I've been coming here for many years, probably close to 10. No other place has lived up to the quality, kindness, and welcoming nature that Tracy and her team brings. I have tried everything, from normal polish, to gel, sns, and acrylic, and it always looks amazing. Tracy treats my whole family as if we were her own, and we've never been disappointed. I love coming into my appointments, knowing I'll leave happier and more confident. Especially since COVID, they have made such wonderful changes to help high-risk customers and they keep the place very safe. It's always very clean, and a very comfortable environment. Recently I got my nails done for prom, and broke one the night before. Tracy got my nail fixed in no time right before prom. They really dedicate all their time and effort into their customers, and show their appreciation in so many ways. Some favorites to mention: David is wonderful, always does my nails amazing and has such great attention to detail. Linda gives the most amazing pedicure and is the kindest lady. Tammy is a nail god, and can basically do anything and the nails always look amazing. Will be a returning customer for many many years to come! read more

Wow- What a day it has been. I've been in traffic both ways and was looking forward to getting my nails done at my go-to spot for hours. If ever I am out of town, I will wait until I get home to have my nails done by my favorite techs here. I normally don't share something so mundane, but since I was tagged in a previous post, I felt it necessary to comment. Yes, I'm in a photo and seated at table Number 2 at 5:45 pm on a Thursday. I have had pedicures in seats further in the back, along with simultaneous manicures when the tables are full. That is the picture of a successful establishment. And to address a post, in which the review stated that the Owners need to be more present, nothing speaks to growth than that comment itself. I've been going to this nail salon since it opened with the previous owners, that's at over 10 years ago. When Will & Tracy bought this salon it was like so many other salons, with ratty, over read magazines, loud TV & soap operas blurring while the women tried to carry on conversations above the TV volume. I normally ended up leaving there with a headache. Now I go and I don't want to leave, it's such a calm & relaxing experience. Will & Tracy have become more like family than someone I pay for their services. I went there this last week to get my Easter Celebration Nails. I messed up my nails & I had to let Tracy know, she told me to come back & she would fix them. At 10:30a the next morning I went back & she fixed them...NO charge !! I am very picky when it comes to choosing a nail salon and took a chance on Super Nails. I was very impressed with the owners, Will and Tracy. Tracy was my nail tech. She really cared about the health of my nails as well as making sure I was pleased with the end results. The pedicure was wonderful and painless- Linda was the technician. They use disposable tools as well as disposable liners in the spa tubs . This is the first time I've visited a salon where I felt it was a clean and healthy environment. I was also impressed with the hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back! My only complaint is - I wish I would've tried them sooner! read more

Sorry Chels M. you got a bad pedicure...did you ask to speak to the owners, Tracy or Will because I have been using them for my mani/pedis for about 8 years and I am positive that they would have been happy to correct any problems. Tracy and Will pride themselves on the cleanliness of the shop and wonderful, caring service in a very spa like atmosphere. Many of their clients travel a distance just to get their mani/Pedi's from their shop for this very reason. I would challenge you to find a cleaner shop anywhere or nicer employees.... So please, anyone out there who needs a mani/pedi..give them a try and you will not be disappointed..... read more

They are very on top of covid cleaning and social distancing. This has made my already favorite nail shop even more so my favorite shop. We have been going here for over a year and even when there is a slight delay in services they have always gone above and beyond for us. The staff has always been very kind and good to us. Also, I feel the need to add that I am a member of a multigeneration family home and 7 of the 8 members have received services. That includes 2 adult men, 2 young men, a little girl and two adult women. If it is a service they offer, we have used it and it has always been great. I will continue being a patron here. read more

They all go above and beyond to serve their clients and make their time there as wonderful as possible. The Salon is always very clean and peaceful, playing spa music and a quiet environment. I'm always very pleased with the quality of service and they're always willing to offer guidance to recent trends. I moved from Canton to Dallas 5 years ago and needed a new nail place to go to. I tried several around the area and thanks to a lady that I play tennis with, I was referred to Super Nails! Tracy and Will have been absolutely amazing these last 5 years. They know exactly what I want each time I come in for my nails, pedicure and eye brow waxing. My girls and I LOVE Super Nails. Tracy, Will and Tammy are our go to's but everyone there does a great job and is so friendly. The salon is incredibly clean and they did an amazing job during COVID making sure that everyone was safe and comfortable. They treat you like family and when my mom got sick and had to go through chemo, Tracy ordered a product for her to help reduce the chemo effects and keep her nails without me even asking. I have been going to this nail shop ever since my hairdresser recommended it some 8 years ago. They have always been the cleanest shop in town. They have their own autoclave to sterilize their own equipment & they were doing that before covid 19! They have taken every measure possible to keep us all safe since Coronavirus. I never get my nails done. In 32 years this was my 2nd time and that because my husband wanted me too. We were in the area and decided to stop here. They were busy but took us in really quick. Im not sure the gentleman's name but he did my French tip (SNS) and did a great job. I definitely recommend this place. Not sure what the price was since my husband paid, but he didn't complain lol. I finally found this one a year ago and I have been coming here faithfully ever since. The staff is amazing and the service and prices are great. I have never been this pleased with a nail place. She told me that this was the cleanest and most professional establishment that she inspected.
