I've used this place a couple times, not sure why just 2.5 stars. I like them, they listen to your requests, what you like don't like. I don't like laying on my stomach, lung issues and they are cool with that. If my shoulder is aching I ask that they give that area extra attention. I typically have 3 to 4 massages a month, and i have to say that i thought after my 1st session this was a good place to use as a regular. The last 2 times have been very dissapointing to say the least. Last time a couple of weeks ago i was over charged where they upsold some lotion i did not want. This time i made an appointment for 14:45 only to enter the store and the guy asked if i had an appointment, yes i replied i called 30 minutes ago. He then said we are full...no explanation! First time coming here. Decided to try it out after reading reviews. The place is a nice small clean cut space and definitely appreciated that the room did not feel stuffy or have a stench. I enjoyed by massage with Leo. I had some deep knots and he pretty much noticed it. I did enjoy the massage, however I wish the specific area i indicated around my shoulder was worked on better or more, afterward I still felt bothersome around that area. 4 stars because he left the room a few times which i felt cut into my time. My girlfriend and I went here for a couples massage and had a really positive experience. They did a really good job of listening and adjusting to make sure we had the exact experience we wanted. My favorite part was definitely the hot stones, it felt amazing. We loved the ambiance of the place. The music, lighting and decor were all very pleasing. I bought a gift card for my husband . They attached the receipt card and when it would expire. My husband called to make a Saturday appt and as he showed up they were closed. When he called they answered hello and as he told him he had an appt with his gift card he was told they don't do gift cards he lied and refused to refund . Painful and creepy massage. I went to this location once before and I had a amazing experience . I called in to book a appointment with the same woman but I didn't remember her name and it wasn't anyway for them to see who it was in the system. So I had a man. His pressure was so rough and hard as if he was doing it on purpose . Almost unbearable .... He asked me if it was too much I said yes. And he kept doing it the same ... he asked me again and I told him yes AGAIN ... and he still didn't ease up. All the while he kept flipping my sheet up as if he was straightening it over and over . Thank God I wore underwear that covered me completely . He folded the sheets at the top of my under garments and pull them down where the upper part of my buttock was out . He kept massaging me and it would make my under garments go down more and I pulled them up and he apologized. I still tipped him because i didn't know what their protocol was I'd never go back here again . read more

I saw a promotional ad for the massage parlor that advertised "walk in's welcome" and decided (with a friend) to go and check it out. The establishment opened at 11am on Sunday so we arrived at 10:50a. No one showed up to open the business until 11:15a and by then, one couple and an employee (along with us 2) had already been waiting in our cars. We entered and were told they were too busy to see us but they had appointments available at 4pm. Although inconvenient, we rearranged our schedules and booked two appointments for 4. When we arrived at 4, we had our temperatures taken and signed and were told to wait 5 minutes. There was already a customer waiting in the small waiting room and due to Covid guidelines we did not want to crowd the area (one loveseat). I asked if we could sit in a massage chair and wait but was told we could wait in our vehicle and we would be called when it was time to begin. Twenty-five minutes went by before we were called and told ONE of us could be seen and the other would have to wait 30-40 minutes even though we booked for 2.!I can only assume that we were pushed because they did indeed take walk-ins at our appointment time as we were given no real explanation as to why after signing in and waiting for 30 minutes we were being turned away. This was an awful and disappointing first impression and not at all what I expected after reading the other reviews. read more
