She has always made me feel comfortable from the start. She works quickly and efficiently and ensures to answer any questions you might have about any procedure. You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

This was my first time coming and they completely exceeded my expectations. If I'm ever back visiting Georgia, I'm 100% coming back here. Highly recommend!!

I've had a few bad experiences with other wax chains, but once you try Sweet Peach you're guaranteed to be a loyal customer. Their wax is super gentle compared to anywhere else. Also, the environment is clean, warm, and welcoming, and Candy is super bubbly and friendly. Candy finished my Brazilian and underarms in a pain free 20 minutes and left no hairs. If you're looking for expert waxing I'd reccomend her at this location!

I have been going to Sweet Peach wax for over a year. I also have two teenage daughters that I send…read morethere for their waxing. This morning I was five minutes late for a simple armpit wax. This was my first time ever being late. As I was walking in the door, my phone dinged with a $5 no show fee. My aesthetician was standing there and told me that she would not be able to take me because she'd already taken her next appointment back. She said I could come back in three or four hours when she had an opening, but that did not work with my schedule. Their website states that 10 minutes late is a no show- with no mention of how long your appointment was. Sadly, they lost three customers this morning over that five minutes.

As a loyal customer for over six years with European Wax, I am extremely disappointed with my…read morerecent experience. I have invested thousands of dollars in services over the years, and while this is not about the quality of the waxing itself, it is about time management and customer consideration. On the day of my appointment, I drove over an hour to arrive promptly at 9:00 AM, factoring in heavier traffic due to school starting in the Georgia area. I left my home well in advance to ensure I was on time. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my waxer was running late and that there was no estimated time of arrival. What frustrates me most is that I was not informed ahead of time. Your policy clearly states: "If you're running late or need to change your reservation, just call us at (678) 942-0088 and we'll get you all sorted out." I expect the same courtesy from your staff a simple phone call before I made the long drive would have been both professional and considerate. Additionally, you should have your books open and ready at 9:00 AM. If you are not able to start services promptly at that time, customers should be notified before they arrive, especially those traveling long distances. Because I was not notified, I not only wasted time and gas, but I also woke up earlier than necessary and ultimately did not receive my service. Unfortunately, I am traveling this weekend and will now have to do so without the wax I had scheduled and planned for. While I will not name the waxer, as she is skilled and pleasant, this experience reflects very poor time management and customer care on the part of the location. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your communication process so no other loyal customer experiences this level of inconvenience.

All of the workers who have helped me have been extremely thorough in their work and listen to you if you have any concerns. I usually get gel or SNS manicures here and regular pedicures with other massage or special soak add-ons. They have always provided the best quality work and are not overly rough with the massages like some places. You also get a free beverage - wine, if you like, with your service which is nice as not every nail place offers that, though more should if they can. The atmosphere is always calm and never too busy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. You can also get a birthday discount if you sign up for the rewards program, as well as other periodic discounts. Overall, it's a great place and I've had no issues yet. This will continue to be my go-to place for nails.

I'm sure Olga is awesome, but despite booking my eyebrow threading appointment with her specifically, I never met her and a random lady did my brows--I have scars above my right eyebrow, like, deep scars from my appointment that resulted in deep itchy rash. It also smelled odd during the threading like maybe rose witch hazel but I'm not sensitive to that normally. A simple alcohol or aloe solution would have been preferred. Maybe it just wasn't sanitary but anyway I left and almost immediately broke out in a super itchy skin inflammation and started my new job like that! This was several months ago (April 2025) and I still have the deep scars on my face from this amateur facility with newbies. I just remember wanting to scratch it so badly. I used to go to a threading and sugaring place in Alpharetta before I relocated, and never had a problem nor sensitivity there. Brazilian and eyebrows, never an issue. Bare Wax is not a place I will be returning to. What sucks is I didn't even need the service, just wanted to try the new place and be groomed and polished. Honestly there was no difference, she didn't even know how to trim my eyebrows so they looked basically the same as when I arrived.
