She was beyond rude but when the client stood up her brows were awful. No Thanks, I scratched my name off the list and left. Just go to Shapes Brow Bar right across the street beside Burlington Coat Factory and the GO Army recruitment office. The Customer Service is definitely lacking and will NEVER patronize this location, considering I normally do my own brows and tint. But I wanted to treat myself.

However, she asked me that I wanted additional service of getting my lip cleaned. I did not need my lip cleaned which I declined the first time she asked me. She didn't continue to ask again and push which I felt it was a little aggressive telling me that I need to get my lip cleaned. I did not like that. If I say I don't need an additional service just give me what I'm coming in and asking for it and paying for. She also kept telling me how dry my face was but did not offer any product or service for my skin. So I didn't understand why she was telling me how dry my skin was but was not offering anything I didn't like that either. Because of this I may not go to this location again. Outside of all of that the place was clean and it was not super busy so I was able to walk straight in and get my eyebrows done.
