Horrible service !! Nail tech has a temper tantrum if you express that you aren't satisfied with the quality of work . Kicks chair and slams door because she wants to rush on clients nails . Starts to cry because the nails are not filed correctly and/ or painted to clients liking . Co workers stand there and allow her to act a fool . 0 out of 5 customer service . read more

asked for a soak off and got turned away. claimed the shop closed at 6 when they really close at 7. more than enough time to soak off a set but i guess someone wanted to go home early as if they don't close at the same time everyday lol read more

This is by far the worst nails job I have ever had. I came here for a gel fill. I asked for almond shape Which I don't think was done well. The tech left my nails bulky and ugly When I asked why it looks like that he told me " I filed your nails down " Made no attempts to correct it or anything I think his name is Jay. He sits in the front and speaks perfect English. I will never come to this salon again. This is my first yelp review ever. I will be getting my nails redone somewhere else I paid because I'm not a person who wants things done for free but I did not get what I paid for read more

I went in for a gel removal and a basic mani/pedi. They were fast and clean and did a great job. They didn't seem to have a lot of options for polish, and/or the polish seemed old. So I just picked a color that seemed newer. Next time, I'll just bring my own. read more

I had an pretty good experience at this nail shop. The price that she told me on the phone is the same price i ended up paying at the shop for an full set. I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails but she was very sweet and nice. I was not in the shop for too long so that was an plus. Only thing that i didn't like was the fact that if more people come in to get their nails done, they would have to wait 30 mins even if someone else was available to do their nails. However, other than some of them being lazy.. it was an ok shop read more

The salon is great , clean , peaceful! The prices are very reasonable and everyone , especially ms. Lisa is very friendly . I normally bring my 1 year old with me and she always works with me to help accommodate me and even keep her entertained. The absolute worse nail job I have ever gotten. I got a full set and pedicure. The shape is awful and my nails are uneven, the acrylic gel application on the nails is lumpy, and the gel manicure which is supposed to last longer than normal polish is cracked and chipped after 3 days. On top of that, the technicians are rude and unfriendly. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Never again will I visit this place. I recently moved here from out of state and was looking for a nail tech nearby. The wait first of all was entirely to long. And the nail tech who did my nails made one of my nails crooked and told me that my finger was crooked. I've been getting my nails done for over 10years and never have I seen nor have I heard such foolishness. Lastly after a week my top coat is chipping. I WILL NEVER GO TO HOLLYWOOD NAILS AGAIN if possible to give no stars I would. Save your money read more

Hollywood Nails - Like wtf - Nail Salons Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

Second time visiting this salon and honestly the first visit wasn't too bad, I had to sit for 2 hours but my nails didn't look horrible. My second visit however was horrible. I got a basic pedicure and SNS on my nails with no tips. It was $65, the lady that was doing my nails was rushing the entire time and it was constantly painful, she was pulling my hands, sanding my nails so hard it was hot and burning. When she finished my nails there was paint all over my fingers, no one put my shoes on so I struggled to do that with my wet nails & toes. My nails are in even and shaped differently on each nail. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged or they are just extremely over priced, especially considering the service I received. 100% do not recommend and will never return to this salon. read more

Just left this establishments. Never again!!! My nails are $&&@& up! Waste of money. I should of known when they pulled out the dirty towels. I don't think they even sterilized there products. Hoping I don't develop a fungus. Would of given them 0 stars if I could. read more

Needed something quick cause I could'nt make it to where I normally go in buckhead where they do the best (The Nail Bar). They couldn't even do my nails & toes at the same time. My fill in was terrible and my pedicure was worse. She was trying to recommend & tell me what I wanted cause she was trying to rush. So she was talking shit in her language. I'm sorry you mad for doing your job. Never again. I don't recommend. I've been actually trying to find a black owned shop but I haven't found one yet. I hate coming to these racist ass asians. Zero stars. read more

I would not recommend ANYONE visit here. In preparation for a vacation I got my eyebrows done. My skin was burned to point where it was discolored, swollen and raw. I went back to discuss the incident and was immediately dismissed. Staff refused to give me contact information for the manager, nor would they tell me if he/she was there. They were rude. Unprofessional. Extremely uncaring. Spend your time and money elsewhere. read more

This salon is overpriced for their bootleg extremely out dated & old school methods. Not to mention nobody speaks a lick of English outside of "full set" "pedicure" "manicure" I've never been to a nail salon that has you soaking your entire finger in acetone to remove gel polish & uses watered down cuticle remover. While the lady was doing my gel manicure she didn't let the base coat dry so when I left there was bubbles in the polish yet still expected the $25 fee & a tip. I will always pay for services rendered but best believe I will not be coming back. read more

Im very particular who does my nails. Ive been to many places and have so many issuse. Until i came to Hollywood Nails. First Jack would do my nails and i would absolutely loved them each and evertime. Jack is in college and is not there all the time, so he left me in great hands with his adorable sister Tony. I went on a Sunday and there was about a 45 minute wait, which was ok. What wasn't ok was the ants that were crawling around everywhere. I killed at least 3 that had crawled on me. The establishment was aware of the ant problem. Snow did an amazing job with my pedicure, and Kim I believe her name is did an ok job with my Gel nails. Would only return for Snow. read more

Worst fucking service for nails ever!!! I only needed a fill in and they charged me 23 dollars. That's close to the price of a new set and they did a horrible job. I have been coming to Hollywood Nails faithfully every 2 weeks for the past year and a half. I love coming here when you walk in the door the staff greets you with warm smiles and hellos. This is by far one of the best nail shops I have been to in a while. In coming here I have nothing but pleasant experiences. Usually when shops are busy they have ridiculously long wait times but here the most I've waited was 35mins and they were packed. I have my favorite tech here by the name of Toni. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and she gives me what I want everytime. She does AMAZING designs you bring it to her she can recreate just about anything and her free styling is even better she is very creative. In coming here you are in GREAT hands with any of the staff! I highly recommend them! read more

Bad business!!! It took them a long time to even greet me! Meanwhile there weren't any customers in being serviced at that time. Then I sat down for a pedicure. The guy who was doing it rushed on my feet, he even pinched my toe while going around the cuticle. He didn't polish my toes all the way. The young lady who did my nails and eye brows did an ok job. But when I mention about my pedicure service I went up to the register to pay for my nails and my and my eyebrows. I mention that I will not pay for a service that was not correctly done which were my feet. So as I'm at the register paying, the guy that did my feet snatched my leg and try to wipe the polish off. I mention before that I could not stay because I have to go the owner which is the lady also did the same thing grabbed my other leg and proceeded to take the polish off without my consent. I will never go back to this place again. I'm all about good customer service and will pay! I was polite in my actions. No read more

I am a long time customer. The services are performed with unmatched expertise and attentiveness. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I got my nails done twice at this salon. First time the experience was ok. She didn't quite understand the shape I was asking for, but she was very friendly so I just let it go. My nails looked nice enough. After about a week & a half 2 nails popped off!!! I've never had my nails pop off unless I needed a fill-in badly & some type of force was applied to them. I didn't need a fill-in, so I rushed to the store to get some nail glue. Fine. I said I'll give them another try, I'm just not going back to that lady. So now some younger chick is doing my nails. She's on the phone with her boyfriend, yapping away. She said "you want to cut down?" I said "Yes" so she continues to do my nails & she proceeds without cutting them down, I said "are you going to cut them?" She says "GIRL!! I ASKED YOU!" I said "I told you, yes" now if she was professional, I wouldn't have heard her lil conversation with her BF & she would've heard me say YES! Smh... Then they swiped my card & was having trouble with the machine. She asked to swipe my card again.. (Thank God I have the chase app @ alerts) I said "no, it went through" & showed her my alert message on my phone! A week later, 2 DIFFERENT nails popped off. You know that was my last time! read more
