They keep changing the prices sans when I ask why they said I'm lying about the previous price I paid! I had one incident and went back because everyone has bad days. I would give it 2 only for 2 workers I've had dealings with first, this place started off okay because I had a young guy do my services here.... but TODAY I had the BOSS which I thought would be more welcoming, he has a really bad attitude and plenty of issues torwards customers expected service, as I can see, not sure if today was just a bad day for him, which I don't think because I've seen another situation with him and another customer before without his services. He seems very stressed out I pray everything goes well with him specifically him because to have a great business ... he have to be a better person at heart! Ps. I had to call the cops and was no trespassed by choice on the situation.... he wanted me to pay to take off a color which he said was too late to take off and I said before he polished them i dont like the color...... so he took it off than.... He stated I pay $20 for acrylic that he put over my old nails, which I wasn't because first he wanted to ask me to pay for another full set after me stating I needed a fill and to not take off my nails which he took off anyways after I told him not to. The owner of the shop is extremely rude. I first visited on a Saturday to get a gel toenail polish change and a gel fill in which was priced at $20 and $60 respectively. I had to return 5 days later on a Thursday for a nail repair where the owner attempted to charge me $10 and proceeded to argue with me that due the design and length I must pay more. The owner then proceeded to dispute & discuss in his native language that I should be charged more. I waited 45 minutes to receive the repair service from the original technician that completed fill in and paid $6 only. I got a simple manicure. It was horrible, I only needed my cuticles cut but after the manicure I received, my cuticles are worse than when I went in. On 3/8 I went to get the acrylics & tips removed off my nails for a fresh manicure(so my nails can breath) and a hot stone pedi. Cool. The service was ok by the techs, so I thought. I told them to do what they wanted. They suggested the Cat Eye. The nail tech was a bit rough(taking my nails off, causing damage to my real nails, did a rushed job and and sloppy (dripping gel polish). 3/11; Only 3 days later, my gel polish was cracking. . I just paid $105. I returned to get a repair done on the gel polish. which he did. But the next day 3/12, my nails and polish were cracking & chipping even more, now I'm just displeased and pissed. So I went back on Friday 3/15 to speak with the rude owner who does not know me but suggested when I left I caused the damage. So. I spent over 100$ to damage my own nails. He was rude af disrespectful af and unprofessional af. It is a full week and my nails are looking like crap for $105. I would hate to cut my real nails, I mean the tech cut them already cus he screwed up when taking the tips off in a rough manner but to know. Like. Literally never experienced something so ratchet. My pedicure went okay but my manicure was horrible. The lady was too busy yelling at another person to listen to the length I wanted. I simple told her that I didn't want her to finish because I felt she was rushing my nails and didn't give me the correct length. She literally started chopping off my nails! I just headed into this nail salon today for a quick nail repair on two nails before work. As I walked in, it seems like the whole staff was just YELLING in their language. This is NOW my personal experience on how these ungrateful people in our community thinking they have the right: my second time at this shop and my first experience was awesome with a different nail tech so that's why I came back ...scenario :I go ask for ombré nails and he say it may take long so I said nvm so he showed me something similar so I said fine. Everything was ok at first. I started off happy and optimistic about my visit. But As soon as I told the nail tech I wanted the basic pedicure for $30, and not the hot rocks service she was trying to get me to buy...her energy towards me changed. She wasn't cheerful anymore. And I could tell my pedicure was gonna be sub par based off the energy change. Well I was right!!! She rushed through the job like they were about to close!!!! I got zero massage whatsoever although it was listed twice in the description!!! and she didn't properly remove or push my cuticles back!! And when I asked her to please go back and do it better...she rolled her eyes and got a huge attitude with me and started saying rude things in front of my face as if all black people can't understand vietnamese!!! And To fix the cuticle work, She used the electric file but went too fast (I guess she was annoyed at my request) and she broke my skin open twice on 2 different toes and when I said ouch!! She looked at me like it was my fault and gave no apology!!!! At that point I was really upset because her energy towards me was very negative and mean as if I did something to her!!!! But I let her polish my toes anyway so it can be over with. I was willing to just pay and leave. But the polish job was so sloppy!!!!..... I couldn't even keep my cool anymore it looked like my 5 year old daughter did my pedicure!!!!!! I told her I wasn't satisfied at all...so she angrily poured polish remover on my feet and wiped the polish away. But the whole time...she was talking shyt about me to her co workers and thought I couldn't understand!!! At that point, I did not wanna let any of those rude, ungrateful heffers fix my shyt!!!! I stood up out of my seat and was ready to go!!!!! But one of the ladies stood in front of me as if she was trying to stop me from leaving and at this point everyone was watching. I thought I was gonna have to hit this lady standing in my face telling me to sit down. But I asked for the manager and the owner came out and basically took the nail tech's side at first and said this is what $30 gets you! And if I wanted better... I should've paid more!!!!! Then he said it seems like you are just trying to get free work!!! And that really pissed me off I've never felt so insulted and not valued at a nail salon in my entire life!!! Nothing the nail tech did was even satisfactory enough to be considered "something I got for free"!! And when I was threatening to leave, she had already wiped away the polish so after that and using the electric file on top.... My toes looked like complete trash at that point!!!! So what was I trying to get away with????? A free foot soak and a foot wash with hand soap???? Because that's what they used!!!!! Hand soap on your feet!!!! Eventually after going back and forth with the owner, and very loudly causing a scene, I decided to let another lady paint my toes just so I could pay the money and get TF outta there!! She actually did a much better job!!! And had better energy than the other old, rude azz lady. She apologized for my inconvenience and the owner wound up apologizing too but I could tell it wasn't so genuine. He rolled his eyes after the apology At least he did apologize. And took $5 off my service. But I promise I will never ever come here again!!! Ever!!!! I've gotten much better service for a cheaper price at other places! And it's not even about the money!! Absolutely terrible. They were rude as soon as I walked through the door. All I needed was one simple toe overlay repair. She responded by calling me "homeless" and overcharged me $10. Every nail salon from Tennessee to Georgia to Florida has always charged me $2-5 to redo my toe. The lady said because it's too hard but then was finished in only 5 minutes and didn't even dust off the acrylic powder before painting it.
