He then was very apologetic and asked me to go back to the door it still wasn't 8 at the time. I seen the lady talking on the phone but she still refused to open the door she just stared. It took me 20 minutes to get there and it would take me 40 minutes to get to Conyers. I am so done. She probably was the owners wife. She definitely had no fear. I was about to purchase at least $80 worth of Kera Care products and I informed the manager of this. But now I will be going somewhere else. I guess my money wasn't good enough.

I mention to her that I would need to try the makeup on to find my color and I explained everything that I would need. She was attentive on the phone, listened, answered my questions and I told her I would see her when I arrived. I drove 55mins to this location after calling, only to find out they were SOLD out of the majority of this makeup. I was very disappointed to say the least. I ended up having an employee help me with I believe the correct shade for my skin completion. I explain my feelings about the situation to her. I ended up driving home and ordering the makeup online. I'll give this location three stars for the miscommunication on their part.
