However, I know now that assuming I would get the same quality for cheap was a bit deluded. When I was getting my lashes done, Tammy used too much glue and GLUED MY EYES SHUT. Red flag number one. Number two was that the glue made my eyes burn far worse than they had at any other lash bar. And finally, after the burning stopped I did love the way my lashes looked, but within a few days I realized the huge mistake I had made. Since she used too much glue, all of the lash extensions were glued together. They started to loosen and break apart from one another after about 2 days but still were in smaller clumps, with the clumps connected to 5-10 natural lash roots each. So when one lash would fall out, it was still stuck to my eye, poking me and turning the wrong direction, etc. and brushing my lashes--as you should do daily--hurt like hell because the loose pieces would pull on healthy natural lashes. Also, permanent lashes are the single filament type, but she used cluster flares on me which you can buy at Walmart for $6. They are meant to be used like strip lashes and NEVER supposed to be permanently glued to the eye. So now, 9 days after getting my lashes done at Siglow's my eyes are BALD and I will have to use lash serums to get them to grow back before I can get extensions again. Im sorry Tammy, I really wanted to like your service but you did me so dirty.

Clear service descriptions, respectful communication, and basic courtesy are the bare minimum in the beauty industry. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of that. She instantly became irritated and said "I just got here ". I replied "Okay did you need more time? I see the sign says open at 10 and you left the door open.." Then her attitude really turned up. "Ugh... what service do you even want??" as she scoffed.. I said "I would like a full set.." Then she just rolled her eyes and stared at me then started to do something else with no response to my question. So I just left.
