It's a circle floor plan so just walk around until you get to Suite 211. They also text you 1-2 hrs before the appt to make sure you don't get lost! The salon is very small. Fit for two customers at a time. You'll wait outside the salon but inside the bldg (in the hallway). E X P E R I E N C E It's my first time here but not my first time getting lash extensions. I got here at 12:40 and filled out the basic personal info form on a tablet in 2 mins. My appt was for 12:45PM. There was already another customer in the room and I didn't get helped until 12:55PM. Simone finished at 2:15PM. Simone was my lash tech and she's amazing! She's friendly and seems to have a high standard of work. I verbalized everything I wanted (D curls, rounded eye look, I would like as long of lashes that my natural root can handle without harming them) and she made it happen. Please see photos! I fell asleep multiple times because she was so gentle with my face, the atmosphere was so calming and because it was so quiet. There's background music that makes the environment feel so much more serene. Fantastic experience! C L E A N L I N E S S The bed and blankets used were not sanitized after every customer use. These were fabric line, unlike others that I've laid in. I didn't see the tools she used so I can't guarantee that they were sterile equipment. Basically, it's all over the website it says new clients have to put down a 25 dollar deposit but still lets you make the appointment without putting one down. So because I had a typo in my email (which yes was my fault) and didn't respond quickly enough to her text message....which by the way went in a different folder on my phone AND I STILL RESPONDED SAME DAY with the correct email for the invoice. She gave away my appointment and now can't get another until Saturday (today is Tuesday!) She also by the way let me know that she gave away my appointment at 10 am this morning, my appointment was at 2. Just seems like she doesn't want new clients. Booking my appointment through Serena's website was quick and easy. When I got to her place of business, it was in a small suite which looks brand new and it is very private. Serena was kind, professional, and took her time to do a full new set of lashes. She asked me about the look I was going for (length, eye shape​, etc.) and made sure she knew what I wanted. I love the look of the lashes as they are more natural looking, without the fake plastic look that many eyelash chains can have. Her new client special is reasonably priced!
