Exceptional! Found this place through my friends and have been great! This is my second lash place and while the first place was great, the location was out of my way and mink lashes didn't seem to work for my eyes. Here they use silk lashes and personally I prefer them over mink because it keeps in shape better and is more durable. I'm currently at 3 weeks and one of my eye looks as if I got it done a week ago and the other maybe 2 weeks tops. I put heavy eye makeup and it used to be a pain whenever it came to washing up but I'm not as nearly cautious as I used to with mink lashes. Just make sure you are cautious the first 12 to 24 hours for sure. Appointment is by reservation and the staff is very nice and caters to your requests. It took around an hour for my lashes and the chair had a pillow to be comfortable and a blanket can be provided if you're cold. So much better than my last place where I would wake up with a neck crank... I have sensitive neck/back. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my lashes here. I believe I got the mid length with curls and every time I brush it, it's in perfect curls!!! Def will be coming back~ Side note, they have the cutest nail stations. I believe they have a unique type that's in between gel and acrylic but couldn't make out before falling asleep. Should be something to check out as well! read more

Make an appointment!! I've been coming here for couple years now and have never had a bad experience. I recently got my lashes from Miri and she did an amazing job! I always want a full look without looking fake and Miri is able to deliver on making my lashes look very natural and full. I've been to lash salons that pull and tug and have my eyes burning during the process, but when Miri is doing my lashes I manage to fall asleep in the chair every time, LOL. If you want quality lashes I can't recommend either of the technicians enough. They are both great! read more

I got lashed by Edie for the 3rd time yesterday, and I absolutely adore her! She's so sweet, and she's also very quick! She can do a full set of 100pcs in an hour, and my fill was done in about 30-40 minutes. I love that Edie is very detail oriented, and she has years of experience under her belt, so she gives great advice on the care for your natural lashes as well as your extensions. The shop itself is located in the same plaza as Johnny's hideaway, and there's usually plenty of parking during the times that I've gone. The shop is different from your typical nail salon I guess you could say, but it's still very cute and clean on the inside. I feel like this shop has more of a boutique spa vibe than a nail salon vibe, and they do offer other services aside from lashes and nails which is great! Edie told me she likes to incorporate organic products into her business as much as possible especially for skincare and beauty products. This just shows me how much thought she puts into every product that is used on her clients! Such a beautiful soul :) Overall, I love this shop, and I always look forward to my "lash naps" lol! I absolutely love the lash here. Yirae has been doing the lash for very very long time, so you can trust her expertise, girl! She told me she actually love doing the lashes because she likes to do something really detail oriented and handy stuff. She tried many other beauty stuff, but the lash fits the best to her. They do have an organic spray tanning I highly recommend also. I get allergic to the spray tanning, but not here. Don't know why but l think they use very organic stuff. This was my first time getting my lashes done and by far surpassed any expectation I had of my lashes. She explained the entire process from the time you walk in till when you leave and the future maintenance of them. Definitely recommend NOT purchasing the groupon because you save more as a first time customer. If you haven't purchased the Groupon, I highly recommend *not* and going straight to her as a new customer. She has sort of deal going on where new customers get the Groupon price but with a wider option. The Groupon is only valid for the natural (aka cheapest) set of lashes, and if you just go directly through her, you get to choose the natural, the dramatic, or the other option (forgot what it's called). Anyway, making an appointment was quick. She was prompt with my appointment and gave me makeup remover to take off my makeup prior to the eyelash application. I fell asleep several times (it was incredibly relaxing). I highly recommend going here for the eyelashes. She did an amazing job. It's been a week and a half and the lashes are still in tact. They look very natural. I'm slightly disappointed that they don't look as dramatic as I'd like but...oh well. She did an amazing job, and I need to give credit where it is due :) Thanks for the service. I am considering coming back for my refill, but still disappointed at how "natural" it looked. I suppose I like the dramatic look, but was only willing to fork out what I paid for the Groupon. Had I known there was a "new customer" promotion, I would have opted for that. read more

My experience of first time is not bad. She devoted her full attention to me continuously - the whole process is not painful but so relaxing that I went to sleep. The result is ok. I would give it a couple days to see if I would get used to it. I might go back to try shorter eye lashes and more on each side. Yes she is nice and good and I would recommend this place read more

This quaint, mini spa like environment was an amazing nail experience! Ask for Marlon, he stays booked and will hook your nails up like you can only dream of. I'm in love with this place! I found a Groupon and made an appointment and the lady was very friendly and accommodating when I had specific questions. She's awesome! It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I've already been back once more afterwards. The procedure is completely painless and quick. I was even able to pick my own length and shape of the eyelashes. Also, the quality must be really nice because it wasn't irritating at all. It lasted a lot longer than I had expected and the lashes fell out naturally over time. That's when I went back to get a touch-up done. I LOVE MY EYELASHES! I went here for a manicure and not even 3 days later my gel nail polish chipped and the hard coat underneath cracked and broke my nail...I'm very unhappy and I called to talk to the lady who did my nails and no one ever answered the phone...she told me if anything happens she will fix it but if your by appointment only but no one answers the phone...I don't think I will be returning to this place... read more

I've gotten my lashes from her twice now and will be back to get them done again. I get compliments on them everytime I get them done from from friends and even strangers. I've gotten lashes done elsewhere and the adhesive Yirae uses is far more gentler and lasts longer than most other places. I highly recommend getting them done from Yirae and make sure to tip! I started getting eyelash extensions years ago! I have met and gone through many eyelash technicians all over the world and Miri is simply the best! Not only do I think the price is amazing, but I love the whole experience. Miri is very skilled and will take into consideration what you want your lashes to look like. I love that you're able to wash your face before getting your eyelash extension at the salon. Miri is very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable. I had a special occasion coming up and tried iLashLab. I am so glad I found this place because I find putting on any kind of lashes tedious and uncomfortable. However, the process was the most relaxing I've ever been when it comes to lash extensions. You're able to pick the length of the lash. The lashes and glue used is high quality, which is definitely important to make the lashes last longer. The extensions lasted me 3 weeks (without irritation)! The result looked so natural, but had oomph. I didn't have to wear mascara! I will definitely will be back here exclusively. read more

I am so disappointed with this place. The person I had been going to (who was great) moved and I was looking for a new place. This one had good reviews so I tried it. She insisted on putting a new set on during my first appt. After 2 weeks most of the lashes had fallen off- not my natural​ lash - the extentions. I went back after 14 days and she tried to tell me I needed another full set. She would not complete the service without me agreeing to pay​ for another new set. I never​ had to get a new set with my previous person, just refills and they usually lasted 3 weeks. I will not be back. read more

I would have been more than happy to rave about my lash experience last Saturday when they were applied, but I decided to wait to see how the lashes maintained. So it has been 5 days and I am still absolutely thrilled with my experience with iLash Lab. At first arrival I was greeted kindly by Edie, who was very kind and inviting. The cleanliness of the shop made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that since it was my first time here. Edie consulted with me to ensure we both understood what I wanted, and she was honest about what my lash type could and couldn't support, so she set clear expectations and I was able to choose my lash look wisely. She gave clear feedback and instructions so that I was clear on what I would have to do for maintenance. Having previously worn lashes, I knew that the advice she was giving me was sound and accurate for long lash life, so I knew she knew her craft well and that I could trust her. She had me wash my face and eye area and provided me with a gentle soap and cleansing pad to do so. After that she lead me to the work area which was clean and neat. There was a woman named Claire who was going to do my lashes and Edie was overseeing her application. I didn't mind because she was an aesthetician and they had trained together. I did feel Edie step in to check her work so I felt comfortable with it. The total application took almost 2 hours, but it was well worth it. My lashes turned out beautiful, just like Edie and I had discussed. She continued sharing tips and advise and even offered me a coupon for my next visit. In the following days, I still felt good about my lashes. I didn't have burning when I washed my eyes, and the first (1) lash fell out on the 3rd day which is to be expected. Even since then I've only had one other lash fall out, and I feel that's not excessive by any means. The price, the professionalism, the cleanliness, the quality of work, and the "feel" of the whole experience is why I gave iLash 5 stars, and why I am happy to say that I will be a faithful returning customer. Before giving a review, I usually give try a business several times. There were definitely pros and cons to my experience at iLashLab. One of the most important pros is that she devotes her attention to you. She is not continuously stepping away or talking on her phone. Also, the atmosphere is nice. There is music playing and it's usually cool excluding the one time it felt like a furnace. The only thing I don't like about her set up is the fact that she has all of her clients laying on this blanket that she has spread out on her table, and it has been the same blanket ever since the first time I got my lashes done there. I am not sure how often she washes it but I DO NOT think that it is sanitary at all. However, she does pull out a new sheet of paper for every client to lay their head on. Getting into the cons, one thing I didn't like is that she continuously told me that my lashes would fall out fast. I have been getting lash extensions from around 2010 and my lashes have always lasted longer than they do when I go to iLashLab. I thought that it was just me, but I've stood outside the door while she finished another client who she was also telling that her lashes would fall out. All the lady was asking for was to get the specific length that she asked for as opposed to what was placed on her lashes. I think that everyone is open for suggestions and consultations when getting a service such as this one. But, why pay for lash extensions if they are going to be the same length as your natural lashes. If I wanted that, I would have continued to wear my Lancome and Clinique mascaras. When I am paying my money for a service, I expect to always walk out happy. She has rushed my appointment twice because she had another client after me. Both times I was early to my appointment but she ran over into mine finishing up an unhappy client before getting to me. Another thing I absolutely loathed is that she is falsely advertising the amount of lashes that she place on each eye. She says that a starter full set consists on 70/80 lashes and a fill is about 30/40. I noticed that when I leave, my lashes are usually sparse. I associated that with the fact that I may just have a ton of strands but later found out differently. Once day I took it upon myself to curiously count every single lash in my magnifying mirror and I counted around 50 on each eye when I got a full set. My thing is, if you are not going to stand by the amount you advertise, DO NOT advertise a specific amount. This review is not to in any way discredit the fact that she may be a good lash technician. However, this is my honest review on my experience. I have received more than 2 full sets and more than 5 fills. As I previously stated, I have been getting this service done for about 4 years so I am not new to this. I will not be going back to get my lashes done there. I'm a perfectionist and very particular on who does my eyelashes. I have had a handful of bad experiences with eyelash extensions prior to meeting Yirae (my current eyelash technican at iLash Lab). Ever since I got eyelash extensions done by Yirae, I've been going to her and no one else for more than 2 years. I go once a month. She's very thorough and consistent. I don't trust anyone else besides her. I have recommended many of my friends to her and I swear they all thanked me for introducing them. If you haven't tried eyelash extensions, you should try at least once. It really makes a difference in the way you look and feel. read more

I too tried this place by signing up for the Groupon deal they offered (which they also offer if you call for an appt - for first timers). I did look at many of the groupon offers out there first, and many of the places had horrible reviews...mostly about trying to make appts and not getting in. I bought the groupon and made the appt (and went in) the same day! The reason I wanted to try extenstions was that my friend has lash extensions and they look natural and so pretty, and she doesn't have to wear makeup (mascara) which really appealed to me. The girl who does it at this location - Edie, was so sweet and quiet (if you like quiet, which I do - you will love this and her). I actually feel asleep while she put the lashes on (it takes around an hour)... I really liked the experience, as a mom of two younger kids...this was so relaxing and spa like - she was playing nice music in the backround. The lashes at first - were a bit of a shock...they weren't necessarily too long, but it looked totally different. Edie said next time I come (I do want to up keep these as long as I can) that we could use shorter ones (she used the most popular length). It is one day after, and I don't even notice they are on, and I do love them and the way they look! read more
