I got the deluxe pedicure which includes a soak, nail care, massage and callus removal for $40. They were very nice and welcoming. Attentive and careful. It's been a long time since I've gotten a French so I decided to add that on for an extra $5. That foot massage was a life saver though. All it needed was some care and I was able to walk a little better. I'd definitely com back if I'm in the area again.

My experience was very disappointing because of the atmosphere in the salon…read more Several staff members, including who I believe was the manager, were watching a soccer game and yelling unbelievably loudly throughout my appointment. None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.

I hate having to leave this review because I was a loyal customer here for almost two years and…read morecame in monthly. For the majority of that time, I had great experiences and really enjoyed several of the nail technicians. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things noticeably changed. There seemed to be a lot of staff turnover, and many of my favorite technicians were no longer there. As that happened, the quality of service started to decline. During one visit, I paid for a deluxe gel pedicure, but they completely forgot to apply the top gel coat. On my last two visits, the technician drilled my natural nails so aggressively that they became hot and painful, leaving them thin and weak afterward. During my final appointment, another technician came over, took over the service, and the two of them began talking and pointing at one of my nails. When I asked what was going on, I was told I had a "nail defect." After visiting a different salon, I learned that wasn't the case. I also found out I had been under the impression that I was consistently receiving SNS (which I was paying for), but my new salon informed me that acrylic had actually been applied to my nails instead. That was incredibly frustrating because I trusted I was receiving the service I requested. I truly appreciated this salon for a long time, which is why this is disappointing to write. I hope management takes the recent decline in quality seriously because this used to be a place I happily recommended. Unfortunately, after my recent experiences, I won't be returning.

You can tell they genuinely care about evolving and giving clients the best experience possible.
