Not to mention, because their register is incapable of scanning and processing charges, the employee asked if she could use my phone to calculate the total. I received an Ulta gift card for Christmas specifically for getting an eye brow wax. I had never…read morehad one before and felt it was something that every girl should do at least once. I had intended to make an appointment and come back at a later date but the girl said she could fit me in as soon as she was done with her current client, so I stuck around. My brows are fairly sparse and I was looking to add a bit more arch to them and get a recommendation on make up to use for them. The girl who did the brow wax was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing. She used a new wooden stick for each dip into the wax so it was sanitary. It really didn't hurt much. I had watched a few videos beforehand so I kind of new what to expect. After the waxing, my brows seemed so thin and small but that's not her fault. I just don't have much for brows to begin with. She used a little make up on them (Benefit, of course) and they looked fine. She gave me a slip to take up to the front counter to pay and I was able to leave her a tip on my card. Overall, the experience was great, but I probably won't do it again just because my brows don't really need it. I can get by with just plucking them at home.
