T did such an amazing job, she's so sweet and talented at her work. I've gotten my nails done by T and Annie and they both do such good work. I highly recommend this place I go all the time.

She over drilled my nails and I was in pain for about 24 hrs after. My nails aren't exactly what I wanted but I still like them. My service was also interrupted several times. The staff could not be more polite and attentive and they even engaged in conversation with me to ask how I'm doing which meant a lot. I am extremely satisfied with my nails and my pedicure. The staff even went over and beyond to make sure I was OK because I did not feel the best while I was there and supplied me with all the necessities I needed just to make sure I was OK. I definitely will be returning and I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service!!!

Very underwhelming. They are supposed to open at 10:00am. I called at10:15am and again at 10:40am with no voice message or answer. I never made it to the front door. You only have one chance to make a first impression and you couldn't pick up the phone. read more

This is my second time here . I didnt like my previous experience, but it's convenient close to my job so I gave them another try. The customer service sucks the older lady with glasses is so rude. She told me my toes where ugly because I got regular polish instead of gel. I'm allergic to acrylic so gel breaks me out as well. She told me to just move , move when I was trying to check out and proceedes to grab my card out the card reader. yeah I don't recommend maybe the other staff Is friendly but definitely not her. read more

I had an amazing experience at Jolie's nail salon. I was kindly welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked through the door. They had VERY NICE customer service PLUS they do a wonderful job with your nails! I just moved to the area and needed to find a good spot to get my nails. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back. Hannah did a very nice job with my pedicure and Tim was very nice and funny lol. I really liked him. The worst!! I was in there on Monday and paid $30 for a gel manicure which is an absolute rip off because a regular manicure is $12 so I paid a whole $18 more just for the gel polish I guess. Then just 2 days later on Wednesday the polish on my middle finger completely peeled. Poor Customer Service and Cheap Products, I will never go back! read more

On today February 18, 2017, I received horrible service from Jolies Nails salon. I came into the nail shop around 1:20pm. I ask if they did SNS nails and they said yes. I asked for the colors they used and they handed it to me. So I sat down waiting with no acknowledgment at all. So around 1:50 pm I asked how many people can do SNS nails and she said only two. No other response. So now it is 2:15pm. They are both finished with customer SNS nails and they go to the back. I sat there just to see how long it will take for someone to say anything to me. Now it is 2:25pm, someone tells me about the SNS nails prices. I told her that her customer service here is horrible. Nobody said anything to me. She kept apologizing but I found out that the owner is the person that was really rude. I explain to her that I was recommended by my sister and just wanted to see how long it would take for you to acknowledge me and I would not spend a dime in this nail shop to be treated so badly. I said goodbye and walked out!!! Horrible service at Jolies Nails in McDonough, Georgia. read more

The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. For my nails, it was nice and quick. He just kept asking me about long nails. I prefer my own. I use my hands too much. Otherwise it was cool. Price was $50 for the signature pedicure $15 for gel and $65 for builder gel nails since I needed a new set. A little pricey. I'll see how it is once I get a refill to determine price value. Otherwise it was lovely.

The biggest issue was the pricing. I was charged $43.50 even though the price listed was $27. Most of the prices already included gel so I was never told there would be an extra $15 charge for gel toes until after the service was done. I feel like customers should be clearly informed about extra charges before anything starts.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did an amazing job on my toes and the foot massage was really good. I was there for almost two hours for a basic white sns on my nails and a gel pedicure. I was annoyed when I saw someone else come in and they soaked her nails in a bowl like they should've done mine. My pedicure was really good though and the nail experience was alright. Not sure if I'll return though. $83 for this basic service is too much. These nail salons are getting out of hand, especially since they don't do anything extra.
