The manager is rude and always have a pissed look on her face. I've never seen her smile or be warm to customers. I stopped getting pedicures there because of her off putting disposition. I recently moved to the area and gave this place a try and it was an epic fail!!! My first visit was a fill in and the lady mimi did ok; however, when I went back for a new full set the quality is HORRIBLE!!! I do gel and never had the polish to bubble up and peel in less than 3 days. Then when I went back for her to fix them she was very rude, made me wait quite a while , then finally had someone else to do the repair, which still was a waste of time and money because everyone they supposedly fix begin to chip within a week. Truly the worst nail experience I've ever had and I will never use them again. Please don't go to mimi. This place SUCKS!!! I came in 8/3/2022 for a pedicure. A young lady and daughter came in after me, but we're serviced 1st. Another 45mins, no service. I asked if only 2 people for pedicures on a Saturday. No one answered and when a male tech Tony finished a pedicure, he went straight to start another pedicure water without informing me I was not next. No one said anything. If I could give no stars I definitely would. I sat for 35 minutes and no one even came close to start on my pedicure. The techs kept walking around appearing to be busy or stayed in the back. Other customers walked in and were service before me. One of the techs told me she didn't do pedicures...go figure. I've been going to this nail salon for about two or three months now and I have never had a bad experience. It's a very busy salon and there are a lot of regulars (of which I plan to become) but they have a lot of techs available as well. It's a small salon and it's clean and efficient. I always get SNS and have had three different techs do my nails and have been satisfied with the service of each. Kimberly is the most creative as far as design and style with the SNS and gel polishes and nail shapes (that have done my nails thus far.) Would highly recommend but I don't want to have to wait because it's too crowded LOL! read more

Terrible experience. For starters the nail salon was filthy and the polish selection was extremely slim. The tech that performed my pedicure buffed and filed my toe nails while looking at the wall (not looking at my toe nails at all). I had a horrible experience. My tech, the woman at booth 8 was rude, and extremely sloppy. The owner was just as rude and the problem ended up not being rectified. I left with 9 fingers painted and one finger they drilled about 90% of the polish off, and it was left like that. I asked that they soak the polish off of all of the nails, since the woman drilling cut my skin and I began bleeding. The owner then informed me that she would charge me $10 to soak off the polish, they messed up in the first place, because her people don't have time to soak off polish they mess up apparently. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I went here because it was close to home and I'm new in the area. But I won't be back. I went in for a pedicure and an SNS manicure. I received a simple pedicure in regular water, meaning nothing was added to the water. I could have done it at home. One lady started my pedicure then suddenly stopped and said someone else would do it. Her replacement was mediocre and not at all what I was used to. I had to soak off the SNS powder and the bowl was sat in my lap while I received the pedicure. Every time I moved there was a chance to spill the acetone in my lap. I only got a color change instead of the manicure I asked for. I had to ask the tech to remove the extra residue from around my cuticles and fingertips. When I asked about the UV light so my nails could dry he said it would make the nails crack. Well all of my nails are smudged and cracked WITHOUT the UV light treatment. I paid for crappy service.
