept mouthing off, walked off, got herself a tangerine and proceeded to peel it and eat it at the work station right across from me. The older lady that did my pedi, came over and kept apologizing for her and insisted on doing my nails. There were two other patrons at salon, they were both horrified at what just went down. Too much for some pampering and "me-timing".. I did not get the advertised 10% discount on all services.. I did not get to unwind. Paid in full and I did tip 20% and left aggravated!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This was honestly some of the best service I've ever received. The staff were very attentive, and…read morethe overall customer service was excellent. The massage and pedicure were amazing, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I chose short, coffin-shaped French tip nails, and I loved how they turned out. Before starting, I was informed that the extra nail on my big toe would be an additional $10, which I understood and agreed to. However, when it came time to pay, my bill was about $50 higher than expected. I was then told there was an extra $10 charge for the coffin shape, even though I had been told beforehand there was no additional charge for that. I was also charged $10 for length, despite my nails being short, and another $10 for the French tip, even though the package I selected already included French tips. When I questioned the charges, it seemed there was some confusion among the staff. Instead of correcting what appeared to be an error, the charges were explained in a way that still didn't fully account for the total. I left feeling unclear about where the additional costs came from. Unfortunately, that experience lost me as a customer. It was disappointing because I had just moved to the area and was hoping this would become my regular nail salon. Paying $120 for basic short French tip nails, with so many unexpected extra charges, did not feel transparent or professional. Out of respect for their business, I didn't make a scene in the store and still left a tip. However, I do hope they improve their pricing transparency so future customers know exactly what to expect.

A 3-star review is generous for this salon. My mom shared their TikTok advertisement with me and I…read morewas beyond excited to try a new upscale nail bar. However, I was very disappointed. The salon was large and beautifully decorated. About half the stations were staffed on a Friday night and there was a minimum 20 minute wait (staff did not inform any waiting clients of this). This is not an exaggeration. I watched a client wait 25 minutes for a manicure while her friend was receiving a pedicure. Additionally, there was not music or TV shows playing (aside from the same boring elevator-type music on repeat). I'm sure some people like this for relaxation, but I found it unenjoyable. I stared at the same photo of a barn was the majority of the appointment. A very unhappy woman brought me back - acting very annoyed. She filled the foot spa with COLD water and left. She didn't turn on the spa bubbles and no one acknowledged me for another 10+ minutes. I didn't get any service until the manager heard me unhappily sighing on a phone call. She then told at some employees to service me and offered me a beverage. She was surprised when I asked for wine - even though their bar was heavily advertised. Said bar was covered in boxes and unmanned. The wine was purely nasty. Once the services started, it was pretty standard, aside from the lukewarm water (after I complained and had hot water added). The pedicurist did apologize several times and stated that the water is hotter in the morning. This definitely needs to be addressed. The manicure was solid. The products used were high quality (Volcano, OPI, etc.). I really enjoyed the massages and hot towels. The pedicurist did ask me multiple times if I was okay, in pain, etc. but my experience was just tainted at that point. Once I checked out, the manager (who was on the phone and conversing with other employees) asked me how everything was only after eyeing my tip amount. This didn't seem genuine. Also, despite heavy advertisement of the 10% off first-time special, this won't be mentioned at your appointment. You have to sign up online beforehand and show a text message to receive the discount. I forgot to show mine but I believe they would honor it. As you can see, my toe polish smudged less than 3 hours after my appointment - despite being very careful. My toenails look great for at least 2-3 weeks when I visit other nail bars. Overall, if you would like a nice massage and a basic manicure, go for it. The CBD, collagen, and hot stone options are great. I haven't seen such a wide array of options in other nail salons in the immediate vicinity. I hope this business continues to grow and improve. However, I personally have no intentions of returning to or recommending this nail bar.
