I have coming to( Angela the owner)over 1 year of service I drive 45 minutes away from my home just to come to her because I was please. I never spend under $35 dollars with her because I was pleased with her service. But said to say it's when you have loyalty customers you start to get comfortable and bad horrible service.And price changes!!! I've been doing to Luxury for almost a year and it has been great. But this last time that I went, they overcharged my boyfriend for his pedicure. They charged him $40 instead of $23 like it usually is when I get mine done. Not only that, the nails that I asked for did not last. Not even three days later, my nails started chipping and breaking. I get SNS so I can avoid that problem, but the nail tech was in such a rush that they didn't hold up like they usually do. I waited for about 5 minutes to be assisted with my sns . They were very friendly and kept asking if I was satisfied with my nails so far & if I needed a water or anything to drink ! Very please with how my nails turned out . They shop was very clean and picked up . They lady who did my nails spoke clear English so I could understand ! The price was very affordable & that's a big plus for me ! I will be coming back here every 2 weeks to get my nails done , this is my new favorite nail salon ! read more

If I could give no stars I would but basically at first, I was loving the place with my pedicure and the start of my full set. I paid for matte nails and my nails are not matte and the owner/manager handled the situation very poor. I refuse to ever step back into this place they do not do nails very well. I ADVISE TO STAY AWAY!!! Update: My nails have started breaking after a week and a half and severely damaging my natural nails I have never had this happen to me before and I get my nails done a lot. This is really the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I am very disappointed and upset that I spent hard earned money for very poor service and originally paid for something I didn't receive. read more

Not even a full day and a half later and my gel "manicure" looked like these photos. First of all I came in and asked for a mani pedi and the pedi was perfect. They decided to do my mani as I was in the pedi chair which is always nice but brought no bowl to soak my fingers/soften my cuticles. Tech proceeded to buff THEE SHIT out of my nails till they were paper thin.. no cuticle clip or push back then slaps on the gel polish haphazardly after I asked TWICE for them to clip my cuticles... at the end of this half ass service manager asks how was everything and I told her straight that the pedicure was awesome but the mani sucked ... she proceeds to tell me oh yea I should have got my cuticles clipped... im like yeah is that not what a manicure is and then she's like oh I told them u just needed a polish change. Mind you I didn't have any polish on my nails to begin with so what were you "changing" smh... terrible job and waste of money... I basically paid 20$ for someone to polish my nails and it last less than two days. Taking my business elsewhere read more

First visit to this salon. Was looking for a "new" place near home. I only waited for about 5 minutes. The lady manager or owner (not sure) advised me my tech was on her way there. I thought that was very nice. Sure enough - about 4 minutes later, my tech walked in. Sorry to say ... she was SLOW. Maybe she wasn't feeling well. Not sure. But the Mgr took over after she finished with her Client. I MIGHT try it again. Not sure. read more

Extremely professional and friendly staff. You always feel welcome. Prices are great and they do not overcharge. Walki-ins are welcome as well. They have prices for children. Love this places. I walked in and was greeted immediately. There was about a five minute wait. Once I sat down, the manicurist attended to my nails. She did a good job. Multiple people offered me a water or a soda. Today was my first pedicure after the quarantine and I was looking forward to relaxing experience. Not. First off, I noticed hair in my water before I started to soak my feet and I informed the technician. She then moved me to another station to get serviced. I am going to assume this was her first time performing a pedicure. My relaxing moment has now turned into a teaching moment. After she trimmed my cuticles, she went on to get ready to massage my legs. I had to remind her of the steps before the massage that she missed. She apologized and started the remaining steps. She still didn't know which steps to do, so I instructed her on the remaining steps. I asked the technician working next to her if it was her first pedicure and she stated "she has baby". So I am assumimg she had "pregnancy brain" and could not remember her job duties. This was an awful experience and waste of time and money. By the way, the pedicure took over a hour. I was supposed to get my nails done, but I was so annoyed and couldn't stay any longer. I should have followed my gut and waited. I would not recommend this salon to anyone because of the poor service. Also, the technician applying nails did not have a mask on. read more

I got lured here by the $20 sns. When I got there I realized everyone else was too. There was a VERY long wait to get S&S, but if I got gel I could be seen right away. Since I had somewhere to be I just decided to get gel which was only $25 for polish and manicure. I was OK with that. I also needed a pedi. The lady who did my pedi spoke very poor English. I was trying to tell her I was on a budget and only wanted the regular pedicure, but she kept trying to upsell me on the extra deluxe which really annoys me but I finally gave in just because she wouldn't stop. The pedicure experience was very poor for the price I just paid. she did not massage me very well, and all the extras that I paid for like paraffin wax and hot rocks was really just a total waste. Since she spoke very poor English she wasn't able to communicate with me very well on the color choices I was trying to make, and I ended up with a really crappy color. Overall my experience here was horrible. Everybody else and there was complaining about the wait. They spoke a lot of foreign language which I hate when going to the nail salon. I will never go there again, and I don't want you to have the same experience I did! read more
