I scheduled my appointment with Ina and she is the most amazing eye brow artist. I wanted soft arched brows that weren't too thick to match my current eyebrow shape. She took the time to redraw the outlining because my brows are uneven. I was able to tell her what I was most insecure about, and she worked with that. She was incredibly considerate when I mentioned I would like them "a bit closer together." 100% recommend. I can't wait to let all my clients and friends know about her. Greedy!!!! Horrible customer service!! Be aware!!! Dealt with INA and CLARA. first we had Ina for a while and we were ok with her, but later we wanted to try another girl on the team since the shape and last time wasn't that great. so I booked the appointment for my mom for Clara since we liked her work on IG. when I booked the appointment WITH deposit $50, I wrote on the notes exactly what we what was happening, that we had ina now we wanted to try Clara . They even sent reminder texts and emails, so we thought it's fine. When my mom showed up they tried to charge her an extra $100! Even said $50 first, then said $100! I have read in their policy and it didn't state that they don't work on each other brows!! It wasn't clear at all on their website last time I read it and everything on their website and never mentioned anything about not working on each others clients in the same shop. If they read my memo with the deposit and told us PRIOR we would of considered that before wasting our time coming all the way to the appointment. CRAZY PART is that Clara said if we did pay the extra rip off $100 that NEXT time we would still have to go back to the initial girl we didn't want to see! Unbelievable!! They really think they're the only brow artists ?? Owner Erin is very special but these methods need improvement and clarity. My technician was Vitoria, I went in for a cover-up because I've had the procedure before. I told her what I wanted and she said she HAD to do shading. I told her I did not want shading. She literally told me that I HAD to do it. I'm thinking this is my face I don't have to do anything, and I sat an argued with her for some time and finally we compromise on something. And she kept telling me that that's how she was trained to do it. Technician should not be trying to tell customers how they should tattoo their face. I will not be going back. I'm sure I could've went to somewhere else for half the price and not have been pressured on how I HAVE TO HAVE my brows tattooed. And now my eyebrows are thicker and a lot longer than I wanted, because I was told several times I HAVE to do it that way. read more

I have been a client at Be Brows since 2019. I used Erin first and had great results. Went back in 2023 and used Sophie. Went back for a six week fill in, came out with one brow angled and the other straight. Went back for a six month fill in/fix and saw first hand that clients are treated differently. I was discriminated against and I even moved my appt to accommodate Sophie although my appt had been booked for weeks, her request. I don't recommend at all. I went for my 2 month touch up today with Clara. My brows healed pretty well after the initial session. Overall she did a great job and followed my request of adding more thickness to my brow tails, but I noticed when I got home the left brow tail had more strokes that were kinda droopy without a clean thin finish like the right side. I'm kinda disappointed because the right one is perfect. I hope it doesn't look too weird when it heals.. the photos show a noticeable difference. read more

TL;DR - Does good work but poor customer service. Found Erin on instagram. Her work looked impressive. I made an appointment a month in advance. My phone number ended up changing between then and the appointment and I didn't think to update it with her. Side note-she also had my email which she successfully used to contact me before appointment day. I was taken aback by our first interaction in person. She seemed particularly perturbed that I didn't update my phone number since she tried to send me the consents for the procedure via txt the night before. Instead of being welcomed as a new client, she made me feel like I had done some thing wrong. I was close to just walking out of my appointment because of the bad vibes but figured I already paid the deposit and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I don't really have any complaints about her work. Although, as another reviewer wrote, she does not take kindly to critique or what you're seeing as the client. Anyway...my initial appointment was the day after thanksgiving. The weeks following as you can imagine were very busy for since it's the busy season for my job plus all the other craziness that comes with the holiday season. I txt her back after my schedule was manageable for the follow up appointment. In my txt I told her I could be available during the week most days after 3 and most Saturdays. She had an opening the upcoming Saturday which I declined bc of a conflicting time. I wasn't sure that I'd be able to make it to Marietta on time for the appointment. Her stating that I was in my 8th week seemed accusatory in her message. Didn't think it was a big deal if I saw her for follow up 8.5-9 weeks post. If I had, I would have done this whole thing during the holidays. She responds the next day saying there isn't another opening for that same Saturday. She doesn't offer any other times. Doesn't offer any way to make a follow up appointment at all. Doesn't seem to care about making her clients feel welcome or appreciated. Overall her technical work is good but her approach to interacting with clients made me regret ever giving her any money. read more

I am happy with my eyebrows and technician Erin! I'm so glad that I've considered Diamond Microblading because it gives a natural look for my eyebrows. I used to have perfect eyebrows until this technician waxed half of them off and it never grew back the same. I usually get tired of penciling it in, so I researched and found Erin. I called and set up an appointment and it didn't take too long for her to schedule me. Although she can get pretty busy and booked quickly. At the main day of consultation, I explained to Erin my concern and past experiences with my brows and Erin was very thorough and detailed when she exam my eyebrows. She made the appropriate suggestion that is suitable for my face shape. She made me feel comfortable and confident during the session. Is it painful you ask? On a scale of 1-10, 1 being no pain at all and 10 was super painful, it was a 3 for me. (coming from a very sensitive person) Erin uses some magical numbing cream and for the first couple of strokes, it felt like cat scratches. Honestly, I thought it would of hurt way more than I expected but that's only because I can hear the skin scrape with the needle. Erin kept reinsuring if I wanted more numbing cream and was I okay. She's such a sweetheart, I just want to take her home. (lol) It's only been a couple of weeks and my brows are still healing but after you're done with the session, you'll see a significant difference in your face feature already. OH! Erin also offer 15% discount for clients who write their reviews on Yelp or Facebook when they come back for their touched up. (AWESOME!!!) Thank you Erin! I had to fight them thru disputing it via my credit card and won, of course. They were completely ridiculous about it. They did not care at all about hearing how I felt and about the service I wanted, but then proceeded to tell me they would be keeping my deposit regardless. Simply obnoxious and rude! She did not take it well and said she would not work on my brows. Basically you have to agree with everything she says and cannot express any concern or dissatisfaction. I followed Erin on Instagram and Facebook for a long time watching her "technique" and finished eyebrows. I was referred to many people for microblading , but I wanted to make sure someone did my brows that knew what they were doing and you could tell that by looking at her before and after pics. I scheduled my appointment for September back in April, that is how busy she is. I am extremely glad I waited on her. I did microblading and microshading and I could not ask for a better job. I waited about 3 months for my brow appointment with Erin, and it was definitely worth the wait. My appt was on 03/29 and I wanted to wait at least a month before posting my review to see if I would love my results after the healing process.... and I still do! Erin is very sweet, very professional, and she takes her time! Anyone who knows me know I am very meticulous when it comes to my brow. I love makeup and I DEFINITELY have an "eye for brows" so I know what shape I want and how thick or thin I want my brows. The fact that I didn't even have to explain to her my desire shape, and she nailed it on the first outline - that alone put me at ease knowing I picked the BEST brow tech for me. I researched Erin for 2-3 months before I choose her as my brow artist, and have been looking for a brow artist for over a year and a half(no kidding).
