Well... I'm say this I want never ever in a billion years step my foot back in this nail salon again. U got my nails done last week Friday, the wait was 1 hour long but I still waited cause I needed my nails bad. I got a short acrylic set with clear pink gel polish when the guy was going my nails he put on clear polish just clear but that I didn't ask for cause it wasn't clear pink. So he took it off and drill wasn't impressed by it. Once I was done with my service the next day my middle finger was hurting so bad with pain and I notice a infection was trying grow under my nail. I have been here a few times because it is close to home. The last visit was mediocre and after yesterday I won't be back. The woman who did my pedicure did a pretty good job so I am happy with them. The older gentleman who serviced my fill in was horrible! He kept burning my nails with the electric filer. He was extremely rough and did the worst fill in. My nails look to wide and too thick. So I just left this nail salon. I came here because my "home" salon is SUPER BUSY and I'm in a hurry for work. This salon was just across the street and as soon as I called the manager was super friendly and told me to come and she will make sure I'm taken care of. As soon as I step foot in the door she greeted me nicely and set me up with ken . I just came for a simple fill in and repair and he was quick BUT did amazing work especially with shaping my nails back into their original coffin shape. This place was such a hidden gem! It's honestly the largest and prettiest nail salon I've visited and my technician was absolutely amazing. There are over 20 seats available so even though it was busy, I didn't even have to wait as a walk-in! This was my first time trying SNS and was pleasantly surprised- especially for the great price. I decided to go to this nail salon because the ratings were positive (for the most recent part). However I left with mixed . I called ahead of time for a mani-pedi quote. The person who answered the phone said that the price was $25. Great price! I also needed to remove some gel polish from a previous manicure. The person on the phone told me that there would be a $3 fee to "soak off" my gel color. Wonderful! Until I received my service and they (3 different people) tried to jack up the price of service. My manicure and pedicure were now $38 because to soak my gel color was $10. $10 to remove a color??? I think not. After going back ms forth we finally settled on $33 for the service and a $5 tip. Here is a tip for future patrons; make sure the price is right before they go to work on your extremities. 3 stars for the pedicure service, but the manicure left much to be desired. read more

This nail salon saved me. It was closing at 8 and it was around 7 when I called for service the next day was a holiday and I knew everyone would be closed. I had just wasted precious time sitting in another salon (Mimi UltraViolet Nail Lounge) and finally left without them ever asking me what I wanted. I called VIP they gave me directions to them and took care of me immediately. I will certainly return and it's in a mini shopping mall so it's convenient to multitask as well. Awesome! read more

Everything was fine until I ask the nail tech to fix the nail that was installed sideways and he ignore me also went on to tell me that it was not the nail he installed but my finger Was crooked. Kathy did a great job with my nails. I gave them 3 stars because : 1. Kathy was so busy managing she couldn't get a full relaxing experience like to get while getting my nails done. She was always being interrupted by something. 2. I get s&s powder & they don't have reg color nail paint to match for my toes. When she finally found a good match, we basically had to turn the bottle upside down to get the paint out . The paint was lumpy and not smooth.
