Visited 8/25/21 I went in to get a thread and tint after driving 45 minutes to this location. I walked in while the Artist was still working on a Client, while I just stood there no greeting " hello, " how can help you" NOTHING! So I signed in, sat down, and waited. She was beyond rude but when the client stood up her brows were awful. No Thanks, I scratched my name off the list and left. Just go to Shapes Brow Bar right across the street beside Burlington Coat Factory and the GO Army recruitment office. Ever since they moved from the mall to the plaza next to the DMV they have gone downhill. The last time I went prior to Christmas, one of my eyebrows looked as if a chunk was cut out. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that it was like that before (as if I didn't have the monthly membership and didn't come to this location every 2-3wks ). I didn't get my last service with my membership due to how dissatisfied I was. I rode past there today and it was closed, unsure if they are prermenately closing. read more

So I got tired of driving to Tucker just for eyebrows so my friend Rachel told me to go to see Ruqy at Shaped Brow Bar in Southlake Mall. The best thing I have done in a long time. First of all my friends brows are always perfect. Ruqy understands that I don't want pencil thin brows. She did my brows nice perfectly as they have shape and are not thin! I have been a member for years but the location I visted has been closed for months. I called "the company number" to cancel my membership, but the money keeps coming out of my account. Now when I log onto the website my anti-virus states it's a malicioous site. read more

This place is alright. I will try other places before settling on a regular place. Ruky was very warm and welcoming. The price is high ($10) for brows. I've never had to pay more than $8 anywhere for threading. Also had to remove some hairs once I got home. My brow in the picture. read more

This place is great if you see Sony- not sure about the other employees. I usually go on a Friday or Saturday and the wait to see Sony is pretty long. But my eyebrows look AMAZING when I leave. They offer a monthly deal that's great if you get your brows threaded often. However whenever I'm waiting- there seems to always be some kind of issue with it. read more

I have come to this location on 2 occasions. On my recent visit, I was debating whether or not I should get my brows done here. I ended up choosing to come here because the other threading location was close to closing time. I was satisfied with the way my eyebrows came out, however The lady ended up leaving small cuts on my skin and the price is not worth it when I can drive one minute away for a job well done, and a few less dollars. read more

I'll just say IF you are feeling risky then go here but do not I repeat DO NOT go to the girl with the short hair and glasses. She somehow cut a slash in one eyebrow and completely messed up the other one. Now I have to use makeup to cover them both up! This is ridiculous! They didn't even offer a refund or discount! They told me to use makeup! Like wth!!!! No apology, no empathy. Nothing!!!! If they were the last place in the world to get my eyebrows threaded I will just walk around with bushy brows forever.
