I was told the staff was very friendly and professional. Upon arriving two days ago, I was met with a bit of confusion as no one could fully give me pricing upfront, but quickly ushered me to sit in a chair. I was then given a book with pricing on nail services as I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure without artificial nail addition. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool. Will continue to search for a local nail spot, or be more diligent in booking in advance for places like IWI Fresh. Sadly, I did notice imperfections after leaving, and also the next day. More so a spot for those inclined to the gel polish and other artificial enhancements as the other staff appeared to be more personable than my attendant.

I pay well over $100 each time for my fill-in & pedicure From the moment I walked in the door I told the young lady I'm not in a rush. I want to relax that I just got off of work. I sit in the chair instead of her, letting me enjoy my massage getting my toes done. She started doing my nails. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services. I couldn't believe it. They certainly don't have to worry about me. I will not be back. They were rude at the end of the service and I believe she was the owner just simply just didn't want to assist me... a customer with a service they offer continuously telling me just let us know next time ahead of time The crazy thing is there were plenty enough of help there that someone could've assisted me and they just chose not to. I'm grateful they were able to squeeze me in to their busy Sunday schedule since I was overdue for a fill. Speedy, clean service. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish and accent color (gold glitter) on ring fingers with ballerina shape for $35 plus $10 tip. I'm pleased with how they turned out. This was the first nail salon I've been to that has clients attest to no Covid symptoms paperwork to be filled out at time of checkin. It's a nice touch to try and deter others who are sick or around others sick to self identify. Businesses do have to find ways to protect themselves. I don't see a lot of code enforcement in this area so just some thing to note that this business was taking additional steps.

The biggest issue was the pricing. I was charged $43.50 even though the price listed was $27. Most of the prices already included gel so I was never told there would be an extra $15 charge for gel toes until after the service was done. I feel like customers should be clearly informed about extra charges before anything starts.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did an amazing job on my toes and the foot massage was really good. Other than that I would not go back and I'll be sticking to my regular salon.

Anywhere else I would have paid under under $40 with tip considering I got regular OPI polish ( not gel) and only a milliliter in length attached. They do good work but way too overpriced. She put acrylic on my nails but then proceeded to cut them down to the exact length my already short real nails were when I came in but charged me extra for "length". No prices listed when you walk in so they basically can charge you what they feel like charging you. My budget was $80 but once I felt like they were making up prices and trying to overcharge me for every little thing I decided to stick with the basics and just try to get them redone in a few weeks at a salon that won't overcharge me.
