For the record I've been a customer for over a year now (gel pedicures),I typically do my own Gel X…read morenails at home because YES, I am picky, particular and love for my nails to be uniform. Because it's my bday, I decided to get a full set along with my pedicure ;-/. This is the second time I've gotten my nails done at Spataneous, One regular gel mani and today's full set + gel.... not expecting the salon to care and utilize the same 2 hours I take at home, but I do expect more than what I was given... my nails look like I did them at home. The acrylic is thick and uneven and each nail looks different and/or lopsided. Rather than polish the full nail and use a thin brush with remover to remove any that gets on The skin, they'd rather skimp the nail so there's less work/cleanup. Pure laziness and lack of thoroughness! For $55, whether the appt was close to the salon closing time or not, I should love my nails. I want a refund given I have to go home, file them down and also re-polish.... My pedicure is decent but I had to ask for the nails to be filed evenly and also pointed out dead skin that was missed.... For $45, I shouldn't have to critique. I should be able to relax and trust that I will love the end result... back to the mani lol.... I was trying my best to be polite so decided to play the bday card "I need then perfect, my bday is tomorrow". The tech LITERALLY responded and stated I've mentioned my bday 10 times already and other people have birthdays too lol. I said well I'm saying it so you can do better without being micromanaged about the manicure job lol... I was done after the comment but still tipped. This is MY LAST VISIT. please Read and trust the reviews, they're all valid.... Plz find somewhere else to go! there are two other salons in the same vicinity... I've only tried 2 of 3; the salon nearest the five guys is equally bad (they rush and have thick gel polish tag doesn't cure evenly ;-(....

I have medical documentation related to the infection and treatment. I attempted several times to resolve this matter directly with the business, including requesting to speak with the owner or management. In my experience, no owner or manager was available on-site, and I was not provided with clear ownership or management contact information. I also requested the business's liability insurance information regarding my injury and, as of this writing, that information has not been provided to me. I have additional concerns regarding sanitation and the equipment used during services. I am also reviewing publicly available Georgia state business records, which appear to raise questions regarding the company's current business registration/status. Because I have been unable to resolve the matter directly with the business, I am pursuing the appropriate formal and legal channels. I strongly encourage anyone receiving nail services anywhere to pay close attention to sanitation practices and make sure instruments being used are properly cleaned and sterilized.

Certain things I have overlooked however, now I see that they are starting to add up charges for services when they did not before. If I am going to be subjected to premium prices, then I expect to be indulged in an atmosphere to where I am not seeing supplies in the bathroom or smelling the lunch of the technicians prepared in the back that fuses throughout the salon. To add to this the services offered are limited. The color choices or from cat eye or chrome or subpar compared to other salon however, the pricing is equivalent. Although the salon is fairly close and proximity, I will be seeking another salon for services moving forward.

I came in with a picture of what I wanted for my nails that was extremely basic and the lady kept suggesting things that was nothing like what I wanTed. I also asked if I could have a certain design and she said "no, this or that would be better." So when we got towards the end I told her I didn't want any design just the polish and then she said she could do the original thing I asked for. I'm not sure if she just didn't feel like doing what I wanted but wanted the extra money or what but it was very frustrating. I am extremely upset walking out because I feel like I was up charged for things I didn't want or ask for and Im walking out not loving the results and this visit was supposed to be very basic and then out to be the same price I normally get when I get something more fancy. I am extremely clear, patient, and nice in these spaces because I know the language barrier can be tough but sometimes I feel that grace gets taken advantage of in this shop. It was the perfect nail color a milky white powder and the perfect shape. I arrived a little bit before 11:00 a.m. and went directly to Tina's chair because she was ready for me. No waiting. Tina is very experienced with all type of nail designs as I have seen her do my daughters nails many times. She is super quick, skilled and is able to give you exactly what you want. My nails came out perfectly I couldn't have asked for better My pedicure was done by Linda. I had an issue with my big toe splitting in the middle to which I had already partially taken the nail down. I did not think that a nail tech was going to be able to make my toe look pretty. I was absolutely wrong. Linda took her time and filed my nail down to make it look like absolutely nothing had happened to it. She did not need to put acrylic on it or a tip she used my own nail. She was able to shape it sand it down etc. She made my feet feel brand new and that's always a plus. The color that I used on my feet is DND 642 Magenta Aura. Most of the times I find colors that I like on Instagram and then look up the number and bring it with me. A lot of times looking at the swatches in the nail salon can be overwhelming because they all are so pretty. I also write down the numbers so that I can always refer back to them. I was in the salon for maybe an hour and 20 minutes for both services. I have zero complaints about this place.
