That was one thing I was looking for when searching people's pictures is what does the bride and bridesmaid look like by the end of the day/wedding/ party etc - does the makeup still glam or stay on my face, is the hair still curly by the end of the night or is the hair still in the up do. I can confidently say my hair was perfect and so was my makeup throughout the entire day. The girls are so nice and professional. I had 10 bridesmaids and some live for the makeup and hair and some are post D1 soccer players who love a good natural look, and they can pull off both! So where do I begin if I could give a negative star I would i set up appointments with this shop…read morewith two different people one for my nails (diamond/Renee) and one for my eyelashes (jazlyn) when I showed up for my nail appointment I waited almost 30 minutes because she was getting a weave put in after waiting for the appointment I made days ago she stopped Right before the frontal was done and decided to start my nails from the beginning I had been growing my nails out so they needed a lot of attention (hence the price) there was no drill file used it was all by hand which I thought was weird but I gave her the benefit of the doubt I was falling asleep but I also elaborated and told her I had been on flights all morning and I was super tired so if it wasn't going to look right to please rearrange me or ask me to set the way that she needed me to she agreed... I was here on vacation let me mind you so I really wanted my stuff to look A1 that is why I went to that shop and that is why I waited to get to Atlanta to do my nails and my lashes when I was almost done she immediately told me to wait to pay n to go straightTo the lash lady and if she charged me a late fee that she would take it out of my nail deposit .... they both agreed that it would be smart since they were in a rush to leave , finish my nails while she was doing my lashes (bad idea) being in the salon for almost 7 hours after my lashes and nails were done i was so tired I paid and left got to my car and looked at my nails very closely and was very disappointed and immediately went back upstairs(story below ) , I also didn't take the time to go through my lashes and make sure they were done right I felt like they looked cute But I really couldn't figure out why my eyes were watering for an entire hour LOL never happened beforebut when I got to the house I noticed all the clumped up bundles and glue that was caked on my eyes I'm very disappointed with this experience I will never get my nails anything down there again I canceled my waxing the next day because I refuse to give that shop any more of my money... In conclusion I did not leave the shop I immediately went back upstairs and talk to the nail tech and explain to her what was wrong as she agreed with somebody there as a witness that was doing her hair we agreed on half payment returned I was a good sport about it and said go ahead and finish your hair and send me my money when you are done.... that never happen pictures are attached as well as the response from the nail tech When I asked for a partial refund I paid $120 for my nails and $100 from my eyelashes absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Not to mention the $25 deposit to each of them on top of my payment That they did not remind me of that should've came out of my total cost
