I will say the Pandemic has truly affected all retail store outlets including this Sephora location. Prior the pandemic this place had roughly 6 floor salespeople and now it's reduced down to 1. I came into this store a couple of months ago because a good friend of mine got me a Sephora gift card. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Renesha. She was extremely helpful with giving me advice when I asked about certain foundations for my skin tone. She was nice and helpful. Because there's limited staff on the floor, If they get a flood of people everyone will not be serviced. I still think this place has potential but they definitely need more staff. I drove 55mins to this location after calling, only to find out they were SOLD out of the majority of this makeup. I was very disappointed to say the least. I ended up having an employee help me with I believe the correct shade for my skin completion. I explain my feelings about the situation to her. The most important part is they had what I was looking for and didn't try to sale me on anything but recommended only what I needed. I ended up buying the Creme of Nature CoWash which will replace V105 and Suave shampoo and she gave some samples for some other things as well! Good service I appreciate it!
