I booked this appointment last minute and this was the only time slot & service option they had available however I really am happy with the result. So because I had a typo in my email (which yes was my fault) and didn't respond quickly enough to her text message....which by the way went in a different folder on my phone AND I STILL RESPONDED SAME DAY with the correct email for the invoice. She gave away my appointment and now can't get another until Saturday (today is Tuesday!) She also by the way let me know that she gave away my appointment at 10 am this morning, my appointment was at 2. Just seems like she doesn't want new clients. Booking my appointment through Serena's website was quick and easy. When I got to her place of business, it was in a small suite which looks brand new and it is very private. Serena was kind, professional, and took her time to do a full new set of lashes. She asked me about the look I was going for (length, eye shape​, etc.) and made sure she knew what I wanted. I love the look of the lashes as they are more natural looking, without the fake plastic look that many eyelash chains can have. Her new client special is reasonably priced!
