So obviously I thought this would be a good experience. NOT! The first threader I told her I wanted to keep my eybrows natural, clean up and a little shape. Well, it did feel right and her pull was not what I'm.accustomed. I asked to see what it look like. My skin looked like ant bites. Skin just broken and red from the threading. This is not going to work. I should have left right then. The owner had another threader, an older lady to.take over. She tried to appease by putting something on the right eyebrow. She starts on the left eyebrow. Her touch and.pull was definitely lighter. So again, I said just a clean up and keep natural brow. She asked if she could aloe Vera gel on.. I.agreed. I should have not. Recommendation. Use fresh aloe or rose water. That gel is not nautral and has hint of alcohol in it. So here's the kicker......after I leave and I'm n in sunlight is when I can clearly see my left brow was butchered and does not even look like the right brow! So now I have to walk around 3 weeks looking like a fool! I regret I paid cash and even tipped at this point. I wouldn't recommend unless the owner is willing to do the service herself or if you just don't mind taking a chance losing a few $6+ $2 tip & your natural brow shape!

She listens to me and does exactly how I describe or if I decide to bring in a picture she gives me exactly what I want. She is able to handle all types of hair without skipping a beat. I have seen very few people who are as confident and comfortable as she is with a pair of scissors while handling so many different types of hair. I'm not a fan of salons especially here in Atlanta, so having someone cut my hair and give me what I want without spending hours in a salon and paying tons of money is priceless in my book. I received an Ulta gift card for Christmas specifically for getting an eye brow wax. I had never…read morehad one before and felt it was something that every girl should do at least once. I had intended to make an appointment and come back at a later date but the girl said she could fit me in as soon as she was done with her current client, so I stuck around. My brows are fairly sparse and I was looking to add a bit more arch to them and get a recommendation on make up to use for them. The girl who did the brow wax was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing. She used a new wooden stick for each dip into the wax so it was sanitary. It really didn't hurt much. I had watched a few videos beforehand so I kind of new what to expect. After the waxing, my brows seemed so thin and small but that's not her fault. I just don't have much for brows to begin with. She used a little make up on them (Benefit, of course) and they looked fine. She gave me a slip to take up to the front counter to pay and I was able to leave her a tip on my card. Overall, the experience was great, but I probably won't do it again just because my brows don't really need it. I can get by with just plucking them at home.

I was totally elated to see the online booking option with detailed service and price list. I loathe going to salons and being totally surprised by the cost at the end of the service. So much so - if I don't know the service costs up front, I won't even go. I was greeted warmly by Jacque and her husband. They were super friendly and inviting. So was Michael! I had a wash, condition and press. The shampoo was pretty good and the conditioner was nice and tingly During the condition Michael placed a hot towel over my head and then a shower cap. I am very used to having a shower cap after a conditioner to let it soak in a little before rinsing, so I had no reason to think this was an additional service to a wash and condition. My hair was styled in soft curls with care and not too many passes of the flat iron. When it was time to pay, I was told that the service would actually be $15 more than what I booked because of the hot towel. I was really thrown off and it immediately ruined the great experience I had until that point. If I had been told up front, or given the opportunity to agree to that, it would be different. However, not mentioning until time to pay feels a bit dishonest because now I am forced to pay no matter what. This is the only reason why I probably won't return because the there is no actual transparency of pricing when booking online. I would recommend the salon for their work cleanliness and free parking but just advise to be super clear on what a customer's cost would be.
