She's very professional and if you like crafty nails like myself she's awesome! Very clean shop also! I go every 2 weeks! I drive almost an hour here which says a lot.

They were nice but gossipy. And I waited for 1.5 hrs before being worked on. My water had gotten v cold for my pedicure but I was patient. She over drilled my nails and I was in pain for about 24 hrs after. My nails aren't exactly what I wanted but I still like them. My service was also interrupted several times. I was there close to 4 hrs

Very underwhelming. They are supposed to open at 10:00am. I called at10:15am and again at 10:40am with no voice message or answer. I never made it to the front door. You only have one chance to make a first impression and you couldn't pick up the phone. read more

This is my second time here . I didnt like my previous experience, but it's convenient close to my job so I gave them another try. The customer service sucks the older lady with glasses is so rude. She told me my toes where ugly because I got regular polish instead of gel. I'm allergic to acrylic so gel breaks me out as well. She told me to just move , move when I was trying to check out and proceedes to grab my card out the card reader. yeah I don't recommend maybe the other staff Is friendly but definitely not her. read more

I had an amazing experience at Jolie's nail salon. I was kindly welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked through the door. They had VERY NICE customer service PLUS they do a wonderful job with your nails! I just moved to the area and needed to find a good spot to get my nails. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back. Hannah did a very nice job with my pedicure and Tim was very nice and funny lol. I really liked him. They had the highest reviews on google search so we decided to go there. Great Choice!! The worst!! I was in there on Monday and paid $30 for a gel manicure which is an absolute rip off because a regular manicure is $12 so I paid a whole $18 more just for the gel polish I guess. Then just 2 days later on Wednesday the polish on my middle finger completely peeled. Poor Customer Service and Cheap Products, I will never go back! read more

On today February 18, 2017, I received horrible service from Jolies Nails salon. I came into the nail shop around 1:20pm. I ask if they did SNS nails and they said yes. I asked for the colors they used and they handed it to me. So I sat down waiting with no acknowledgment at all. So around 1:50 pm I asked how many people can do SNS nails and she said only two. No other response. So now it is 2:15pm. They are both finished with customer SNS nails and they go to the back. I sat there just to see how long it will take for someone to say anything to me. Now it is 2:25pm, someone tells me about the SNS nails prices. I told her that her customer service here is horrible. Nobody said anything to me. She kept apologizing but I found out that the owner is the person that was really rude. I explain to her that I was recommended by my sister and just wanted to see how long it would take for you to acknowledge me and I would not spend a dime in this nail shop to be treated so badly. I said goodbye and walked out!!! Horrible service at Jolies Nails in McDonough, Georgia. read more

This was the first nail salon I've been to that has clients attest to no Covid symptoms paperwork to be filled out at time of checkin. It's a nice touch to try and deter others who are sick or around others sick to self identify. Businesses do have to find ways to protect themselves. I don't see a lot of code enforcement in this area so just some thing to note that this business was taking additional steps.
