They use great products, tools and I love his technique. One major difference I see in the shop is the increased diverse talent and vibrancy of the staff. I appreciate that in a hair salon. Bookings are online or phone call, parking spots are across at Einstein's (I learned the hard way today and parked in the big lot next to Sprint and had to pay an event fare) and Starbucks is up the block if you need a coffee/tea although the staff here will gladly pour you a mimosa.

Unfortunately I have been really unhappy with my haircut since, here is the "after" photo taken on the day I got it. I don't understand the layer placement and haven't been able to style it to look normal. I've gotten comments about my layers and honestly have never gotten such a bad haircut...
