Went today for a head shampoo and massage. It was thorough using different techniques and tools. They did pressure points and the waterfall thing. Sometimes very firm but it was enjoyable. They have a hair dryer for when you're done. read more

My son and I went for a full body massage yesterday. My massage started about 20 minutes before my sons. Once they started on his massage, the man doing my massage asked if I would like to extend mine so that our sessions ended at the same time. When my massage was done, my son had clearly been finished for a long time. He said that the lady barely touched him and only massaged him for maybe 10 minutes so he still had to wait on me for 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after. I feel that I was tricked into spending more money and when I tried to tell them I was unhappy they pretended not to know what I was talking about. I paid and left. The place is small and kinda quiet....but the chair massages are amazing....so much so that this has become my weekly treat. I love that I can pay for the minutes ....so if the massage is going great I usually go up another 10 mins and so on. I wish they spoke to you more regarding what your current pain is at and where...also I wish they played relaxing music all the time. Great experience I was hunting a bit a need a deep deep tissue massage to get the knots out of my back There is no wait they took me in right away for a one hour deep tissue massage the young lady was fantastic I really did a great job working the knots out a hot stones on when the best massages I've had in a while highly recommend and will be back left her a huge tip because it's so hard to get a good massage anymore It's very difficult to find someone that has hand strong enough to give a good massage I'm 6 foot four and 250 pounds and most time when I get massages by women their hands are just not strong enough to work out the knots for deep tissue massage they were fantastic at this location highly recommend read more

I am so upset. Like level 100 upset. I got the massage facial. They got lotion and soap in both my eyes. Washed my face with dirty sponges that smelled like onions and pulled my hair to massage it. Yes. Pulled it. That was the head massage. Than she slapped my face in various places. Like that. That is not a massage. I told them I cannot fix the way they do things. Oh, man. I love a good chair massage and this place did not disappoint. I was at the mall and have been dealing with a knot in my neck and shoulder that my last chiro visit didn't resolve so I thought a good chair massage might help. They have a kiosk upstairs but I don't want to deal with being out there in the middle of the mall. It's hard to relax with all the noise and people walking right by and worrying about having my purse snatched and all. Luckily, they also have a store nestled back in the corner upstairs next to Belk so it's much quieter and calmer. The inside is very nice. I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter was able to take me for a 30 minute chair massage immediately. His name is Eason and you'll want to remember that because you'll want to ask for him when you go. It was a fabulous massage. He seems very intuitive and skilled. Great pressure and he did a great job of untying the knots. I probably could have used another 30 minutes to get the rest of it but I might go back next week. They do foot massages too so this might be my new place. Eason did a fantastic job and the staff was nice. I couldn't be happier. Visited this place on Saturday afternoon. Called ahead and made appointment for a one hour massage. When I arrived, the SAME lady acted as if she knew nothing about my appointment. She had pretty good technique and it probably would have been a good session...except for the fact that she left out EIGHT times ..to answer the phone and attend to other business. Great value for the price. These guys are good. I used to go to licensed massage therapists and pay over $100 for an hour massage. These guys do every bit as good a job and charge a little more than half that. Taking my wife there this morning for a neck and shoulder chair massage. Highly recommended. read more

Horrible experience here. We came for massages and were told it would be an hour wait. They wrote down our info (including our phone number). We came back an hour later after walking around the mall and the manager Kim told us it was going to be SEVERAL MORE HOURS. Thanks for wasting our time Kim. I've used them 3X with excellent results each time. 1st time I pulled my back working around the house and needed to see someone NOW! CiCi did not disappoint, using I believe Thai techniques of stretching she added great mobility to my shoulder & low back in just an hour. 2nd time - I went for 90 min and Nara did a great job... most recently in February, & they've gone 3 for 3 ; this time with Julie.... 90min and again good job....
