Update: I found a cut that night after taking a shower. When I told the lady she hurt me, she said I had sensitive skins. It turned out she actually CUT me and that's why I was hurt!!! Of course the finish of the nails were not done by them. They won't be able to do that good! I would give 0 star if yelp allows me. They left my nails like this in the pictures and asked me to leave because they could not do the shape I wanted after I showed them a picture from their store review and messed up with it. And guess what? They called police to let me out because they refused to finish my nails for I was being "too picky". This was a waste of tax payers money! The lady owner did my nails and argued with me while she was trimming and she hurt my nails a lot. She asked me to tell her what shape I like before she was done, so I did exactly what she said and then she complained that I'm too picky and said no one else in the store can do my nails. She doesn't speak English well so expect minimum communication. Worst nail salon and worst customer experience ever. And waste me 1 hour and half to get those junks. read more

Really pleased with the service my son and I received at this salon. I called for an appointment, the lady told me to come on in. As soon as we arrived we were seated immediately. It's one thing to be met with cold unwelcoming faces but I've visited this shop twice now, arriving hours before their closing time, only to be turned away and told they're not taking any more customers. I'm starting to wonder if there's a specific group of customers they refuse to serve after 5:30pm, even though their closing time is 7:30pm. It's disappointing, and I feel compelled to mention this as it's now happened twice. If they don't have enough staff, they should simply state that, but it's strange to turn away a customer two hours before the scheduled closing time, especially when the place is only half full. read more

I got seated right away, they got started to my finger and toes at the same time, mid way through after gluing the nails on the lady doing my nails left to do someone else's toes, the other lady finished with mani not the best when you have bloody painful cuticles! then sat another hour for SNS, I told the lady I don't like thick layer of powder and that I'm particular about the thickness! She said that had she known she wouldn't have done my nails, and said that she isn't comfortable doing them! I walked out extremely disappointed! No longer my go-to. As much as I enjoyed going previously on one occasion when my nails chipped while on a trip to New York, the owner disrespectfully fussed about me in her native language, and did not want to give me a discount when I returned from New York (even though I called her from New York to let her know that my nails chipped). Instead, when I immediately returned to the shop, they told me they would give me a discount on the next visit. That didn't fly with me. Haven't been back since. Awesome service! They took their time to make sure my mani/pedi was exactly what I wanted, and I felt pampered! I went in the morning time, so they were not busy, and that may have contributed to how attentive they were. Either way, you can tell that they care for their customers! I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt but I am so incredibly disappointed with my SNS service today. First SNS is the method of dipping your nail bed into the powder to create a flawless look. My nail-beds are so thick with powder because he applied as you would for an acrylic fill in. After the application he applied a top coat of some sort then put my nails under a UV light. None of these steps are used for SNS application. Meanwhile another client came in upset about the SNS service she had received 8 days ago and they were coming off, etc. At the end of the day, my pedicure was okay but they don't know what they are doing when it comes to SNS. I am sure they provide other services well but just not SNS. Buyer beware! read more

I've been going here for the last 2 months since I moved to the area. Every time I have come in, they are so kind and enjoyable to be around. I usually work late and can't get there until close but they always do a great job and never make me feel like I am rushed. On top of how wonderful the staff is, the prices are extremely fair. Owner is very rude. The lady who did my pedicure did an AMAZING job.. same with the man who started my manicure.. the owner finished my manicure by painting the design on my nails. It literally looks like a 2 year old did it. She was rushing and painting over pieces of fuzz that are now stuck in my nail polish. When I told her I didn't like the design (in comparison to the reference photo I showed her) she said that "my nails are bigger than the ones in the photo and that's why it's not beautiful." However my dislike with the design is about how jagged and overall horrible her lines are. I was ready to make this place my usual spot, but after my encounter with the owner, I will not be returning. QT Nails is my favorite place to get my nails done. They do such a thorough. They are so thorough, in fact, that it sometimes takes a little too long I'm my opinion. I typically get gel and SNS nails done and they always look fantastic. Kevin does an awesome job with SNS. He uses a different technique than dipping, but I like it. The only complaint I have is that when they take off my SNS, they file it down so that my nails are super thin, and it kind of hurts. I've never had SNS taken off anywhere else so maybe this is common, I don't know. They always offer a drink and are very polite. Love going here! read more

I came in and immediately regretted coming in. Everything was so dirty and messy. Everything was so disorganized. I am a nail tech but I just wanted to get pampered and get my nails done since I was so tired. Bad idea. I asked for acrylic and he didn't know what I was talking about. The application was awful. Each nail was a different shape. I ended up filing my nails for about 40 minutes and they still looked fat and bubbly. He didn't put any clear acrylic coat over the color acrylic. He missed so many steps. I was also charged full price. I'm very upset. I ended up leaving g and calling them back letting them know that I wasn't happy and started blaming me and they ended up hanging the call on me. I don't recommend this place.
