I will say the Pandemic has truly affected all retail store outlets including this Sephora location. Prior the pandemic this place had roughly 6 floor salespeople and now it's reduced down to 1. She was extremely helpful with giving me advice when I asked about certain foundations for my skin tone. She was nice and helpful. Because there's limited staff on the floor, If they get a flood of people everyone will not be serviced. I still think this place has potential but they definitely need more staff.
