We laughed the entire appointment and had such a genuine, fun conversation--it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Anthony, thank you again--you absolutely rock! I came in to get my birthday nails done, and the first technician had an attitude from the moment I…read moresat down. She complained about my nails and cuticles, even though that's part of the service I was paying for. She then told me she couldn't do the short almond shape I've been getting for months. When I asked if she could recreate the design, she said she'd try her best, which wasn't reassuring so I politely requested another technician. She got upset, and refused to finish cutting and shaping my nails. The manager told me I need to wait for someone else to become available with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Thankfully, Kim took over and was kind, professional, and even offered me a complimentary wax for my birthday. She's the only reason I stayed and left a tip. As I was leaving, the first technician and the manager gave me dirty looks. To make matters worse, less than a week later my polish is already peeling. This experience was unacceptable. I'll be taking my business to a salon that treats its customers with respect and delivers the quality of service they pay for.

She melted my heart. Such a great experience on my pedicure. I told the guy I wanted to save my natural nails but wanted a tip. After my pedicure. I began soaking. They were customers coming in but out because of the long wait times with only 3 workers. No one wanted to wait. But for me. It was well worth the wait. Due to customer care, the young lady took over my nails. She saved my nails and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I told her what I wanted corrected and she fixed it. No problem. No attitude. Like. These people were detailed and took they time. I just wish it was more workers. But. I love my nails and feet. I will be back. For SURE. Thank you so much. I spent about $125 After tip. When we arrived we asked if they got the pictures we sent but still wouldn't tell us the price, pretty strange. Now as I'm starting to get my henna done, I ask for the price. The lady said $40, out of our budget but we were already there so I decided to just give them a try. As I'm getting my henna done, I try to trust the process but the lady continues to NOT follow the picture. Once it got to the flower by my thumb I told her to stop because it was just getting bad. I asked "how much is it now since I didn't get the full hand done" she said it's going to be $30. I said $30? This lady said yea because the extra ten would've been the hand area. There is no way that this henna I got is worth 30 dollars. The lady's skill level is no where NEAR professional, just wasted my money and got a HORRIBLE design. It's a scam, do not get your henna done from these women.
