The pedicurist did not attend to my rough heels, little to no foot or calf massage and despite me asking for short nails, barely cut anything. Paint job was ok though, not magnificent but not terrible either. The lady who did the manicure wasn't as "good", didn't do any filing until I insisted and then barely and not very well. My acrylic fills were okay and pedicure good.... but even though they say 20% off or so I've been charged way more than I was before (without a discount). I'll be moving on as well I do believe. First time going and last time. First the fumes were soo strong. Asked for a mask in order to sit. Pedicurist, were actually nice and did a great job. Srcondly, the nail techs, AWFUL. Customer service on ZERO. Nail tech was doing my nails, stopped and proceded to get on her phone for 10 mins texting, swiping etc. My daughters nail tech while doing her nails goes into an argument on the phone. Aggressively doing her nails because she was angry. Neither tech ever saId "Excuse me, give me a sec, my apologies" nothing. Its more of a hole in the wall type nail salon. I went based on reviews and the photo on the website, which showed nice decor of the inside. All I can say is that must was a pic on opening day a long time ago. It really wasn't as clean as one would prefer. I will NEVER go back, the prices are ok. A regular pedicure was 29.00 and a spa pedicure was about 39.00. I ended up paying $160.00 for me and my kid. I endured to post a fair review but the two younger female nail techs, hands down earned a zero. I ended up getting a gel fill in. She used dip powder which was different from the gel, I'm used to. Plus she only did a part of the nail and not my entire nail which was different. I asked for square tips but rounded corners so they won't be sharp. My nails all sharp, some rounded and some not. I don't feel as if these nails are quality nor will last long. My kid just got a regular mani/pedi. There's a lot better options than this. I'm all about service. read more

I was in the area and needed to get a pedicure so I read the previous reviews and decided this spot was on the safer side. I was attended to immediately and sat down to start my pedi. I went here around 2 PM in the middle of the week. There were maybe 3 more other customers inside being serviced. It was clean very clean inside. I selected the spa pedicure which was a one tier above the basic pedicure. That ended up being $34 dollars I believe. I can't remember the name of the young lady who did my pedicure, but she was very nice and offered me wine. I got a regular polish pedicure and two weeks later and it's still holding on. I enjoyed the pedicure and I was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Not much bells and whistles but the prices did seem cheaper here compared to others in the area. The only negative is that they had gnats flying throughout the shop. A couple got into my wine cup. read more

I was really disappointed with the service today.. brought in 11 years old girls today with me so they can get the experience of a spa day. The lady who did our nails had such bad attitude, rushed it and refused to do what i asked her to fix (I did French tip). I asked her if she could fix the line of the French tip and that was one nail, she made it seem so impossible and gave me the attitude. She didn't care what we wanted to do and on top of that she was so pushy with their other services which I did tell them that wasn't my plan. I felt tension from her and she didn't even try to make it comfortable or nice experience. This is why I don't recommend this place. If I PAY with my money someone to do my nails I would love to get nice service (which is part of their job). She didn't deserve getting tipped at ALL. read more

Great customer service! Beautiful neighborhood spa! My pedicure was great, probably one of the best I've had in a long time. The manicurist was sweet, but my gel manicure chipped after 2 days. I returned to have it repaired. The staff immediately addressed it and repaired my nail. Unfortunately, my entire gel manicure completely chipped/fell off within the week. I suppose it's because the manicurist did a waterless manicure which didn't remove more of the natural oil from my nails. Unfortunately, I had to go to a different nail shop to have my gel manicure completely redone within the week because this one was a complete mess. As a professional, I can't have chipped/messy nails. I will definitely return for a pedicure. I'll pass on the gel manicure because I don't have time for chipped nails within the week. read more

I wanted to let the world know that Pandora is the FIRST nail salon I've been to that gives you 3 coats instead of 2. I feel like they are making a difference in a service area that has become a staple in many women's lives. Service is exceptional; I accidentally messed up one finger nail while drying and the lady was happy to redo it. The only thing I could "complain" about the place is their ventilation system. For some reason, I feel like the chemical odor is stronger here than at other places. However, as a customer who would spend an hour here at most, I could take that. The shop is clean, well-organized and compliant to regulations (from what I can observe). Love, love! read more

I want to start with the good: the place is very clean and Connor, the owner, was very kind. I stopped in in October for a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure (regular polish, not gel) was one of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, my natural nails on my fingers were ruined and months later I am still growing the damage out. I will take partial responsibility for this, as I may not have been clear on my communication. When I came in before lunch on Oct. 3, there was only one other customer, who was sitting at the drying station. I was offered a drink and asked what I wanted. I said I needed a pedicure and a manicure. I showed the female nail tech a photo of a French ombre paint job and asked if she would be able to replicate it. (Image: https://imgur.com/a/7iEtWkz). She said yes, and I was motioned to the pedicure chair. Connor got to work on my toes, while the female nail tech began work on my fingers. She began by hitting my nails with polish remover, which seemed standard, despite my naked nails. She pushed back and cut my cuticles, which, again, seemed standard. She asked Connor to ask me to show her the photo of the paint job I wanted again, so I did so. She then painted what I thought was the base coat on my nails and then put each finger in a pot of powder. You guys, this lady put me in SNS nails and I had no idea. I thought the powder was some fancy trick to get the polish to ombre. I didn't know until she got out a makeup sponge to try to paint my nails with polish and I asked,"Why do my nails look so thick?" She then said that how SNS works. I had heard about SNS before, but that's not what I came in for. I had simply wanted a manicure and my (healthy and long!) natural nails painted. I asked what the upkeep was like and I was informed that I'd have to come in to have them removed, repainted, etc. No no no no no . Y'all, I don't even get gel polish on my nails because I want to be able to remove the color at home. I am *not* an every few weeks kind of manicure gal. I'm more like a once / year manicure kind of gal. I explained, "No, I don't want SNS. I just wanted this design that I showed you painted on my natural nails. And I wanted a manicure-- a good soak and a hand massage and cuticle care. Can you take these off?" She was super annoyed, and I was super apologetic. She gets out the sander and starts grinding off the SNS. After they're removed she starts with the sponge and the polish again on my natural nails, but she grabs the dark pink polish from my pedicure instead of the pale pink French polish. She gets one nail done (and the ombre job is horrendous) and I look down and say, "Oh no! Not that color pink! The French pink!" She removes the polish and begins again with the pale pink. Three nails in, and it's clear she has no idea how to do a nice ombre, but at this point, I feel terrible and think, "I"ll just remove it when I get home." Connor interjects, "Did you do the massage? She wanted a manicure?" Then... for reasons unbeknownst to me, the tech takes off the polish on the three nails she's done, and then rubs my hands and arms (up to my elbows) with lotion. Since my polish is removed I said, "You know what? Please don't do the ombre. Just paint them the same color pink as my toes. Just one color, no design." And she does that. I pay $70 plus tip and I get the heck out of there. Two days later, all ten nails have chipped. One week later, as my nails grow out, I see that the grinding has made a very deep ridge in my nail. A ridge so deep that no polish can hide it. It's been three months, and the ridge has grown out to the top 1/4th of my nail (thank goodness my nails grow fast). But for Christmas parties and whatnot, my nails looked so terrible that I had to resort to hiding the ridges with a set of press-on adhesive nails. I wasn't offered a discount or given an apology (nor did I ask for one). Connor seems lovely. Pandora seems clean. Just be very, very, very clear with what you want. Showing photos isn't enough. read more
