I'm not sure if his name is Henry or harry, and I had difficulty understanding him due to the language barrier, but oh my goodness all of that didn't matter because he worked wonders on my poor feet. Let me preface that I've been here before, and have had many encounters at other establishment, but none lived up to this experience. I came with a friend after a long 12 hour shift, and had noticed that am that my left foot was very sore and the ball of my feet were tender. I was massaging my feet driving because it was so uncomfortable. So when I got off I debated between being good and working out or getting this massage to make me feel better, and boy am I glad I chose the later. For $30 you get an hour foot massage and this includes a 10-15 min head and neck massage, also heavenly. I told my masseuse the problem spot and he put a lot of pressure on it which made me wince but it also felt so good. My friend and I walked out like we were on cloud 9. This establishment is clean, has great masseuse, and for the price and location, it's hard to beat. My only con is that due to the language barrier, communicating can be hard, and sometimes the masseuse likes to talk to each other during the massage and makes it harder for the client to relax. But overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to be back. read more

I will never go back after this experience. This will be my first and last time going here. No one was there at the front to greet me and check me in and I was speaking loudly in the front area for at least 10 minutes. Massage was fine. Didn't fix the problem. When I went to pay, I got a full body massage which is $80. I added my own tip, he looks at me and says "only that much?" Are you kidding me? They sounded desperate on the phone for me to come in. Unfortunately I did not enjoy me experience. I came in on a Thursday as a walk in at 12 noon. There was no wait so I was attended to right away. I got the 60 minute foot massage with head to toe (chair massage). For the foot massage they started with a 2 minute foot soak with only water which I found surprising since all other reflexology places I've been to always use soap water. For the massage they use those blue latex gloves so it takes away from the experience which I did not like. Felt very dry despite the lotion being used. I originally had a lady and her pressure was very weak and I think she was doing her best but she was older so not sure she could really give deep pressure. A man arrived about 15 minutes into my massage and they switched out which was great because he had much more pressure. However, did not help because the gloves they use cause a dry feeling. After the foot massage I moved on to the chair and that was HORRIBLE! He did not use gloves with the chair massage but her also did not use lotion so once again a very dry dull experience. Lastly when I went to check out the man told me the machine was down and if I could pay cash. I told him the lady did not tell me that when I checked in. He asked if I could leave them my credit card information on a piece of paper (HECK NO)! That's literally insane to ask someone that and also who is crazy enough to leave credit card information on a paper. Once I told him I was uncomfortable doing that, all of a sudden the machine magically started working. There are many other places so I don't suggest coming and I won't be back. The foot massage was AMAZING! However, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. One, the lights were on the entire time which took away from the relaxing environment. Two, it was noisy. There was loud talking and laughing (I believe from the business next door) and you could hear the loud patting from the massage room. Three, you could hear Evonne checking out. I've been going here for almost 5 years. They changed management about 6 months ago. With the new management came better trained therapists and more availability. Came in to get a massage while waiting for traffic to get better before heading back to my side of town. I requested a 90-minute combo, initially, they claimed they were too busy but I told them I did not mind waiting in a foot massage chair till someone was available. The wait ended up being less than 10 minutes before someone brought over the foot soak. The foot massage area is right behind the front counter with only a half wall separating it. Once my actual foot massage began other customers began leaving. None of them seemed to understand proper spa etiquette as all of them had to talk very loudly as they were paying, one went around to every employee wishing them a Merry Christmas and Happy New year. Another came into the foot massage area and tried to have a full-on conversation with my therapist. There were at least 4 employees present, none of them informed any of these people they were being disruptive or asked them to speak softer. Once all of the obnoxious customers were gone it was dinner time for all the employees that no longer had customers which involved lots of noise from a microwave and utensils scraping on bowls etc. My therapist did however massage my feet for a full 30 minutes before showing me to a body massage room. The foot massage and body massage were both good but it was hard to relax with all of the noise, the body massage was also the correct length of time. The employees at this location obviously do not care about providing a relaxing environment, I likely will not return if I'm in this area again. read more

This is a good place for a quick foot massage but it doesn't have the same feel as a lot of the others. While the massage was ok it felt a little cramped and the layout wasn't as welcoming. Usually they have you in a dark area to relax but massages are near the front large window and while they give you a eye mask I feel more curtains would make it feel more comforting. The atmosphere is nice and quiet but the massage was horrible . I made the appointment for a couples massage and they gave us two male masseuse. My partner was very uncomfortable with that, but he did not want to ruin the evening so he still did it. The masseuse that I had must have thought he was massaging Hercules or something because he handled me like a man. I had to lean up and tell him that he was massaging me way too hard, when I told him that he went in even worse on me. I didn't want to ruin the evening either but I really should have just got up because I went in fine but I came out messed up. They accommodated our day before request for 4 person party of 60 minute Head-to-toe massages (clothed massages in the main room.) The charge was $40 each and worth every Penny. It started with a foot soak, foot massage, hot stone treatment. Then the recliners lay out flat, and you roll over onto your stomach and rest your head in a face cradle. Of course the last few minutes when we were all experiencing total relation and body euphoria, each of our therapists offered ten more minutes to which we all moaned an affirming, "uhh huhhh." We hesitated to come here after my husband got a great massage, but was apparently allergic to their oil they used on his massage...but we are super happy we gave it another go! We had a date night and we wete looking for a pedicure. Man I'm glad we came here instead. We got the "foot massage" for $30, but it's oh so much more than just a foot massage. You start with soaking your feet in a tea bath for detox. Then you get a great foot massage that is just incredible!!! They also do a stone massage on your feet, calves and shins. I had a great experience here. Especially since COVID-19 has changed our "normal". The staff were professional, courteous and clean. They took my temp upon entering and had all massages priced out and were helpful with all questions. I was able to take advantage of a special for a 1 hour head to toe massage. The gentleman that worked on me was a true godsend. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and have told friends and family alike how awesome of an experience it was. I was so sad to learn last month that my favorite and long-standing spa was closing, and I really worried that I wouldn't find another place close to home that did great work at an affordable price. But this place is amazing! The foot massage is much more than just that, and includes scalp massage, neck and shoulder work, hand attention, etc. And throwing in an extra 10 to 20 minutes of chair massage was a fantastic idea and a great deal! This is not your typical upright chair massage. It's basically a fully reclined comfortable couch with a cut-out for your face, which results in essentially a standard table massage. My BFF got us a one hour massage for my birthday... I told her we should do the 'double sized' room so we'd be together during our massage. We went last night and Cathy & Jenny were our massage therapists. Generally speaking, the location was kept up nicely, very clean, special UV treatments to rooms between sessions and staff were all very polite and courteous and accommodating (we had to push back our appointment by 15 minutes at the last minute and it was no problem). Our experience was beyond describable. The best massages we each had ever experienced before. Both Cathy and Jenny were amazing; so very pleasant and really attentive to what they were doing... I left feeling like I really had a 'THERAPEUTIC' massage! Using hot stones and hot towels added another dimension that was just awesome. The massage was top-notch from the very beginning to the very end. I think I fell asleep twice. We both received the massages in the front of salon in very comfortable reclining chairs. The only drawback is you can her customers come in and make appointments and/or answer questions. For that reason I will get my massage in a private room for only $10 more. I've been here once so far. Seeing as I have recently developed issues with plantar fasciitis, I am finding it beneficial to stop for the occasional foot massage. I was a walk in and was seated immediately. I received the full hour and it was a very good massage. I'm not generally crazy about a foot massage beyond what is offered during a typical pedicure but I walked out very relaxed and feeling great. I was also really pleased to discover that my service came with a head massage. I could spend the whole hour on that alone. It was divine. Friendly and clean place. I generally get a 60 minute body massage, and usually I'm happy with it. If you get the 90 minute they add your feet, and (depending on the masseuse) chest or stomach. The deep tissue is good for getting out tight spots, and the hot stones with oil feel very good. I do have to say that the foot massage included didn't seem like anything special. Sara is one of the long time staff, and she sometimes interrupts the massage to answer the phone. Sometimes twice during the session. She said she makes up the time, but the flow is interrupted. I would try someone else. Be aware that some of them don't know much English, but you can point to your sore spots, and they also understand "too much" or "too hard". Taking off one star for lack of English, phone use, and ho-hum foot massage. read more

The first time I went here it went well. The second time was completely a different story. The water they got us to put our feet in was WAY too hot and they were annoyed with us when we asked them to cool it down. The man was clearly not trained (it was different than any foot massage place I've ever been to) and he rushed through. I'm pregnant, so at the end he had me sit up for the back part (on the wet towel my feet were on) rather than turn to my side. He put so much pressure on my shoulders my lower back was killing me. At the end he tried to crack my neck from side to side and I thought he might break it. They talked loudly the whole time as well.
