I went here to get my nails done as a bridal party group. I'm not here to complain about the service I'm here to complain about the quality.(though service was not great) After I got my nails done, they felt VERY tight. It felt like my nails were lifting off their nail beds. I didn't think much of it until my thumb and the skin under and around the nail started to rip and break and eventually ended up exposing raw skin. My nails were separating from their nail beds. It was extremely extremely painful. I think they used regular polish and not gel polish on my nails and burned my fingers and nails. I've since taken the polish off since my skin has mostly healed and the white of my nails beds are strange but thankfully I believe they will repair over time. When my friend told them what happened they ignored it and said I need to soak my hands in peroxide. Definitely do not recommend. been coming for a year , I always spend 70-100 here, but it has went down, nobody does good work but Lisa recently got a fill in and in 2 days my nails were lifting . They have a new guy in there n he did my nails I called n complained like hey it's been 2 days n my nails are lifting with huge gaps , the same person decided to argue with me saying he can't control that . My nails don't look like this until after 2 weeks.... Im Irritated cause I always tip the crew and started off as just a loyal customer . But they lost me at this one and whatever acrylic they use now .. is eating at finger nails I've had 5 splits from my nails everytime Ive gotten them done. don't go here ! charged 60$ but you get 20$ work bye read more

If I could give no stars I would. They are very rude and do not want to fix any mistakes and pretty sure the lady doing acrylic nails had Covid. i left out with crooked nails and nail polish that looked like you you touched it before it dried. The manager didn't even want to acknowledge how crooked my nails were. so now I have to go somewhere else to have my nails fixed. read more

Iv been going here for years and they've done great but I went today and one of the ladies had an attitude and my nails turned out terrible. They were not the color I wanted and I asked her not to cut them down and she cut them super short anyways. Very unhappy :/ I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

The people are very nice and do an acceptable job with your nails, but don't "walk in" if you are a new customer. Most of their regulars apparently make appointments and, of course, they take those first. We were there 2 and a half hours just to get one set of nails and a pedicure. read more

I went in for a manicure and had the worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had. Took 2hrs to get SNS nails but instead got gel. Nails cut too short, mis-shapen, thick gloppy polish, kept burning my cuticles with the dremel, left polish all over the sides and edges of my fingers. ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE! read more

The first time I went there, I asked for a pedicure and a gel fill with gel polish. This was what I asked for, thought I was given, and was charged for. The service seemed fine, although the technician literally did not stop talking the entire time, asking personal questions that were clearly not welcome. Unfortunately, the nails started peeling up much faster than they should have... they reminded me of acrylic nails, When I returned the next time, I was informed that the last time, I had been given an acryllic fill instead of gel. When I complained to the manager, she asked me the exact dollar amount I had been charged, and I said I didn't remember off hand (as I had paid cash, and couldn't look up a bank record), but I had added up the amounts for the various services and that's what I had been charged. She told me that this was impossible, since there should have been a multi-service discount. She continued to give me an attitude, although this just tells me that I was not given a discount that I should have been in addition to being overcharged for a service I didn't even want. There was no apology, just employees trying to blame me for their error. To add injury to insult, I asked for the acrylic nails to be removed, and they were pried off with excessive force. My fingers still hurt three days later, and the nails are so damaged, I will have to wait until they grow completely out to have a smooth surface again. Utterly despicable. I will not be returning, and I will warn anybody away from this awful place. read more
