He then was very apologetic and asked me to go back to the door it still wasn't 8 at the time. I seen the lady talking on the phone but she still refused to open the door she just stared. It took me 20 minutes to get there and it would take me 40 minutes to get to Conyers. I am so done. She probably was the owners wife. She definitely had no fear. I was about to purchase at least $80 worth of Kera Care products and I informed the manager of this. But now I will be going somewhere else. I guess my money wasn't good enough.

While I understand that employees deserve breaks, it was disappointing to see the store closed in the middle of the afternoon on a weekend -- especially without additional staff available to keep the store open. Since I had made such a long drive, I decided to walk around the mall to pass the time rather than waste the trip. About 30 minutes later, I called the store to check if they were still on lunch before walking back. The associate who answered the phone had an unpleasant attitude and informed me she had 30 minutes left on her break. I politely told her to enjoy her lunch and that I would return shortly. While waiting, I observed several other customers approach the store, attempt to open the door, and leave visibly frustrated. It's unfortunate that there wasn't adequate staffing to prevent closing during peak weekend hours, and the customer service over the phone added to the disappointment. I hope management can address staffing and customer service concerns moving forward, as this experience was frustrating and not what I expected.
