I asked for french tip with two acrylic big toes. I told her I already had a tip on my right big toe and that it needed to be removed and she straight up told me NO the proceeded to put ANOTHER tip on top of it.... Disgusting. Then she wouldn't file them down the way I wanted they look unnaturally wide. And because she put TWO tips on one toe, I have to get my right toe redone in order to avoid bacteria buildup or fungus. Plus the french tip design is sloppy and the filling was terrible. All that for $85.... will never be coming back. read more

I used to love this place wouldn't allow anyone else to touch my nails. When the husband worked there everything was smooth but now that it's only the wife it's always an issue. I have stopped coming and even come back to try again and always the same thing. You make an appointment and she comes when she wants or has someone in the chair. Messed a nail up went to get it fixed she was closing early come back the next day and she says she's not opening til late. Her attitude is not up to par for the prices she is charging and doesn't offer consistent hours. I even told her I had to travel she still didn't open on time to fix one nail after I had just paid $75 and can't find anyone else that has the color to assist. read more

Today is Wednesday my only day off and they have not opened after 12pm. I really don't think I'll be coming back. Love the staff here!!! Always welcoming and Linda takes her time with my daughter. She's 5 and always had issues with her polish chipping so we tried sns. Her nails last two weeks. We are in love. They always do a great job on mine as well. I'm a mail carrier which adds a lot of wear and tear to my hands. When I go to a nail salon it's because it's time for me to get a pedicure, & eyebrow wax. So, I decided to get a pedicure, & eyebrow wax today & I wasn't happy with the customer service or the work that was done on me. First, of all I asked, for the water to be hot enough, not burning hot to where I can't even, let my feet in the water-the lady doing my pedicure puts my feet in the water anyways. I couldn't bare it so, asked for more cool water inside so, she lets in just a lil cool water not enough, though because still the water was burning my feet. Secondly, my nails were not cut even, but the lady went ahead with the nail polish anyways, after I mentioned it. Thirdly, I wanted to take a little hair off, that was not on my nail but on my skin close to my toe nail so, I try to take it off, & while trying the lady rudely shoos my hand away as if I was a kid trying to touch something like I wasn't supposed to. I didn't like that because I can touch anywhere, I want on my body. Fourthly, she was hurting my big toe nail with a nail tool. I can take the pain if she gets the bad stuff out but I seen that she wasn't getting anything out & kept proceeding with it. I also, asked, her if she could take more dead skin off, of my heels that I would pay extra but was told that she couldn't because it could hurt me. Which doesn't make any, sense because I can see from far away the dead skin that she hasn't gotten- It's not like she took off, a lot. Also, when she was giving my legs a massage I was feeling uncomfortable, pain because she was doing it so, rough. So, then I get my eyebrows waxed next, with a different lady & my right eyebrow came out more arched then, my left eyebrow- as well, it was oddly arched as if the lady plucked a hair that wasn't supposed to be plucked now, it looks messed up. I do not like the way my eyebrows look now, as I did before. So, when I thought I was almost, done my big toe nail smeared paint by the napkin they wrap between my toes. I felt bad & apologized even, though it was an accident so, decided to leave a $2 dollar tip for the trouble in fixing it. I didn't get a thank, you or bye after, that & instantly regretted tipping. Upsettingly, I didn't enjoy or appreciate, my experience. There was also, a lady I seen that didn't seem to enjoy, her experience either. She was going on for a while, trying to explain herself in how/what she wanted because the lady wasn't understanding her so, she seemed very, frustrated asking the lady over, & over if she understands. It looked dramatically, tensed. Every, woman have's their certain wants, & needs & I think, it very important that these women are heard, & respected. So, there is that. My first time getting my nails done here you would except for them to take their time, but I received the complete opposite. One of the ladies, I believe her name was Jennifer, rushed with my set, did not cut my nails, and did not listen to my request when I showed her a clear image of what I wanted done. I gave this place a second try and I got the same service by the same lady. I paid at least 90 dollars for a fill-in, which is an understandable price, but not when I get rinestones that fall of the next day and if you can't perform the requested design just say that instead of making me waste my time and money... read more
