I'm giving them a 3 star because the staff was very friendly and they took very good care of my daughter. However, I'm not impressed with my nails. I have the SNS nails and it's only been 5 days and I'm starting to feel the thick edges. It did not appear bad at first, but it's very noticeable and rough around my cuticle area now. I have natural hair and my hair keeps getting caught in my nails when I comb it. I'm trying out different salons and I'm going to give them another try. I may go back and explained that I need the base to be smooth out a little more and see what happens. I decided to visit Tracy's Nails since I wasn't up to riding out to my normal nail salon for a manicure. When I entered, I was greeted by the staff and asked what services I sought. I waited about ten minutes before being guided to a station and beginning the manicure. The tech soaked my nails and began to file them, followed by oil, hand massage, and polish. After my service was completed, I was led to the "drying station" (not sure what it's called). Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and funny. I wish that the nail tech had spent a little more time on my hands rather than rushing through it. I can understand if there were more clients waiting to be serviced, but at this point, no one else was waiting to be serviced. I also noticed that my nails were not filed evenly. I think that I would go back if I'm ever in a pinch or don't feel like driving. For the most part, I think I'll continue making the trek to my regular nail salon. read more

Outside of the wait time( which typically isn't unbearable minus the mini waiting area) I have been pleased with the service and customer service. Sunny is my nail tech of choice, she is extremely mindful of detail and listens to all requests. Prices are comparable to your average nail salon. I'm only giving 2 start because the woman who did my polish change on my toes did a great job. However, Tracy struggled to do a basic white overlay. This was my first time getting my nails done by her (I've had no complaints prior to today) She cut the sides of my fingers several times with her tools including with the nail file. Even after the service, she left soooo much residue from my soak off on my hands that could not be removed by just water and soap. I know this because I scrubbed my hands with soap and water 5 times. Nails- The nails were disgusting and obviously rushed, even though they had a good amount of staff and barely any people. Designs- I was watching as some people got designs they did not ask for, while some didn't even get to pick a design when they asked if they wanted! Colors- Some of the colors were VERY off, Exp: the colors were just discolored etc. Renovation (NEEDED ASAP)- Some of the chairs were peeling, some didn't even have a shoulder pad, Dirty. Dirty. Called ahead of time to see if they were open and wait time. Manager answered the phone said They we're open and that I could come in. When I asked about the wait times she told me she couldn't tell me over the phone that I had to come in..which really doesn't make sense at first. I got a pedicure and a fill and my sister got a manicure. Got the tracys pedicure because it had a sugar scrub and a massage and towel wrap besides just a regular pedicure. The lady doing my toes pulled at my skin a couple times which hurt. I hate complaining so I tried to suck it up. She didn't give me a massage at all and was rushing the whole time, especially just painting the top coat all over my toe and toe nails. Then after my pedicure they made me sit at one of the stations next to a customer who was still getting her nails done by the lady I was assuming was gonna do mine next which was uncomfortable. I could have just waited by the front. I felt we definitely weren't having us do social distancing. The lady who was in charge from what it seemed kept asking my sister if she wanted a pedicure after we already told her no as well as trying to stop people from walking out the store. When it was finally my turn the lady doing my nails was sweet and did good thank gosh. Only thing was I don't believe tools were sanitized and they were being reused which made me uncomfortable. Luckily nails didn't come out looking bad. Love the colors we chose. They do unfortunately get hair stuck in them if I run my fingers through my hair. So I've been coming here for quite some time to do my nails and this is the first time I've left ultimately disappointed. I come here to get my SNS nails done and this is the first time I've dealt with someone who doesn't understand what it means to have a almond shape nail. I'll keep coming here but from what it seems like, it's not good to come here when they're about to close. I came in here at about 6 o'clock and they close at eight. I could tell the woman was doing quite a bit of a rush job at when doing my nails and sure the result came out decent because one of the nails had more of a build up that I didn't realize until after I left but in general I want to pointy nails. My advice to you is if you come here make sure to do it at a time when they're not feeling rushed or they're about to close read more

We're always paying other races of ppl for goods and services so I was excited allow someone of my own race to do my nails, although they do not own the spot. This was my first time here I needed a filling on my pink and white and I couldn't make it to my regular nail shop cause it 2 hours away but they told me the lady in booth 6 does pink and white I let her know these are my real nails no tips on them When she finished with my nails she did a horrible job I have lump and bump all over them my real nails are now separating from the acrylic I was heading out of town for the weekend so I went back today(Monday) and she wasn't there but I showed them the problem and they told me to sit in the first booth and she couldn't fix it either will never try this nails shop again nor will I recommend it to anyone I rather drive my 2 hours just to know my nails are done right read more
