I pay well over $100 each time for my fill-in & pedicure From the moment I walked in the door I told the young lady I'm not in a rush. I want to relax that I just got off of work. I sit in the chair instead of her, letting me enjoy my massage getting my toes done. She started doing my nails. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services. I couldn't believe it. They certainly don't have to worry about me. I will not be back. They were rude at the end of the service and I believe she was the owner just simply just didn't want to assist me... a customer with a service they offer continuously telling me just let us know next time ahead of time The crazy thing is there were plenty enough of help there that someone could've assisted me and they just chose not to. I will not give my money to people who insist upon mistreating me or act as if they're doing me a favor when I'm actually paying for a service rendered. I will take my money where it is appreciated

I can tell from the careful appointments and layout (as well as the grand opening sign) that this place is newer. Don't let the plaza it's in fool you, it's aesthetically appealingly! As for a basic mani/ pedi, I paid 45 plus tip. I brought my own clear for my nails and chose hot pink for my toes. Their color selection is based off the gel they have to offer. They use the regular from the same set-- which I think is smart and cost effective. I was a little anxious because many of the staff kept coughing-- and Covid is real despite folx acting otherwise. But the staff was masked and so was I. Some of the other clients were not-- which is why I've preferred to go to places that have just one client at a time. Overall, my nails came out good. She listened when I said not to over clip my cuticles and I feel good about the way it looks. Let's see how it holds up.

The entrance to their parking is on Virginia, and there is a lot of parking available. I walked in, and all the employers were busy with a customer. The place is clean, and they have many options available. However, they don't have any options for regular nail polish, all the acrylic and all the other ones that stay on your nails for weeks. I didn't want any of those, so she said my only option was clear. And that was fine with me. $30 for a deluxe manicure that took about 35 minutes. However, they don't give you the service menu when you come in, which I didn't like very much. Given that this place is a minute away from me, I'll probably go here again.

Nail repair is listed as a service on the menu, yet it was declined because I did not want a $60 fill-in. The associate was aggressive and pushy about the fill-in. She also quoted me with gel, making an assumption, and quoted me $45 for a pedicure, making another assumption about the type of pedicure I wanted. A clear price chart was not shared before prices were quoted, so please be wary of these practices. The reviewer who mentioned unclear pricing was correct. Prices seem to be assumed based on prior service or what they think you want, and that feels very questionable. The salon also did not appear clean, and the tools did not seem properly sanitized. During my pedicure, the gentleman did not wear gloves, which was a major red flag. His fingernail/nail bed was pressing into my foot, and his nails did not appear clean. That raised serious concerns for me about hygiene, fungus, and bacteria. When I explained again that I did not want a fill-in and only wanted a repair or removal, I was told they only offered a fill-in or $15 to remove all of the nails. At that point, I was already spending money, so I did not understand why a simple repair or removal was a problem. I ended up paying $20 for what was done, though honestly, it did not feel like $20 worth of service. Then I left. I tried not to leave a review at first, but cleanliness and sanitation matter. Health code should definitely take a look, and I hope my experience helps someone else make an informed decision. I ended up driving three minutes away to Bliss, and Lee did a phenomenal job. 10/10 service at Bliss.
