They do not do SNS nails properly. I left there with bubbles, lint and scuff marks on my nails. This was the second time that I went to them. I mentioned to them they did not do my nails properly last time. It must be the policy of this nail salon to not use the actual nail lacquer that's for SNS. They just use one nail lacquer and I believe it's just clear polish. However all of my nails were shaped nicely and the pedicure was good. I do not recommend this place if you want SNS manicure. read more

The shop is still new. They are not even finished painting the walls or hanging up pictures. Once I saw this shop on Yelp and saw Tommy's pictures on Instagram i knew I had to go. I only like to use the acrylic powder to get the pink and white American ombré. Tommy did such a great job and it was better prices than I'm used to. Win Win. I MUST BE GETTING PUNKED, BECAUSE THIS CANT BE REAL!!! I have been to this nail salon on several occasions, but I'm sure this is my last visit. I've had some okay pedicures here, but the one I received today was the worst. The young ladies who did my mani/pedi today must have been practicing! When my toes were done, they looked like something from a child's coloring book who had not yet mastered coloring within the lines. I had polish on my cuticles and the skin around my toes. When I pointed this out, she asked me if I HAD MESSED THEM UP! I'm thoroughly disappointed in the service I received today... To think of it, I have never truly been completely satisfied with any pedicure I've had here. This is absolutely the last visit, because they actually did not want to fix it. Given the choice between this establishment and doing it at home... I'll do it at home. At least I know I will end up with polish just on my nails. I'm still in shock about the awful job... On 7/5/2013 I went to fine nails and the guy that was wearing a hat that nite was giving me a fillin and pedicure. Once a young lady with long weave came into the business, he informed me I would have 2 wait for my pedicure so he could wait on her...I immediately left that nail shop and III informed my mom and sister so they will stop going to this nail shop...also, on several ccasions while ii was in the nail salon in the past, this young man would be in the shop making negative comments about black people read more

Not sure how this place has so many stars, must be the friends and family leaving bootleg reviews. I went there for the first time today and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I had to wait, which is no big deal, but I wasn't told how long my wait would be. Strike 1. I was getting my nails taken off, and a pedicure, the lady that was doing my pedicure had just finished another ladies pedicure, and that customer was complaining and not satisfied, this should have been another warning, but I shrugged it off. The lady proceeded to very slowly get everything ready for my pedi, I could tell she didn't want to be there. She proceeded to do my pedi, she was working with my feet while they were dry, and she cleaned one toe nail out and didn't clean the others, she also filed my nails unevenly. Strike 2. Last but not least, other people started coming in and instead of removing my nails since I was there first, all of the staff proceeded on helping the others. I had to REMIND them that I was getting my nails removed. Also, the young lady being helped next to me was getting upset because she had to direct the lady on how to do her pedicure. I called to find out the price of the nails before I came for ombré with 1 broken nail , I was told 32 I get there and the woman tells me it's 45. Adding on prices for literally nothing. Tells me you have to get a new full set to get ombré powder done yet I've gotten ombré with a regular full set before. Avoid! read more

ok I went back to get my SNS nails done...I'm waiting and someone else starts my nails and Im asking for Tommy...well Tommy doesnt work there anymore...one hour drive and I had to settle for someone else :-(...and of course he doesnt do a good job, but he tried....well I wont be back...I ask where is Tommy now...he just started here?!! After reading the reviews and realizing how close this new nail salon was to my house, I decided to give it a try. It was definitely worth it! Thanks to Tommy, my nails look so good. It was also nice to see he had such a pleasant personality. Since I really liked my nails, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed as well and the young lady did a great job. I'm happy to say I've finally found a nail salon in Stockbridge and there is no need to drive to the Cumberland or Perimeter area anymore. I know Camp Creek clients regret losing Tommy, but I'm glad he decided to relocate to Stockbridge! Let me start off by saying that Henry does an excellent job!! We have been going to him for over a year and never had any problems whatsoever!!! So, on Monday Oct. 8th my daughter and I had a free day and went in to get a full set of gel nails and eyebrows for my daughter, a pedi for me. My bill came out to $76.00. I asked BeBe to run my card for $85. since I only had a few dollars on me. She did exactly that. She (BeBe) returned to me $9.00 in cash of which I gave her the tip for her services and I then combined the other cash I had with the tip I was going to give Henry and my daughter did hand him his tip. The first charge of $85.00, which I signed and authorized this charge/receipt for the services..no problem. This was at 12:08 p.m. How about they ran my card again at 1:44 p.m. of the same day (Oct 8th) for an additional $30.00. I was checking over my account on Oct 10th in the evening and realized what they had done and promptly on Oct 11th, went straight in there to get my money back. When I was checking out I did get a strange feeling from the lady taking my payment (BeBe). After some slight arguing as to whether they had billed me incorrectly or not and to which I told the owner to produce a signed receipt for the $30.00. I knew she did not have this because first of all I did not authorize or sign for anyone there to charge my card an additional $30.00. And secondly, I had left the shop approximately 1 and a half hours prior to the 1:44 p.m. second charge on my card. I'm not saying don't go there because some of the people there do a great job. I'm just saying do not use your bank cards and do try to use cash. Maybe this can be explained away as a mistake but, I don't see how since they waited for me to leave the shop and charged my card after and an hour and a half after I left. There is no time stamp errors..bank verified when they actually put the charges through. read more
