I've patronized LeHua for years with pleasure. I've always adored how they keep consistent hours even on some holidays and accept walk-ins. This is truly rare in the licensed massage therapist space. However, my experience today was quite unpleasant. I've purchased several of their massage types in the past and today I specifically purchased a 70-minute and requested some stretching as I have done in the past with no problem. Several people from the front office to my therapist keep saying "next time, you need to do the 90 minute" with no specific rationale. They never said why. It is always as if they were just trying to make me pay more money for the same services. Also, I felt remarkably rushed today. It left a bad taste in my mouth. The massage was good but they are usually patient while I'm getting dressed after the massage. Today, James, my therapist, literally rushed me out. He came back into the room after 30-60 secs after completion and said "need to clean the room for next client," as if I didn't matter. I responded to him that I need to have time to get dressed. That was overlooked as if it was unimportant. I didn't leave a tip as I always do and the front office snubbed me immediately after receiving my payment. It's my decision to leave a tip if I'm happy with the service. You don't make somebody leave a tip if the experience was sub-par, and it was today. If you want to keep customers, you do better. I don't have to keeping coming there. Remember, we construe your services based on the ENTIRE experience. Not just part of it. Do better. read more

This was my first deep tissue massage ever. I usually prefer the chiropractic adjustments, but I have a pinched siatic nerve in my back and someone gifted me a 60m massage. It felt amazing! I opted for the male. He did not dissappoint and was professional at all times. You can go in and break down to your birthday suit (Your body is covered with a sheet) or you can sport the bloomers or tighty whities. But I wanted the best possible massage with no restrictions. Soooo (Side Eye). I was completely comfortable the entire time. The guy was firm with his pressures making sure to ask my comfort level periodically and he dedfinitely knew what he was doing because any problem area he was able to feel the tension and tell me where I had knots in my back and they coincided with where I was feeling the most uncomfortable. I can tell you... The pain was pleasure and I was a noodle when I left. His name was something that started with a "D" Danny, Divan... Idk! I'm horrible, but he was divine. The service was amazing. I made an appointment so I could get in and out, but they take walkins. When you walk in, you sign in and tap your areas of discomfort, select any areas to avoid and list any injuries, choose your desired level of pressure, male or female and make your massage selection. I chose the 60 minute deep tissue massage with medium pressure. This included my neck, back, arms, lower back, glutes, thighs, and calves. It also came with the hot stones which I thought would have been an add on but was a pleasant suprise. You can add hands, feet and other services. The ambiance was set with low lighting and gentle music which was very relaxing. I definitely could have fallen asleep if I did not go there in pain initially. He definitely worked out some kinks and i was too comfortable the entire time. You get a loyalty reward card so I will be back :). You should try this place! I've only been to this salon twice. The first time was great; my masseuse, Amy, did a great job. But the second time was just awful! My massage was given by a man, using his forearm. I'd marked the areas of my body that needed attention on a tablet at reception and also asked him for a deep massage, but he apparently didn't know what that was. He only tried a deep massage on my upper back, and then there were some "strokes." So, out of a 60-minute massage, about 15 minutes were spent trying to achieve a deep massage, and the rest was completely incomprehensible. He didn't even focus on my legs; he tugged at them, applied a little pressure, and didn't really massage them! Furthermore, the salon was extremely cold, and he poured oil on me, leaving me with a terrible feeling. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, and I won't be going back! read more

Came here for 30 minute foot reflexology and 60 minute body massage ended up doing 2 hours as I needed to kill some time before an appointment. Coming here after 11 years while visiting Atlanta since I moved to Texas. Massage was ok but for foot reflexology the water was almost room temperature instead of hot. My wife and I went in Saturday afternoon and got a 90 minute couples massage. First of all it was only $270 for a 90 minute couples massage, I have paid double that before. We got there checked in and was told to have a seat. Less than five minutes we were taken to our room. We had Linda and Jenny, and let me tell you I have never had a message like this. When I tell you this was the best I have ever had these ladies popped and cracked things I have never had popped before. I was actually sore when I come out but I was so relaxed. I love a good spa a place that I can relax and get my mind right. Since moving to Cobb county & discovering Lehua's Spa this has been my go to place. Every 3-4 months I go to Lehua's for a spa day. Located in Cobb County near Vinings off of Cobb Pkwy in a busy shopping plaza with a couple of other businesses but has plenty of parking. The location is very clean, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. They have great packages so when I go I usually spend the day relaxing. I usually get the Relax & renew package which includes 30 minute foot, 30 minute back, full body scrub, & free sauna and when I leave I'm feeling like heaven. read more

Great walk-in spa I've been a customer since the late 2000s and have watched LeHua expand and weather the storms of 2008 and COVID. As of September 2021, they are requiring masks and asking COVID screening questions as part of the check-in process. Business seems to be pretty steady at least on the weekends. So while you can walk in, I recommend an appointment to avoid a wait. As a working mom, I appreciate the ability to walk-in as schedules can be unpredictable and sometimes you have to get a massage in when you can fit it in. Massages range for excellent to alright, depending on your therapist. So if you like someone, get their name and become a regular because otherwise you will be booked with whoever is available. Finally, prices have gone up over the past 2 years but are still reasonable. This is an excellent option for short notice appointments or walk-in massage services. read more

After treating myself to a one hour massage that I had needed for months, I'm so disappointed. The lady was too rough and her massage seemed like torture instead of pleasure. My back is actually hurting several days later and I feel worst now than before I came to them. The price for 1 hour is $90 and with tip over a hundred. Not happy with them anymore. I've always appreciated the convenience of the walk in option. But, I think for the price and the pain it's just better for me to go try somewhere new now. Nothing worst than splurging in this horrible economy and feeling worst after a so called luxury experience. My husband and I received a couples massage at LeHua recently. I saw that they take walk-ins, but we decided to go ahead and make an appointment. It seemed like their schedule is pretty open, and we had no problem making the appointment time that we wanted for the following week. Upon walking in, we were greeted and told to check in on the tablet, which was very easy. We were then immediately taken back to a room. We didn't have to wait at all. The spa seemed clean and we had a good experience with the staff. Not overly friendly, but not rude as some other reviewers experienced. A couples massage is $150. We both enjoyed our massages. They were very relaxing, and I do feel like they focused on the areas that I circled on the check-in tablet as problem areas. There were two things that I felt like interrupted the relaxation a little bit. It seems that they use a beeper timer to know when the hour is up. So throughout the massage, we kept hearing timers go off throughout the building. And the other thing was that our masseuses quietly left the room at one point, but we were face down so we really didn't know what was going on. I started to wonder if the massage was over and they just walked out. They ended up coming back in with hot stones and hot towels, but it would've been nice to know that they were going to be right back. I have visited several times and have always had a great foot massage. Located in a busy shopping plaza, so during busy times, parking can be tricky - give yourself a few extra minutes if you made an appointment. The place itself is pretty large and has a number of massage room and chairs. I haven't used the rooms yet, but the foot massage chairs are always clean and comfortable. If you like a strong massage, I recommend Tony - he listens and has been very conscious of my comfort. As you would expect, the place is pretty quiet and with a cloth or face mask on you just might take a nap. If possible, try to go during a weekday. Weekends can be busy. read more

I've come during the week and even on weekends and I am able to just walk in. The staff are friendly and professional. I booked the Package 2 (30 min feet + 60 min body + body scrub + sauna for $180).. It was alright, really just wanted to try a little bit of everything for my first time. Dont see myself doing it again though, service was good I just know next time I'd rather do a 120 min body + 30 min foot (for the same price $180) or 90 min body + 60 min foot (for a little cheaper $165). My masseuse would take her time and even work past the alarm a little bit, but it was definitely more rushed or less intense as she was transitioning. They provide clothes for you to change into for the sauna as well as towels for the shower, like I said before I'd come back just for different services or maybe even a couples massage. read more

Tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center anchored by an AT&T store and a Pizza Hut sits LeHua Spa. Since moving to the area and since the whole pandemic thing, I had been looking for a spot to get a quality massage at a good price, while still feeling like safety was priority...and lucky for me, LeHua offers all those things! Layout wise, they are a lot bigger inside than they appear. When you walk in, you are greeted by a large lobby with a few seats and a welcome desk. To the right behind the big fancy wooden doors is the Foot Reflexology/Massage room. This room features dim lighting, a restroom, 16 oversized plush reclining chairs and wall dividers placed between each row. If you are getting anything done to your feet, this is where all the magic will happen! If you are having anything body related done, they will whisk you off down the hall to one of the private rooms that feature a massage table (of course), dim lighting, storage for your items, hand rails located about 5 feet above the bed and oddly, a sign that states happy endings aren't a thing here. I have received a variety of massages here, but I have to say that the 60 minute foot massage is my go-to. While I love a good full body massage, I feel I get the most relaxation from the 60 minute foot and here is why...the first 15 or so minutes, they massage your head, face, shoulders and neck...then they spend the remaining time on your feet and full lower body. Its nice to not have to move, flip over, etc...just stay in one spot, eyes covered and closed and drift off to massage heaven, plus I usually throw my Airpods in after the head massage to help tune out any other noised that may take me out of my Zen mode! I will say that the 30 minute foot/30 minute body is a solid option and if I ever absolutely need my back worked on, I will opt for this. My only gripe here is the move from the foot room to a private room half way through...first world complaint here, I know...I felt ridiculous typing it! Pricing wise, LeHua spa is easily one of the best priced, especially for the quality of service in the area! The most popular items are priced as such: - 30 Minute Foot - $25 - 60 Minute Foot - $45 - 30 Minute Back - $40 - 30 Minute Foot/30 Minute Body - $65 - 60 Minute Body - $65 The staff is always excellent and nice from entry to exit. I usually call ahead just to confirm they have space, and it is never an issue. Once you wrap your massage, your therapist walks you out and thanks you for your time. Never had an issue with the service! Outside of my selfish gripe above, my only real issue is the those dang timers/alarms that they use. I get the purpose of them, I really do...but the when you are in the zone, fully relaxed enjoying your massage and your neighbors time happens to be up and the timer goes off, it really throws you out of sorts. I do wish they would look into other forms of equipment to help them track start/finish time of massages, especially in the Foot Massage room. On top of the timers, the staff can get pretty noisy in the room that is connected to this room, so all around it the disruptive noise that can throw you off sometimes here. If they would fix this, its perfection, no question! Overall, LeHua is my go-to spot for all things massage in the Cumberland area! read more

This place is hit or miss. I've had great massages there in the past, but in recent times they have been so-so. What generally happens is that the masseuse is so busy trying to wave potential customers over that they forget that they are supposed to be doing your massage. I originally asked for a 40 min massage, but made him stop after 15 mins because he kept stopping and hi-fiving the guy next to us. If you go there only get a short amount of time. Anytime I've done 30 mins or longer, they switch out with a less experienced person or just give a crappy massage. read more

I had the worst experience. I am a lactating mother. On booking, I had asked specifically if they would be able to provide chest pillows to make me more comfortable while lying on the belly. And I was told that they could give me a C shaped pillow like a boppy! Well, on getting there, after getting undressed, I was told they had nothing of the sort. The masseuse did not speak English, left the curtain half open when he stepped out to get someone else. I ended up walking out of the place! It was a waste of my time and also ruined my Mother's Day weekend plan. I had an issue with dishonesty and giving information and making a promise which they couldn't deliver or even brainstorm about how to fix it/ make it happen. They just left me in the room after a cursory 'I'm sorry'. Oh and btw, a guy came out of the restroom ( same bathroom for clients) without washing his hands .. eeew.. not ever going back to this place.. I came here to relax and am more stressed now than when I got here. In fact, I'm writing this review while my massage is still ongoing because there is no relaxing here, so might as well get a review done. This is the LOUDEST place I've ever been to for a massage. I've been to plenty of spas with shared rooms for foot massages, and never to one where employees speak at full volume to each other the entire time (let alone yell in the space customers are being massaged), heard phones ring on the top volume MULTIPLE times, heard stomping back and forth throughout the space, heard the water buckets being banged and sloshed with no regard of noise, and even bass coming from another connected business. Maybe others can relax in this environment, but I cannot. I don't appreciate paying for relaxation and getting stressed out instead. Will update if anything changes before I leave here. read more
