Have come three times, each time of varying levels. The inconsistency of service is a little frustrating. The facility is clean and well put together, however the service varies. Attached a picture of recent fill in, where my middle nail was left with a large gap between nail and acrylic at the bed. It got caught on everything for two weeks before I caved and came in to get it fixed. Lastly, the mask mandate has been lifted, I'm Vaccinated - why am I required to wear a mask. And if you're requiring them, then hold your staff and clients accountable. I came here one Friday morning as soon as they opened to get a mani/pedi. If you're coming here, just know that the nail salon isn't visible from the street. You'll have to turn into a small plaza and the nail salon will be on the side of the building. It's located next to a vegan restaurant I think. Since it had been a while since I last got a mani/pedi, I went for the deluxe pedicure ($35) and a SNS manicure which ended up being $65. The mani was a little pricier because I wanted a design on each nail and also got some tips on a couple shorter nails to even everything out. Overall, I was very happy with how my nails and toes looked afterward. The real test was how long they'd last. Three weeks later and my nails have grown out but they're all still in tact. Three weeks is my benchmark for a SNS manicure based on how long they've lasted when I've gone to other salons in Atlanta. Anything at or above three weeks I think is good for SNS. The pedicure still looks good too. This was my first visit and based on it, I definitely plan to return. It's not in a really busy area so traffic and parking shouldn't be an issue, the prices were fair, and the salon itself is pretty spacious and updated. read more

Nate did my pedicure and he was good. The problem was with the manager or maybe owner. When I said I just wanted a regular pedicure she said I should get gel pedicure. I told her I just wanted to get regular but she kept on insisting I get gel and she showed her annoyance when I said no. After Nate was done painting my nails I noticed a lot of bubbles but he had already moved to another chair to work on someone else. When I told the manager about the bubbles, she said that's why you should've gotten gel instead! Wow. When they got done repainting my toes I asked where I can dry and the manager pointed me to the table and was huffing and puffing as she was turning on the light and fan. I stayed for a few mins but can't stand being there anymore so I asked if they have a fast dry spray. She almost yelled at me and said NO we don't have that that's why next time get a gel pedicure!! I can afford getting a gel pedicure but what if I can't? What if I don't have the means to pay for that or what if I really just don't want to spend that much money?? Why embarrass customers like that? She made sure she lets me know that I'm being cheap. If I really just want a regular pedicure, respect that! Otherwise make sure you let people know you're establishment only offers gel pedicure. Really horrible experience! read more

I've come to this place several times and I've always had a good experience. However I came on Friday around 4:00 pm. This time was not the case. A young man did my nails. He was very rude, didn't even bother to say hello. It was as if I was on his way . I really did not like the shape nor the application of the SNS. I'm really sad about this experience because I thought I had found my new spot. I've invited several friends and family members to come and try out this place but after the last experience I don't feel comfortable doing it again. One of the times I had a great experience was a girl name Sarah! She was so sweet and accommodating! If I ever returned it will definitely have to be if I make an appointment with her. 11/2022: My most recent visit went very well I saw they were opened late and really needed to get my nails done. I called them asking if I could come in near closing the owner Ping said yes we will wait for you. Ping is a very gracious person & she treated me as I was the very 1st customer of the day instead of the last with my appointment going well past their closing time. My fingers & toes look fantastic & the colors match perfectly which is a issue at other nail salons. I recommend this salon. 9/2021: I have been to this nail salon a few times. The first time I had my nails done here they were a disaster! I think the guy who did my SNS used super glue? My nails were so brittle & started breaking immediately! I was traveling so I wrote the business letting them know that 1/2 my nails broke in the 1st few days I didn't hear back from them or receive restitution, I didn't plan on going back until I received a gift certificate from a friend. Amazing experience!! I have been on the hunt for a new nail salon and I have found it yay! I'm sick of the overcrowded, mediocre, hit or miss, rushed jobs that are typical in most all of the Buckhead salons, which is where I live. This place is well worth the drive. Walking in, it's fresh, clean, and bright. I love that all the nail polish is organized and brand new- they have amazing options too! They have drinks and coffee available, great music playing, TVs and comfortable chairs... they really cater to their customers! The manager is really friendly and very welcoming! I got a classic spa mani pedi ($38) and I dragged my husband along w me to get a pedi. My nails and toes turned out beautifully and my husband very throughly enjoyed his extra long foot massage. The hot towels and delicious smelling lotion really made me feel relaxed (even 9 months pregnant)! I loved everything about my experience and I can't wait to come back! PLEASE READ VERY DETAILED EXPERIENCE REVIEW if i could give zero stars, i could !!! listen to all the other bad reviews please ! save your money!! first off, the SECOND i came in they were already talking shtt all of them looking at me and yapping away with their mouth .. i came and picked a baby light pink color with some clear flower designs on some fingers.. i asked for acrylic powder but they were talking under their breaths to each other while trying to get me to get SNS or gel .. of course i said no i want powder. the guy started off my nails he didn't even cut it at the length i wanted, spent a lot of time cutting them and going back and forth cutting each of them multiple times.. now my nails are very short compared to how i want it. then when he applied the color.. it was not baby light pink .. it was a bright barbie pink. the second i said something the shit talking started again.. the owner i believe come by with the same palette i picked and showing it to me telling me its the one i picked and i put my nail next to it saying it's not the same color. pretty sure even a color blind person can tell the difference in how bright and dark the color they applied on me was.. from what i picked. now the owner tried two more pink.. it still was nothing near the color.. actually thinking about it now.. i don't even think it was pink smh. at this point they still keep running their mouth and the whole store workers looking at me and talking and they laughing as if it's my fault they're getting the colors wrong. if you don't have the color, you tell the customer you don't have it and at least offer options on what you do have close to it. why even advertise something you don't have??? and what is the need to start all this laughing in my face and talking down on me?? each time i answered their question, they immediately switch languages and talk down on me. unprofessional to the MAX. i looked at her straight in the face and said if you don't have the color, i'll just pick white. and she cursed under her breath. crazy right? mmh. anyways, she files off the colors but doesn't file everything off so the bright pink was still on my finger.. now i have another worker on my hands, she also didn't bother trying to take off the pink and started applying the white powder all over it.. note i wanted some clear nails with flowers like i said in the beginning.. yeah i didn't get it. she applied all my nails with the white color the whole time she was doing my nails, a worker sitting next to her, the first guy who did my nails was on the other side working on a different customer PLUS the owner standing between them were all TALKING DOWN on me laughing and staring at me and my cousin repeatedly. They kept talking to each other how i could've asked for french or pink flower and all these other mess as if they deserve those extra money. After all the shit talking for the past 2 hours, when we was about to pay was when they had the audacity to compliment me on my eyebrows and makeup. no, that isn't going to work. the more crazy thing is my nails cost $60 for some short plain white color acrylics... everyone who goes get their nails done knows that is not how you price these booboo azz nails. ESPECIALLY when they are so short. they claim it because it's "powder" it cost starting at 50 .. no. just no. you'll become a laughing stock and they aren't afraid to hide it either. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I live inside Atlanta (LIL 5) and needed a salon on the quick near where I was staying in Tucker this place had 4.5 stars which ha why I picked them.... Never again! Good pedicure- he was thorough and my toes look cute. Beautiful clean salon! Great staff at check in/check out BUT Worst SNS I've ever had.... First of all their color selection was weak... like 4 sheets of the standard colors and some sparkles. I wanted a French manicure style SNS with holographic glitter tips instead of the white.... NOPE the nail tech doing my Sns basically said no he wasn't doing that so I ended up with holographic whole nails - COOL it's pretty... the problems? Well he was RUDE as fvck. Absolutely spoke good English so it wasn't a language issue. He was just a dick. I told him the shape of my nails was perfect before he started and that I wanted to continue with that shape.... Yeah.... My nails are a little crooked in some places and they are super sharp at the edges. He only did 2 coats of the sparkle powder so YOU CAN SEE MY REAL NAILS through the glitter :-( He treated my hands/fingers like meat - tossing my left hand back at me each time he was done with it. Never once asked if I was happy or anything. I was afraid to piss him off further so I just let him finish. There are a wide range of services offered, and the prices are pretty normal for the metropolitan Atlanta area. If you prefer SNS Dip Powder, they have a great color range to choose from. Their suite is a lot bigger than it looks, imagine my surprise (on my second trip) finding out their waxing and lashes services offered in another area beyond the mani/pedi section. Best pedi I've had in a very long time. I wanted to try this new nail salon after my usual place made me feel unsafe with their Covid precautions. This place has barely been open a year and it's so clean, fresh and modern inside. There's a cute private pedicure area in the back too for parties. When I entered all employees had masks and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. It was quiet in here on a Sunday afternoon. When I was almost done they turned on some light music which was nice. I was also offered a beverage and I opted for water. I always appreciate a drink during my services. I think Bella did my pedicure and she gave the best foot massage! She also polished my nails to perfection. I got a pretty OPI polish. The only thing I slightly disliked was that the massage chairs only have a weird vibration setting and no rolling or kneading but not a deal breaker.
