This is by far the worst nails job I have ever had. I came here for a gel fill. I asked for almond shape Which I don't think was done well. I went in for a gel removal and a basic mani/pedi. They were fast and clean and did a great job. They didn't seem to have a lot of options for polish, and/or the polish seemed old. So I just picked a color that seemed newer. Next time, I'll just bring my own. read more

I had an pretty good experience at this nail shop. The price that she told me on the phone is the same price i ended up paying at the shop for an full set. I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails but she was very sweet and nice. I was not in the shop for too long so that was an plus. The shape is awful and my nails are uneven, the acrylic gel application on the nails is lumpy, and the gel manicure which is supposed to last longer than normal polish is cracked and chipped after 3 days. Second time visiting this salon and honestly the first visit wasn't too bad, I had to sit for 2 hours but my nails didn't look horrible. My second visit however was horrible. I got a basic pedicure and SNS on my nails with no tips. It was $65, the lady that was doing my nails was rushing the entire time and it was constantly painful, she was pulling my hands, sanding my nails so hard it was hot and burning. When she finished my nails there was paint all over my fingers, no one put my shoes on so I struggled to do that with my wet nails & toes. My nails are in even and shaped differently on each nail. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged or they are just extremely over priced, especially considering the service I received. 100% do not recommend and will never return to this salon. read more

I have been coming to Hollywood Nails faithfully every 2 weeks for the past year and a half. I love coming here when you walk in the door the staff greets you with warm smiles and hellos. This is by far one of the best nail shops I have been to in a while. In coming here I have nothing but pleasant experiences. Usually when shops are busy they have ridiculously long wait times but here the most I've waited was 35mins and they were packed. I have my favorite tech here by the name of Toni. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and she gives me what I want everytime. She does AMAZING designs you bring it to her she can recreate just about anything and her free styling is even better she is very creative. Bad business!!! It took them a long time to even greet me! Meanwhile there weren't any customers in being serviced at that time. Then I sat down for a pedicure. The guy who was doing it rushed on my feet, he even pinched my toe while going around the cuticle. He didn't polish my toes all the way. The young lady who did my nails and eye brows did an ok job. But when I mention about my pedicure service I went up to the register to pay for my nails and my and my eyebrows. I mention that I will not pay for a service that was not correctly done which were my feet. So as I'm at the register paying, the guy that did my feet snatched my leg and try to wipe the polish off. I got my nails done twice at this salon. First time the experience was ok. She didn't quite understand the shape I was asking for, but she was very friendly so I just let it go. My nails looked nice enough. After about a week & a half 2 nails popped off!!! I've never had my nails pop off unless I needed a fill-in badly & some type of force was applied to them. I didn't need a fill-in, so I rushed to the store to get some nail glue. Fine. I said I'll give them another try, I'm just not going back to that lady. So now some younger chick is doing my nails.
