Tina at Hot Nails is a beast, and she knows it! I'm the kind of person who gets my nails done sporadically. If the polish isn't chipping (and if you get them done here it won't be until you chip at it yourself) and my cuticles don't look jacked up (same sentiment as before) then I'm A-OK! All I have to do is show Tina my ideas for my nails and she executes. She's like a ninja nail-warrior. She gives the best foot massages ever during my pedicure. She's shady as hell though. I heard her tell a client "oh, it's been a while since you came in for a pedicure huh?" As she sloughed the dry dead skin off her feet. Girl, you don't get paid for the commentary just do her toes! My only complaint is that they charge a lot sometimes. A polish change at Hot Nails is $12. At the place on nearby Peachtree Corners Circle, it's $7 and their work is just as good! However, this is Roswell. So you get what you pay for. read more

THE STARS SHOULD BE ZERO ON MY NEW REVIEW. Editing my original review because I am so pissed about this place. Came here pretty regularly for gel mani/pedi and nails were good. Asked for an SNS manicure and had never had one, so shame on me. They put an ACRYLIC POWDER on my nails and freaking charged me for SNS. My nails chipped off in about 2 days and I didn't know why. Went to another salon and got the right manicure with the right materials and it is fine. This place is HORRIBLE and will rip you off if they can. Stay away!. read more

This nail shop was fairly clean and the people were nice enough. I don't know what the mans name doing my nails was because he didn't say much. But that was fine with me, I got a overlay with gel polish and a matte finish. I think he did a pretty decent job, I would return again. read more

Don't waste your money I rarely ever write reviews but I had the man that works there do my nails and he is not only rude but he did a terrible job. The SNS layer he puts on is thin and if you ask for a thicker layer he gets an attitude and complains. Then the coat he put on for the color looks my 8 year old niece painted my nails. I have the worst paint on my nails then i have ever had and the rudest service. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. read more

Came in on a busy Sunday evening and I noticed they were under new management. I was skeptic at first about having a new person work on me, but they made me feel so at home and relaxed. I really enjoyed talking to the new owner Vee. Tina did my pedi and she did a wonderful job. . They also recently added over 100 new Sns color so if you're a sns lover .. you must see their collection. Overall they gained my business and I will be coming here from now on. I went there after reading the reviews on yelp. I was worried about the comment on their cleanliness, and unfortunately when it came to my nails it was true. The man who did my nails didn't speak very loudly, and didn't understand what I was asking for (but he understood once I showed him a picture), but his work was not sanitary. Instead of washing my hands after shaping my acrylic nails with the dremel he took out a dirty fluffy brush, wiped my hands off, and then put it back in it's place (he also did not clean it between customers). When he started to buff my nails he saw me cringe and ask if I was alright. I cringed because the buffer he brought out was DIRTY! You could see all the nail dust from the previous user. I'm kind of glad he didn't push my cuticles back (which by the way hurt from having acrylic on them) since his work was not sanitary at all. I also got a pedicure, and LUCKILY they used one of those sanitary packs with all new tools for just my feet. That made me feel a little better. There was no hot towel included in my pedicure, and they switched girls in between massages. The first girl was so gentle with my toes and she gave an amazing massage, the second girl felt like she was rushing and was too rough. They had a sign out advertising a special "Manicure and Pedicure $28" maybe it was because I got acrylic and gel polish for my nails, but it came out to be $56. I have been going to this salon for at least 15 years and would never think of going anywhere else. They are very sanitary and care about their customers. I have never had an issue with them. In fact, my husband goes there as well for pedicures and says he always feels better after the pedicure. I have fill ins there as well as pedicures and also get my eyebrows done. The people who work there are so very kind and thoughtful. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

Customer service is the worst. Possibly language barrier. But they have been here in America long enough not to have any "miscommunications". Example- Walked up and female owner is sitting outside. I asked if she was busy? Her answer no. Then she asked, Pedicure? I replied both, mani/pedi. She said, pick a color. I did. When I handed it to the technician doing my nails, I commented. Color for pedi only. No color on hands. About 1/2 through the pedi, there had been no mani movements at all. So I ASKED HER. did the owner tell you mani/pedi? she said NO. Then the native language started being spoken. While female owner was in the back helping others, (as now there were 4 people in the establishment... two in the waiting area.) the male owner tells the technician that I would have to GO BACK to the waiting area and wait until they finished helping the 2 customers who came in waaaay after I came in and was already waiting there. WHAAAT? I was in shock. My money was just as good as theirs. and the business owner clearly mis- communicated my order of services, yet I was charged the higher price for only having the pedicure. And, decided to go somewhere else for the manicure. Also, DON"T take chances... I did not see one of their instruments coming from a sterilize pack or solution. VERY GROSS. I wish I could use zero stars for today's experience. read more

This is the best nail salon ever!!!! I have been going since they opened and went to the nice lady Tina the owner before she opened her shop. When I find someone good I stick with it.
