So I took a chance and I'm glad I did. My wife and I booked a 90 minute couples massage and it was the best massage we had ever had - and we've had a lot. He has helped us not only with the general aches and pains of growing older, and day to day life, but he's helped us through lots of injuries too. From when my daughter was quite young and had gymnastics injuries to old rugby injuries my husband still carries with him. Tony also helped me recover from the injuries I suffered the two times I was rear ended. He helped more than the PT in releasing my frozen shoulder, and then later after shoulder surgery, he helped to get me back to 100% pain-free full mobility. However, I was told they only had one appointment remaining. I took the appointment for 4pm. When I scheduled the appointment I was advised that I would receive a text message with the necessary paperwork I needed to complete. I did complete this prior to my arrival time. This spot is located in a small shopping plaza with what appears to be ample parking. I walked in about 2-3 minutes prior to my scheduled time. I was asked if I needed to use the rest room first. I figured it was a good idea to at least try to. I was instructed to go to the end of the hallway to use the restroom. When I returned I was seated for mat 5 minutes prior to being called back for my massage. The massage therapist was a short and small framed woman. ( she was very sweet) . She did not ask me if I had any concern areas, or even what type of pressure I prefer. However, I did note firm pressure on my paper work. Overall it was an ok massage. The pressure was not the best. A ton of oil was used, which typically prevents firm pressure. This was more of a massage for people that just like to be rubbed on. I needed a therapeutic massage. This did not cut it for my needs. He's the very same guy who took my appointment did not get the details correct, all I wanted was a two hour massage. He didn't give me all the information and when I arrived only had me down for a 90 minute massage.They also have a $3 service fee charge for any use of a card which is wild , also he said "WE ONLY DO ADD-ONS FOR CASH PAY PATRONS" which he only mentioned TODAY not on the day of my appointment and it was my first time even coming to their establishment. The service was below expectation severely due to the fact I had a bunch of one handed massage attempts while she was using the other hand to text on her phone. I had a two hour combo of a 90 minute body massage and a 30 minute foot and leg massage which could've been done better at a Nail Spa. It was uncomfortable could not relax fully Don't waste your money and don't come here for BAD ATTITUDES and TERRIBLE SERVICE.
