She is always pleasant, professional and sends my daughter out looking amazing each time. Whenever you provide a picture to Kenyatta, she nails it! Upon walking in, the location smells nice and clean and it is really girly, which I love. The receptionist was very sweet and got me checked in. We talked about everything under the sun when she did my wax, but she always educated me on different waxing options. She was very thorough and I appreciated her educating me on things I didn't know, even though I've been getting waxes for years. If you're looking for a place to get waxed, this is it. Quala works by herself, no staff and is pretty loud and unprofessional When she did my lashes, she charged me what a salon would... and she did them in my living room.... not very spa-like.... I think her application process is unsanitary... she ran a lighter through the tweezers that she used on my lashes!!!!!.... i was shocked. also, just from one professional to another... leave your son at home when you see clients.... its a total turn off... my house isn't a day care and it ruins my experience when you have to discipline him while i'm paying you 30-something dollars. there's nothing lavish about having to hear your kid whine. she doesn't accept credit cards, cash only which is a little odd to me if she's charging over $100 for "lash packages" as her website claims. I've read other reviews which hint at problems with past spas/employers and money issues........ her "scheduling line" is her cell phone.... it's just a hum drum one man show.... not worth the money!!!! i'd recommend trying them yoursel or going to an actual SALON where you are at least paying for the experience.
