It was a day when the weather was still recovering from a snowfall. The work ethic here is very customer-focused and professional. Lisa, my nail technician, is meticulous. I usually mention that I've had surgery on my big toe, but she thoughtfully inquired about it while trimming my toenail. I was impressed. She is very thorough with my pedicure, always explaining each step. Jenny also provided excellent service to my husband, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. We have found our new favorite place.
