So glad my friend introduced me to this shop. The staff makes customers feel so welcome and it feels like time there flies. The workmanship is excellent, I've had my nails done by Kevin twice and once I think by Lisa.. I am happy. My nails last and the price isn't crazy high. Thank you! read more

This place is fantastic! The staff are welcoming and kind. The technician I was with did a phenomenal job! He noticed I was ticklish and did his best to not make me squirm..very kind as I am usually embarrassingly giggly. He took us time with my pedicure and it looks sensational. Best nail salon experience. I called before hand to make sure the can accommodate my fill in/pedicure service and they said they could and to my surprise they were telling truth (opposed to other shops who tell you come and make you sit for 30 minutes) Racheal and holly took their time with my nails and it shows. And they have spiritsit's very clean and the atmosphere is nice. All of the staff is very welcoming. I will be going out of my way to come her but it's so worth it! I've tried multiple different shops in the area when Pandora is booked but they are not worth it. All of them make you feel rushed and like a number. I spend over $100 on nails pretty regularly and don't need the crap treatment that other salons and they're exploitative management give. It's obvious when management treats staff like crap- they pass the same treatment to you. The staff here is consistently respectful, the nails look great and I have rarely if ever felt rushed. read more

Always High Quality work!!! I've been a customer for almost a year and I've always had a pleasant experience. Their COVID protocólala require everyone to wear a mask and wash your hands upon entry Vivian has a true talent for shaping my nails the way I want as well as getting them thin. Rachel does my pedicures as well as my young daughter and we've always been satisfied Finally, they truly care and always remember small details from conversations we've had months ago Please support this great family-owned business read more

Good service is when you walk in after a 6 month hiatus greeted by Jimmy and Vivian smiling faces! I'm back my friends and I am greeting with professional staff in a clean environment. Baby girl once again has my natural nails looking salon perfect. Ladies if your pedicures isn't a young handsome man you are missing out. Young man you did a superb job! It's sandal weather again so see ya real soon. read more

Very friendly and most welcoming. Lovely people with a running conversation to set you at ease. However, the actual pedicure and manicure left a lot to be desired. The pedicurist did not attend to my rough heels, little to no foot or calf massage and despite me asking for short nails, barely cut anything. Paint job was ok though, not magnificent but not terrible either. The lady who did the manicure wasn't as "good", didn't do any filing until I insisted and then barely and not very well. Paint job was horrible, too thick and with marks, didn't finish well. Despite how sweet they were, I won't be back read more

Wow. My nails have never looked this good in a long time. If not, ever. I have tried several other nail salons in the area because I work in the area but none of them have impressed me until I found Pandora! I would say that since this is a smaller salon, calling ahead would be a good idea. Staff is very kind, and selection of colors is pretty decent. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks! Definitely my favorite salon in the area. read more

Paid over $100 for my nails and 4 nails broke in a 1 week span. Worst quality nails ever. Updating my previous review as my nail tech had moved on to another location. Amanda #1 was the best! She had surgery a few months ago and decided to not concede back to the area. Don't blame her with the Atlanta traffic. I've been to have my nails done a couple of times since she left. My acrylic fills were okay and pedicure good.... but even though they say 20% off or so I've been charged way more than I was before (without a discount). I'll be moving on as well I do believe. The jury is still out. I have a hard time going anywhere I wouldn't give 5 stars to. read more

I've been trying to find a great salon to go to since moving to the Atlanta area and this salon did not disappoint. It is clean, and they have TONS of options for the dip powder. Previously, my SNS continued chipping and breaking off within a few days from getting them done at prior salons and I expressed my concerns with Amanda who assured me they would not break. I also like my nails very short and I didn't once feel pressured to get tips. So far they are holding up beautifully, and the entire experience was amazing. I can't wait to get a pedi here soon! read more

First time going and last time. First the fumes were soo strong. Asked for a mask in order to sit. Pedicurist, were actually nice and did a great job. Srcondly, the nail techs, AWFUL. Customer service on ZERO. Nail tech was doing my nails, stopped and proceded to get on her phone for 10 mins texting, swiping etc. My daughters nail tech while doing her nails goes into an argument on the phone. Aggressively doing her nails because she was angry. Neither tech ever saId "Excuse me, give me a sec, my apologies" nothing. Its more of a hole in the wall type nail salon. I went based on reviews and the photo on the website, which showed nice decor of the inside. All I can say is that must was a pic on opening day a long time ago. It really wasn't as clean as one would prefer. I will NEVER go back, the prices are ok. A regular pedicure was 29.00 and a spa pedicure was about 39.00. I ended up paying $160.00 for me and my kid. I endured to post a fair review but the two younger female nail techs, hands down earned a zero. I ended up getting a gel fill in. She used dip powder which was different from the gel, I'm used to. Plus she only did a part of the nail and not my entire nail which was different. I asked for square tips but rounded corners so they won't be sharp. My nails all sharp, some rounded and some not. I don't feel as if these nails are quality nor will last long. My kid just got a regular mani/pedi. There's a lot better options than this. I'm all about service. read more

Its in a shopping center next to LA fitness and its super cute when you walk in. The salon is clean and classic. I was in the area and needed to get a pedicure so I read the previous reviews and decided this spot was on the safer side. I was attended to immediately and sat down to start my pedi. I went here around 2 PM in the middle of the week. There were maybe 3 more other customers inside being serviced. It was clean very clean inside. I selected the spa pedicure which was a one tier above the basic pedicure. That ended up being $34 dollars I believe. I can't remember the name of the young lady who did my pedicure, but she was very nice and offered me wine. I got a regular polish pedicure and two weeks later and it's still holding on. I enjoyed the pedicure and I was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Not much bells and whistles but the prices did seem cheaper here compared to others in the area. The only negative is that they had gnats flying throughout the shop. A couple got into my wine cup. read more

I love this place. They do a fantastic job. Whether you want basic service or fancy designs they can do it!!

Went here after reading some good reviews. Was not disappointed. Just got an SNS manicure and no pedi, going back for that. I had received two HORRIBLE manicures from Hot Nails (see that review) and Nina was Fabulous!!! Totally my new nail place! Clean, friendly, good service and quality. read more

Great customer service! Beautiful neighborhood spa! My pedicure was great, probably one of the best I've had in a long time. The manicurist was sweet, but my gel manicure chipped after 2 days. I returned to have it repaired. The staff immediately addressed it and repaired my nail. Unfortunately, my entire gel manicure completely chipped/fell off within the week. I suppose it's because the manicurist did a waterless manicure which didn't remove more of the natural oil from my nails. Unfortunately, I had to go to a different nail shop to have my gel manicure completely redone within the week because this one was a complete mess. As a professional, I can't have chipped/messy nails. I will definitely return for a pedicure. I'll pass on the gel manicure because I don't have time for chipped nails within the week. read more

I was really disappointed with the service today.. brought in 11 years old girls today with me so they can get the experience of a spa day. The lady who did our nails had such bad attitude, rushed it and refused to do what i asked her to fix (I did French tip). I asked her if she could fix the line of the French tip and that was one nail, she made it seem so impossible and gave me the attitude. She didn't care what we wanted to do and on top of that she was so pushy with their other services which I did tell them that wasn't my plan. I felt tension from her and she didn't even try to make it comfortable or nice experience. This is why I don't recommend this place. If I PAY with my money someone to do my nails I would love to get nice service (which is part of their job). She didn't deserve getting tipped at ALL. read more

I wanted to let the world know that Pandora is the FIRST nail salon I've been to that gives you 3 coats instead of 2. I feel like they are making a difference in a service area that has become a staple in many women's lives. Service is exceptional; I accidentally messed up one finger nail while drying and the lady was happy to redo it. The only thing I could "complain" about the place is their ventilation system. For some reason, I feel like the chemical odor is stronger here than at other places. However, as a customer who would spend an hour here at most, I could take that. The shop is clean, well-organized and compliant to regulations (from what I can observe). Love, love! read more

As soon as you walk in, it smells refreshing. The staff was nice and professional. I got the pedicure with gel and the tech took her time.
