I honestly hate leaving this review bc Tracy is a really nice person but I've had sns nails done the last three times at this place and within days each time my nails have cracked or chipped ... they definitely don't even last two weeks when they should be lasting 3 weeks... This place is always packed but has enough techs to handle the fact that they do such a great job so stay so busy! And they are always friendly and ask if you're happy with the service, and make any changes you ask for with a smile. I'm here to get my nails done and as I'm getting pampered I pull up YELP to search for discounts and I stumbled across a tasteless review instead of discounts, luckily Yelp also found the review as unhelpful so it's no longer available -- good job Yelp! As such I am editing my review to remove any reference of the posters hate speech! Since the review by this racist poster had nothing of substance to offer, instead was just slandering the employees and blatantly lying we will now move on! They use clean utensils each time -- opening the bag in front of you and have bowl liners in the foot tubs. Each tech is good at their own thing but I have not found one I don't like! I've been to this busy salon offering great services, by a great staff who welcome ALL and treat ALL with the same respect many times! Tammy did a wonderful job on my nails; however the owner Tracy leaves a lot to be desired. We were visiting while on vacation and walked in to get my mail done, tires painted and my daughter's nails and tires painted. A little mommy daughter time. We were told for a walk in, our wait would be 20 minutes. We waited much longer than that. Once we both started getting our nails done, because we were walk ins, Tracy kept pulling out mail techs to work on people that had appointments. 2 hours later, I finally asked when we would get our nails finished. Apparently, you can't question Tracy. She started going off on how everyone they're had appointment and we were told we have to wait. When someone starts doing my nails, I assume they are going to do them from start to finish. Needless to say, my nails didn't get finished the way I wanted them, my toes didn't get done and my daughter's fingers didn't get painted. If you treat a walk-in like this, stop taking walk-ins. Your customer service is beyond atrocious. read more

They brought it my attention that what I thought was SNS on my nails actually wasn't. They also, showed me the difference between gel and SNS and how some salons will LIE to their customers and up charge them. My mind was blown. The ladies know what they are doing. After giving this salon every chance I finally needed to "move on" and here's why: Although appointments are required; every time I'd schedule my appointment, seems I'd receive "frantic" calls from female store manager while at work wanting to know if I could come in earlier or later. One time upon arrival for my appointment she asked if I could "come back tomorrow". At other times she'd ask me who I spoke with on the phone when scheduling my appt since my name had been crossed out or they were running behind schedule. Really? Even when agreeing to come in earlier or later as result of her "frantic" calls, I'd still often be waiting a half hour or more. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Too much drama. I always tipped generously but clearly it was not deserved; given the way I was treated. Owner was pleasant but manager was too "extra". Although she did a good job on my nails; it wasn't worth the aggravation. I've since found another salon where I'm happier and more relaxed; no longer experiencing these issues. read more

I recently just tried out this nail salon because of the good reviews. I received a callus removal pedicure and my experience could have been much better. Whoever did my service, an older lady, she was way too rough with foot-file and pumice scrubber. She was nice but I had to check and make sure I didn't have a cut. The water was also too hot! Because of this I will not go back, unless I have someone else do it. The polish came out nice but my foot could've been better. Along with that the ladies were talking and giggling the entire time and I have never seen that in a salon. read more

To start this off, I have never left a Yelp review in my life, so you know this is serious. I have been going to Super Nails for at least 5 years at this point and have never really had a problem here. Keep in mind the people are extremely nice and kind and take care of their patrons especially if you are in high school or college. Keeping that in mind I went to get my nails done there today and everything was fine (perfect actually) until the nail technician was filing my nails and cut my finger. Usually this wouldn't be a problem because I know things happen and life goes on, being a licensed cosmetologist myself I know things like this can happen. Unfortunately though, the nail tech did NOT clean the blood up from my finger nor did he sanitize any of his tools such as the file or the drill bits he was using and did not change out any of the towels. Then he continued to do my nails will all of the acrylic dust getting into the cut, the only time I was able to clean the cut was just rinsing water on it and he said i shouldn't use soap? I don't know what that's about... After he was done with me and another nail tech was doing my polish, I watched him take the supplies he used on me and use them on his next client. I hate to leave this review because these people really are kind and usually give amazing service. Considering this was a biohazard I thought I should share in hopes for the company to improve for their clients!! P.S. My nails ended up turning out really great, just a little... unsanitary :/ read more

I have been going to this place for the past six months. After today's experience I won't be back. There were two people ahead of me and two came behind me. It was clear the wait would be long and I was okay with that. After waiting for an hour sitting with my hands soaking in acetone to take off the SNS a nail technician became available. Unfortunately she only came over to tell me that I would have to wait for another tech who was "on her way." She then proceeded to work on one of the two ladies who came in behind me. At that point I decided I was done. The manager said the nail tech could not do SNS. Funny, it wasn't a problem when she did my nails before. I came to the conclusion they were willing to let me sit there soaking in acetone while they handled other customers. They never had me soaking in acetone for an hour before. This was my 3rd visit and I was so surprised by the way I was treated. They were busy when I arrived about 6pm. As my daughter had tutoring next door I figured that I could get a quick polish change. I picked my polish and was seated at pedicure station. The owner wrapped my nails in acetone soaked cotton and aluminum foil then slipped a sandwich bag over them and put my hands in heating pockets. I was left longer than usual but didn't think there to be a problem until my fingers started burning. One of the male techs came over to remove the wrappings and that's when I saw that my nails were extremely curled to almost a point! I have been getting gel polish for a while and had never experienced my nails becoming so soft and frail and curved. When I brought it to their attention the owner asked me what I was talking about as if she could not see the condition of my nails. The said that my nails were too long and that she never saw nails as long as mine. Then she began shouting at me that this was normal because when people wet their nails they get soft and curve. Then she said she didn't know what was wrong with my nails since she wasn't a Dr. When I explained that I was shaking because I was worried and had never seen this before. She dismissed me and said "I don't know why you are shaking because you are causing a problem." I asked her why she was yelling at me. She said she had been there 16 years and never saw nais as long as mine. I calmly asked her to remove the polish then I walked out the door! She was rude inconsiderate unapologetic and I do not recommend their salon. The reason why is the way you will be treated if anything you don't expect happens good luck!
