I requested a manicure and Pedicure after not having my nails done in over a year. My manicure was to be complete with a full set gel. Chair #1(Bentley). Don't they cut your cuticles first? Hello????? Massage??? I was told he was the best, and he gave me $10 back after he told me I was looking for a another level of service. $20 dollars for a removal of gel & basic manicure (no polish), not including the tips. That's ridiculous! I was expecting $15 max like I've seen at other places ($5 for removal and $10 for the manicure). Initially I went in asking for my severely chipped gel to be removed and regular polish. The lady doing my nails kept insisting gel is better every 10 seconds, literally! She was super pushy about it. I told her I'm aware, but I WANT regular polish. Then she proceeded to tell me another lady got regular polish and had to come back today for gel. Like I care. I know what I WANT. She then proceeded to talk to two other workers and kept saying the word "gel" and laughing... I think I can safely assume she was talking about me. That turned me off so I just asked her to remove the gel and do the manicure. Respect the customers request and leave it at that!! Couldn't get out of there fast enough. I am very unsatisfied with my nails. The solid colors that I do have on my nails is very lumpy and streaky. It gets worse on the nails that had a design also very lumpy looks like I did it myself. I want to cry! WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I came to get a fresh set and she was so rude, not listening to how I want my nails & hurting me at the same time. She did not do what I asked for!! I end up coming right back the next day to get it fixed after paying $83, my nail was already cracked on top of me hating how the ombré was done. It was a different ombré on each hand. I just had them go over that with gel polish where they charged me another $30. But the crazy part is even with the gel polis I have dents and bubbles and I showed her prior to paying "again" that I wasn't satisfied & she still ran my card & slapped the pen down & told me to sign. It's about the amount of people each tech can see within an hour. With the cost of inflation I will start finding another nail salon who value their customers and take pride in the type of services they are providing the customers. I've had good experiences here BUT it depends on who you go to. Sometimes the nails techs rush and don't pay attention to detail. You have to be really specific and speak up if something is not to your liking. When I'm here, I ALWAYS go to Sue unless she's busy or if I'm in a rush. Dont even waste your money here, the nails are a hit or miss all the time and they've got workers who aren't specialized in certain like manicures doing them. Arrived around 10:30am on a Friday & the spot was already pretty busy. Wait was no more than 10 mins max. Jessie did a great job on my hands and feet. Only loss one star due to a nick while doing my cuticles. Reasonable prices for the area ($32 for a basic Mani-pedi combo) and there's always plenty parking as it's in a large shopping area. My first time here, service was awesome from Tony and Linda. This review is bad in regards to my second visit which the nails were done but the service today was horrible specifically from Lisa (Thao). I walked in speaking introducing myself she was on her phone and looked like she didn't want to be there. So I told her from the beginning I want my nails cut down same shape with diamond design on the same four fingers she just took diamonds off of. While filing she cut my skin a little that caused it to bleed she did apologize in which I accepted. She asked if I wanted diamonds I said yes these are the two designs I want for these four fingers In which I pointed to and told her what two designs go on what finger. She said, ok it's $40 for the nails and $15 for the four finger design. I said ok. Finished my nails got a sea salt pedicure that was ok. So when walking up to the front to sit to wait for my toes to dry, the lady who did my pedicure asked if I want to pay. I said ok and she told me pedicure $30 which I already knew and nails $70. I'm confused I was told $40(nails)+ $15(diamond design)= 55 not $70. I said this without an attitude or getting loud. So Lisa was called over and she immediately came in my face and told me that I told you diamonds was two fingers for $15 which is why I asked do you want another design. Saying all of this aggressively while I'm sitting in a chair calmly waiting for my toes to dry. My reply calmly, I said from the beginning I wanted diamonds on four finger just like I had on the nails you just took them off from and these are the two designs. Before I could finished she interrupted me to tell me what she claims to have said to me again. At that point it was clearly a lack of understanding the communication of what I said when I first came into the shop because it made no sense to tell me what two fingers would cost when I said four pointed and showed which four fingers. I paid ($70+$30) without yelling because Im above that it wasn't even about the money it's the service communication on how to handle that situation appropriately. Bottom line is due to the aggressive behavior instead of handling it in a professional manner towards a would be continued customer your lost another customer due to your service and behavior. The guy who did my nails had a horrible attitude. When he finally got my already very short original set taken off, leaving my real nails very sensitive and it was clear to see that - instead of using fingernail clippers to cut them down he took the drill and just went straight across my nail , hitting my skin & leaving my nails sore. After discussing my frustration with the service to the manager who also grew an attitude after I told her how displeased and upset I was , snatched my hand to take a look at them. I'm disputing this with my bank . Never go here , read the other reviews too , they have a habit of being harsh , and rude with customers. This has been my preferred nail salon in Atlanta for the past 5 months. I usually get gel manicures and they are well done every time. Today however I got a pedicure service and unfortunately the nail tech caused a toe to bleed while cleaning my cuticles. I had her stop immediately and I spoke with a manager. I requested a different nail tech to at least clean my other foot and a free voucher for future service. She agreed with assigning a new nail tech but only offered a $5 discount to continue the current service which I found highly offensive. She then increased her offer to $7 discount but I declined, gathered my belongings, and left. For me, my feet are worth more than a $7 discount. Once my toe heals, I'll go to a different salon where I am comfortable with my nails being done in a safe and sanitary manner. read more

The service here is so quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a chair on any day that I've come. Fortunately, all of my nail techs have been really cool too. My favorite is Sue which I'm sure I've spelled incorrectly. She talks to you and gives a really nice leg message. They always try to up-sale you to add eyebrows though. It's a large facility with many chairs so it doesn't have the intimate feel of the smaller salons if that's what you're looking for. They do a really nice job on your hands and feet. I think the prices are normal for the basic services I get. Rated 4 stars because the parking lot is so packed because of it's location. read more

When I visit Atlanta, I mainly stay in the Camp Creek area. Ive been to this establishment a few times now and its pretty much the same. They always have a lot of customers. From the outside it looks a little plain but on the inside its really beautiful. The staff is always friendly. The have a note pad at the front when you go inside. You put your name on it, the service you are wanting and the person you would like to do those services if you have a preference. I thought that was cute. On this particular day I wanted a mani pedi. My wait was not long at all. I was sent straight to a pedicure chair where someone was already waiting. My feet were in for a real treat. I loved it. They even do the sugar scrub. Its ok at first but after a while its like alright already. But my toes were sitting pretty when she finished. The same lady did my manicure and it was just as nice.
