Extremely disappointing visit today. The employee with my 10 year old daughter was rude to her and…read morerolled her eyes at her several times. Her nails were very bumpy and uneven. When we left, my daughter was in tears because of how bad her nails looked. In hindsight, I should've refused to pay $70 for such poor work. After we left, I took her to another nail salon who fixed them up nicely. My daughter is very sweet and well-behaved. There was no reason to be rude to a child. If you don't like working with people, then don't have a job where you work with people. We will never visit this salon again and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

First time visiting you also receive a discount which is very nice. There is a huge sign up front that says 20% off for new customers and when we went to check out, it was only 20% off the pedicure, not the manicure. They said you have to have a $35 minimum in order to get the 20% off which no one explained to us even though we called beforehand and were told about the 20% off plus they had it listed next to their company name on Google "20% off for students and new customers." We both got the vibe that they were trying to upsell us the entire time well, and they were not being very transparent about the prices. I had to ask for a menu with the list of services several times before someone gave it to me. When I walked in, I mentioned that my boyfriend is not sure if he wants to do a manicure or pedicure and asked if we could just see a menu. They rushed us to the back to start with a pedicure, and I had to stop them and say wait we are not sure yet if we want to do a manicure or pedicure and finally after asking several times I got a menu with prices. Then once my pedicure started, they asked if I wanted regular or gel polish. I had to ask them if gel polish was extra and it is $15 more but you wouldn't know unless you ask so I would say just be very cautious about prices here. The selection of colors is good and the ambience is clean, but the prices transparency is the only thing that would probably stop me from coming back.
